This has been by far the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a new car. Chris Beverly was great! I was looking for a new car online and Chris responded right away with all the information that I needed via email. I went to meet with him during my lunch break, he got me what I wanted and started all the paperwork while I went back to work. I picked up my car that same afternoon! No hassles, no time wasted! I stopped by Earnhardt Toyota to see what they had in stock. I was mainly interested in a Prius. They had two new ones, and I ended up buying this one. I am thrilled with it. Its wonderful to drive. I love the fabulous gas mileage, and how quiet it is. Its also roomy inside, and the seats are very comfortable. I like how my lower back is supported. Great car!

This was my first time having service at Earnhardt as I recently moved from Las Vegas. They were probably the nicest people you could ever meet. It was professional, timely and I cant say enough about the treatment I received. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone for service. I dont know about sales since I didnt interact with them but I can honestly say, they treated me as well or better than any other dealership I have been to and I am a former Mercedes and Lexus customer.

I rely on these people for my car-buying-experience, because Im alone in this state...Ive never done this before. All the technical problems Ive endured since getting this car four months ago is completely my fault. I was told today that its my fault and theres nothing they can do. Also, been driving around for three months with expired tags waiting on them; I had to go in and raise hell to get anything done. So, now...Im stuck ― Thank you Earnhardt for all youve done. With your help, Im just going to suffer with what I did. I feel completely taken advantage of.

Over all they were great. At the end of the day they are still a car dealership. Most of the employees were genuinely good people just doing their job. They were respectful and they did keep their word on being quick and not wasting time. If I buy a new car again I will come back.

Came in for the recommended 80k service, the maintenance log was marked off stating that the tires were rotated. Later after the service I noticed that the tires were not rotated, due to a scratch on my drivers side rim(scratch was caused by myself). Makes me wonder if any of the service was actually accomplished.Update as of 26 August 2021. I returned today for brakes, tires, and an alignment. I feel that the team at Earnhardt Toyota went above and beyond to correct the issue above, that was a miscommunication issue apposed to not completing requested work. I appreciate that the manager was willing to take time from a medical leave to help me. Mark, the service advisor took the time to make sure everything was completed as expected.

Buying a car can be stressful even under the best circumstances, but if you want a good Toyota, seriously consider buying from here. I had a ridiculously low budget (by dealership standards) and I didnt feel judged ONCE here. Absolutely amazing staff. Josh in particular was a delightful, non judgmental, and incredibly kind salesman. Walked out of there with exactly the car I wanted and felt confident that they had lowered the price as much as possible for me.Buy your car here!!

Due to the microchip issue, purchasing an auto is currently very challenging. When starting the purchasing process, I had a very negative experience with Camelback Toyota. However, once I went through the Costco New Auto Program and was directed to Earnhardt Toyota, my purchasing experience significantly improved. With Earnhardt Toyota, there was no bait and switch with pricing, discounts, rebates, etc. Additionally, I was able to provide a deposit to secure the vehicle I selected once it was manufactured. During the process, I was not contacted by multiple individuals or instructed to communicate with others at Earnhardt. Instead, I was grateful to have only one POC, Brian Kimball. Brian was always very pleasant and initiated outreach when warranted. He was communicative and responded to my texts, emails, and phone calls promptly. He provided transparency, honesty, and integrity - everything one would expect as a customer but unfortunately, do not always receive.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!! Im not one typically to write reviews, but I felt it needed to be said, and maybe help anyone whos apprehensive about car dealerships.I was in the market for an affordable, economical second car (I got the 2022 corolla hatch, its gorgeous) and like most people, I dread the car buying experience. That was until i arrived at Earnhardt Toyota. From the moment I arrived the staff was friendly and courteous, everyone was smiling (I wondered if it was closing time, and it wasnt, they were open till 9 pm) and helpful. From start to finish, this was by far the best Ive ever seen.From the saleperson (Ben C) to the sales manager (Matt W) to the finance manager (Jeff S) they could not have been easier to work with. There was no pressure, no sales techniques, and made me feel valued. I also had a chance to speak to the owner, who was pleasant, down to earth, and very likeable (He did a great job of making me feel valued as a customer as well, I dont know what they put in the water over there but its working). The family motto no bull rang true, and youve made a customer for life!!! If youre in the market for a new car or pre owned (also a great selection) do yourself a favor and see them. Nothing less than an amazing experience! From looking to signing, this was definitely the place to go. Our salesman, Chris Beverly, was incredibly helpful, friendly and most importantly, he wasnt pushy. Not much worse than the typical salesman pressure of buying a car, but we dodged that bullet in our case. Once we found the one, we got what we expected for our trade in, a fair price for the new car and a decent rate/term for the loan. Our finance manager, Mike Powell, walked us through every question we had. He didnt rush us through anything, if we had questions, he stopped and answered them in a respectful manner. We appreciated how easy this was. Thats almost impossible to understand, when talking about a car buying experience!

