We have an older Hyundai Santa Fe and have needed work done on several,occasions. Being new to the area, we found Early’s close to home and gave them a try. Each time we needed work done, we got an appointment time, the work done as promised and felt the pricing was fair and reasonable. This is now our “go to” auto repair service

Ive been taking my car to Earlys Automotive Services for 10 years. To start, customer service/front desk staff is always very friendly. When it comes to car repair, I trust them to give me an honest opinion of what my car needs and to discuss the different options with me. Ive always been more than happy with the work done on my vehicles over the years and I trust them 100% to do the job right.

About three years ago we were looking for a shop to have our vehicles serviced in. Earlys was fairly close so we went there. For regular service he isnt to bad. For repairs beyond oil change I would not recommend him. We had two repairs done and spent close to 3,000. In consulting with other shops we feel the repairs that were done were not needed and the cost was to high. One of the repairs did not solve ;the problem so he did not diagnose correctly. He also said we needed other repairs which was not true. I would never take my vehicles there again.

No auto repair facility will be perfect - there are too many variables to immediately diagnose every issue, particularly intermittent issues. That being said, Earlys automotive has been closer to perfect than any other shop Ive been to. Bruce has identified any number of problems weve had with our vehicles after weve spend hundreds, even thousands of dollars on other shops. A former neighbor recommended Earlys and Im so glad he did. We now live about an hour away from the shop, but we will make a day trip out of it or just drop one of the vehicles and pick it up a few days later. There is no shop any closer that I would trust working on my vehicles. Ive had services from simple oil changes; to a full upper engine rebuild; to van doors that had intermittent electrical problems. Bruces diagnoses were spot on and we were able to drive the truck or the van with confidence that we would have many more miles of trouble-free driving. My score of 5 would be a 10 if the scale went that high. Many thanks to everyone at Earlys Automotive Services for honesty, integrity, and superb customer service.

Very honest. Bruce and his team are the best mechanics and most honest mechanics I have ever come across he is the only one I will let touch my cars

$1700 later, my car didnt even last a whole month. He offered to help for my future car purchases but after taking $1700 from me, no thanks. Dont go to small garages, theyre money hungry.
