Started taking my car to Joes after being disappointed with 2 different dealership service centers. I havent had any issues with my car since making the switch. Joes is very professional and they do quality work. I would highly recommend them. For reference, I drive a Mazda CX-5.

Went to have ac checked. Told him my car was only putting out heatHe pulled the car up. Popped the hood . Closed the hood and said he cant do anything because its wired wrong? No further explanation other than gave a business card for another shop who does electrical repairs and walked away. I saw no tools no equipment nothing. My car has never had wiring work done. Didnt spend 10min with me.

I just came back from there. I must say this is an awesome Mom & Pop shop. I was blown away at his professionalism and transparency.I came in needing my A/c Compressor, condenser and Accumulator ALL replaced. Because Im a bit a of a cheapskate I bought my Parts from a reliable online source.Knowing this I was up front with Joe because I knew some mechanics do not like to install parts that are not from them because it is either a liability or the do not make as much. Hey, Im a consumer im always looking for the best deal though. Anyways, Joe lets me know he is willing to install the parts but must pay in Cash. I was good with that. He took care of my A/C discharge, installed my parts, and recharged it up.Brought my car in at 8am he had it done by 2:30 on a Friday Enjoying nice cool air on the ride home. I have found my mechanic and will always be carrying around his business cards. I wish I saw more little shops like his.Thanks Joe!

I came here at the recommendation of a friend who used to work there; on the same note, he has very high reviews for good work, good ethics and so on..My stepson just did a cross-country drive from Florida to Arizona and in the very last leg of the trip his AC starts going on and off.Since he needed to get that repaired and I already had the recommendation of my friend we both came to Joe.He had the car for about half an hour and then told us that it was just a loose wire he had pushed it in and everything started working.He said he checked the freon and that everything else was fine, his charge for that was around $55.My stepson used one of his cards to pay that had about $47 on it and joe left it at that because he said it was an easy fix which was pretty cool.About two hours later the AC goes off again so me and my stepson are fidgeting with wires and it goes on and off, on and off.Long story short we take it back that following Monday and he charged my steps on an additional $80The intermittent AC was the reason why we took it to him in the first place so he could figure out what was wrong and fix it.Once he found out what was wrong all he did was push in a loose wire he said it was obviously lose, he did nothing else to secure it and when we take it back because it wasnt working again he charges him this much more to fix it the right way which he should have done the first time.it seemed shady and unethical, at the very least it was just lazy. He should have just offered to fix the problem and then work out the charges.In all fairness we also could have been more alert and more keen to trying to fix the problem correctly from our end. it would have been fine if he would have charged him $40 instead of $80.47+80=$127 for a loose wire, easy fixA good lesson learned.UPDATE!! 9/29/20 since my last postingMy stepsons ac would behave as before, so I did what I could to somehow keep the easy fix wire from losing connection with the ac.Finally I found someone at my own job who works on GM vehicles.When he touched the connector a couple of times the ac would kick in, so he ordered a replacement connector on rockauto and just this past Monday he replaced it. And SINCE THEN, NO PROBLEMS.I kept the old connector and it SHOWS damage. It also had a wire kinked going into the connector.My friend told me this guy did nothing for you at allAt the end of the day JOE DIDNT DO ANYTHING FOR MY STEPSON, HE JUST WASTED HIS TIME AND TOOK HIS MONEY.AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED JOE IS A THIEF AND A LIAR AND HE KNOWS IT.

I had a weird noise going on in my engine area so I took it to Joes. Apparently it was my water pump that needed to be replaced. So he fixed it same day and didnt charge an arm and a leg for it. Very happy to find a decent mechanic!

Popped in here right before they were about to close and rather than saying theyre about to close Joe not only fixed my AC but also did an oil change on my truck. The prices are awesome, too! I do not recommend many mechanics but I will this place! Thank you for giving me my AC and sanity back for the summer 😁

This is the only place you should be coming for auto AC work. In and out with an appointment in about 45 minutes. Paid half of what I was quoted elsewhere for a vacuum and recharge. Ill be bringing my other vehicle here next week to get the AC done.

Found this shop through Google then after reading the reviews decided it was time to give it a shot even though was not in close proximity to where I lived... and SURE GLAD I DID! Easy to get taken advantage of, especially by any type of service in the auto industry, at least based on my experience, Joe has been in business for over 20 years and it shows in his CUSTOMER SERVICE approach to doing business RIGHT! He went above and beyond expectations and even took care some additional things he noticed that needed to be done at no additional cost. While was waiting to get the service work done, another customer came in to drop a car off and said hes been doing business w/ Joe for years and had nothing but good things to say about the work done at this shop. Im glad I WENT OUT OF MY WAY to find this SHOP!

Joe is really good people. The starter went out on our car in the car stall of our apartment. My wife, kids and I were unable to leave the house, get to work or anything. Joe came over to our house which was across the street from his establishment. He spent 15 minutes trying to get our car started so that we could avoid having to have it towed. When he was finally able to get the car started, he stayed at my running car with my two children while I ran upstairs to lock up my home. He repaired my car of a very reasonable price and the quality of work was outstanding. He even put some Freon in my car at a very reasonable rate as well. I will be taking my car back to Joe for sure! You should too!

I have known Joe for many years. My father also repaired cars & when he could no longer take care of his own cars any longer, he trusted Joe to do the job for him. So I followed suit & I have been very happy that I did so. Joe is a very honest man will help people when ever he can. He has always done right by our family & friends I have referred . I FOUND JOES AC SEVERAL YRS (7YRS) AND LET ME TELL YOU I HAVE NOT FOUND A MORE HONEST AND FAIR PRICED GUY TO DO WORK ON MY CAR. HE HAS DONE SEVERAL MAJOR REPAIRS THAT WOULD OF COST ME A REAL PENNY TO GET FIXED. Sad my car was there for 2 weeks and nothing was done took it somewhere else they told me right away and time before that my car was over heating he called saying it didnt over heat when he drove it. We picked it up and it over heated on the way home. Took it in and the fan was out. If i could give it a zero i would. Its too bad cuz before that he was good.fixed my fuel pump and my water pump.

Joe was incredibly rude, tried to force a tow truck on me & just refused to work with me on anything and intimately he cut me off and rudely interrupted me; not someone Im going to trust my car with. Sorry to disappoint but Im not just gonna let someone do whatever they want & take advantage of me. Dont trust these guys.