I had a pretty bad experience here last month. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to get a spare key for my Toyota Corolla. I have a 2014 model and my key is just a plain turn key with no fob or extra buttons. I still had the master key and thought it would be easy to just get duplicated. I showed up for my appointment that was scheduled around 10 am. The employee who came up to my car gave me a completely different number for the cost than i had gotten quoted prior. I told him that didn’t seem right and the number they had given me and he then said “oh okay”. So right off the bat I was really unsure of what i was going to get charged and it made me a bit uneasy. Then i proceeded to wait for 5 HOURS for them to duplicate my key. Just to duplicate my key. No other services or anything. I literally waited 5 hours in their waiting area even though I made my appointment 3 weeks in advance. Why even have appointment slots if I have to wait that long? I received no communication from the guy who was assigned my car until around 2 pm when he said they still hadn’t touched my car. I also asked for a quote to fix my door handle and the guy said he couldn’t get ahold of someone else in a different department to give me an accurate quote so it would “probably cost a couple hundred dollars”. So that’s not helpful at all and I cannot afford to schedule an appointment and just pay whatever they decide to charge me for something at the counter. At 3 pm i was told my car was ready so I paid at the counter and then went outside. None of the employees bothered to talk to me or help me in any way so I walked to my car. My keys weren’t in it so I had to rip an employee away from his personal conversation and then he said he would find someone to get my key. I finally got it and ended up leaving at 3:15 pm when my appointment was for 10 am. I’ve always worked in retail and in food service and I am the last person to ever complain online about anything. In fact, this is the first review I have ever left. I just felt so strongly about this experience that I felt it was necessary. I wasn’t treated well from the beginning and the lack of transparency with wait times and even quotes and pricing was unacceptable in my opinion.

I purchased my truck new in 2012 from Earnhardt. I have always have it serviced there and had good results. My last invoice showed they rotated my tires (along with an oil change), but I have a slow leak on the driver side rear wheel. The low tire pressure light came on again a few days later....and the same rear tire was low again. Clearly they did not rotate my tires. I put in a call into their service department and to their credit they responded quickly and provided a credit for that service that was missed. thank you Earnhardt Toyota for correcting the issue.

The transaction was honest, low pressure and the dealership didnt try gouge me as a buyer despite the market shortages (unlike the Toyota dealership near the river). This is a review for their parts Department, I bought some seriously overpriced windshield wiper inserts thinking the original Toyota ones lasted me almost 4 years in that case the price will be worth it, come to find out that not even a year later the inserts wipes off less than half of the water on my windshield. I would say this is not a original Toyota part instead its a cheap knock off that they sell at the insane mark up. I specifically asked for original Toyota parts only. Be careful what you buy here......

I had a tire that was in unrepairable. Unfortunately, They don’t produce the tire anymore. They offered a new one that was not compatible with my other 3. I was very frustrated with the whole situation! I asked if I purchased three more would they give me the 4th tire free? They did just that! Still a little pricey for tires. However in this economy it is what it is. Very thankful nonetheless. I do wish that the alignment had some type of warranty as well. Again pretty pricey. The customer service is always outstanding and I love that they have a shuttle service. Shout out to Ed! And Devin! For getting me back on the road. You made this Marine Happy! Oraah!!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We bought a 2021 4Runner limited Venture from Earnhardt Toyota in January 2021. The buying process was absolutely awful with delays and excuses around every corner that were clearly BS that we have proof of (we also paid cash upfront so there was no financing paperwork to deal with). It took multiple attempts from the accessories department to get our additions correct, and the service there has been terrible every time. Earnhardt Toyota has done nothing to try and rectify the issues we had before, but what really pushed me over the edge was our vehicles 10,000mi service we had performed there this past Friday (9/3). The service reps were untimely and unorganized getting my girlfriend and our 4Runner in queue for our SCHEDULED maintenance appointment. The glass repair guy would not stop forcing business cards at my girlfriend over a chipped windshield (We don’t want this dealer touching more than necessary) and this service still took over 2 hours. Fast forward to today (Monday 9/6) and I notice an oil puddle in our driveway right we’re the 4Runner parks after my girlfriend leaves for work. I make all the connections and assess what the oil could be from and decide to drive to her work where the car is parked and check it out. I get there and take the TRD skid plate off to find a pool of oil in the skid plate, the bottom of the chassis COVERED in oil, and an oil drain plug that is not even finger tight. Please let the service “technician” Ethan Kollett know that the torque spec is 30ft/lb for that drain plug. Not one Ethan finger tight. Like Seriously? A major Phoenix dealership can’t make a car sale easy OR even do an oil change without messing it up? Please, absolutely do not trust this dealership with your business and your new car you worked so hard to get.

Being an Air Force Veteran, I meet another Veteran from Earnhardt Toyota. When it came time to buy the Toyota 4Runner I, I called.I ordered my 2021 4Runner, waiting over 3 weeks delivery.The first problem came when I later found out they did not apply the deposit to the down payment.They sold me a Remote start, the real problems began…The 2021 4Runner Limited, automatically came with Toyota Connect and remote start is part of the package, not disclosed.We agreed to swap out the remote start for the alarm system. Waited 5 hours. Was told “If it doesn’t work, call Toyota Technical Support to reset the system”.The front bumper was protruding away from the fenders of the vehicle. They repaired per a prior year service bulletin, it is still noticeable. Their answer, that’s the best we can do..The factory Remote Start did not work. The alarm was installed by drilling holes into my lower dash and it rattled under my dash. Informed by Toyota Technical support after market remote starters and alarm systems would interfere with Toyota Connect.Believe it or not, it gets worse. Because of all of the above, I received a questionnaire to review how my service experience had gone. I was honest, explained the situation and gave them a 3 star review. I probably should have waited, I did not realize that there would be a possible situation of retaliation for anything less than a 5 star review.Everything appeared ok when I picked up my vehicle.Later, because the vehicle did not feel right as I drove it, after having it checked out by someone else, I found out the service deparment put the maximum amount of air pressure in the tires, which made it ride like a tank. Of course, in an extreme case it could be dangerous, but mostly a retaliatory stunt.I later found out the alarm did not work properly, this is after I was told by the dealership service department that Toyota Technical support was wrong and the alarm would work properly and the Toyota Technical support just didn’t want any aftermarket parts installed on the vehicle. Come to find out Toyota Technical Support was actually being truthful and the dealership was not. I called and went back and forth with one of the managers, who offered to buy back the vehicle at what I paid for it. Unfortunately, this was not an option for the following reasons… they would not reimburse the taxes, the tags, or the $3500 I paid to get a clear wrap on the vehicle to protect the paint, much less the cost of the remote start/alarm. I had someone inspect the vehicle, because if they were willing to do this type of thing, what else? I found out the running boards were bent underneath where I wouldn’t notice. A ding was put in the running board. Another thing they probably don’t know is that the 2021 4Runner Limited tracks trips and scores how the vehicle is driven. On the day I left my vehicle at the dealership it was driven with a score of “13”. On my most aggressive drive, I received a “72”. I saved the 2 trips that were recorded for the day and time it was at the dealership. This could be confirmed with the rental car agreement for the times it was out of my possession. The cowl under the windshield had been pulled out, under the windshield wiper, where I wouldn’t notice. I hope they did not do anything else that would endanger my family’s safety in any way?The first Earnhardt bad car buying experience was when I ordered a new F350 Super Duty pickup, which was delivered in the evening as the sun was setting, later to find that the door had been damaged and repainted, no disclosures. They resolved it, but would have been content in the deception. I had hoped that deception and deceit in this Earnhardt car buying experience...

When maintenance is due, I just make a phone call and schedule when to drop off my car, it was included in my car purchase and Im so happy to have mechanics I can trust versus some shady McGrady working on my car. Plus they have complimentary snacks and beverages while you wait 😀

I spoke to Mariah in the Service Department concerning a problem I was having with a part I had them replace in my Prius a couple of weeks earlier. She was extremely respectful and helpful in getting an emergency appointment for me that same day even though their service appointment schedule was full. When I arrived, Joe took care of the problem right there in the service line with one of the technicians and then I was on my way! I had just purchased a 2021 4runner from Earnhardt and had a bad initial experience with one of the fleet salesmen. Mike Norman the fleet director had reached out to me directly after this and listened to my concerns. He apologized on behalf of Earnhardt and very quickly resolved some underlying issues I had with my vehicle. This is how customer service is done right. Im updating my review to five stars based on the professionalism that Mike showed and how he treats his existing customers.

I have been part of the Toyota family for the past 30 years plus, have owned camrys, 5 to be excat plus a tundra during this time. I bought my 2018 Rav4 at Earnhardt toyota and has a flawless experience, no pressure what so ever and got me the best deal possible, am trading in my 2018 for a 2021 Rav4 and had to order it and again stress free shopping. I love this dealership and do reccomend them every chance I get. My salesman was Zen Berk along with his manager and am so sorry to say cant remember his name, but they were very professional and went over everything to a TEE. Here is one for them!!!!

Not a great experience! We brought our Toyota Matrix in for an airbag recall fix. The airbag light stays on permanently now and they refuse to fix it. If you fix a recall, shouldnt you fix all of it? How will we know if the airbags fail if the sensor no longer works correctly and always stays on??? After talking to them several times about this, they now say the airbag light has nothing to do with the airbag recall fix? Please tell me how its not connected? I am very disappointed in this service location. We will never return, not even for a recall fix.

Hello Toyota Financial, From my experience with you I would take stars away if I could! My Tags have expired, you have my title and I cannot register my truck because TOTOYA FINANCIAL has taken my money and not responded. I paid off my lease for my Toyota in March 2021. I was told my title and pay off statement would come in the mail. It has been 5 plus months. After 17 phone calls and many emails, even going to the dealership did no good. I have gotten NO REPLY for assistance. I was told many times to be patient and just wait things were moving slow. When I call you it is alteast a 2.5 hour wait on hold and then many times you hang up and i have had to call back. This is literal B S! I was told on the last call to Toyota Financial that I have to get my title from the DMV they have it. I had TO TAKE A DAY OFF WORK to go to the DMV to get my title. DMV told me the title is not in my name Toyota Financial has not release it and I cannot get my tags or register the truck to drive with out the documentation that Toyota Financial was supposed to provide. OK TOYOTA FINANCIAL I have resorted to going on line to give a BAD REVIEW to see if you will finally contact me. we will see I give you 24 hours and then I will be hitting every rating web site I can find to share my lovely experience with Toyota Financial. See now if you can change my mind about the purchase of that new Tundra I test drove and liked.

Don’t ever go here unless you want to be charged at least double. Tried to lease a Tacoma based on the Toyota websites estimated price but was quoted double that at the dealership. They tried to add on $3,000 worth of dealer charges and doubled the price that Toyota quoted for the vehicle. If you enjoy being ripped off, it’s a great place to go.UPDATE: Just wanted to double down on my review of this place. Manager reached out after this review and still quoted me a monthly payment for a lease that was about $150 too high. These people will say they are trying to make it right and take care of you but in reality they are only trying to scam you slightly less. Do not ever shop at this dealership.
