This is a great shop with great prices and honest staff. The shop and front office is clean! They have never once tried to upsell services.This place is much better then taking your car to the dealership, especially for higher end imports! We take our 2005 Scion Xb, and 2015 Lexus CT200h here for oil changes and all maintenance.

Damage repair to oil pan and oil change. In this geographic area, it seems to me that the only imports people fix are German. I was very pleased to learn that this shop specializes in Japanese vehicles (I have no doubt that they also do Euro-cars.) Ricardo, the owner, has extensive experience in doing the work himself and is a top drawer professional. He explains anything that you need to understand in simple terms. If he has recommendations, he takes a picture to show you what he is taking about. I felt no upselling pressure at any time and the work was very fairly priced. Their front entrance is spotless clean. When I picked up my car, (on time as promised), they had washed it as part of their service. I had a little challenge finding them but am so glad I did. Highly recommended. I and my 236,000 miles old 2006 Prius are very happy.

Ricardo is great. Honest, knowledgeable, fair priced and the work is done right. I started going to him around 2014 when my wife was sent there by other mechanics because they could not find the problem with her Nissans transmission. He found it and fixed it. No new transmission, just a $30 dollar part. We have been going to him ever since.

So based off my experience here I just came here to get my alarm and door handle fixed, but some how my car front bumper magically became broken I took pics before I had took it in so I know what it looked like. I asked what happen to my front bumper he said no clue. As I aspected he’s not gonna admit to it .They probably was test driving and hit something. So 90 bucks for alarm and door handle but door handle was never fixed he said he couldn’t find the part third day btw but will try looking for one and will call and let me know when he finds one, but never did.he still charge me for everything including the part he didn’t find, so I spent 90 dollars just to go to this shop, just to get rip off and come back with a broken bumper. Sadly I was recommended to this shop and it sucked.

Told me about the 100$ diagnostic fee AFTER they did the diagnosis, which was a 2nd opinion for me, the 1st place (Sun Devil Auto) didnt charge for diagnosis which is awesome of them because Ive come to realize most places DO charge for diagnosis. Ended up having the job done at Firestone Auto because they let me make 150$ payments, and the job was 1,500$ Import was going to charge a bit less, and use top of the line struts, but they offered no payment plan otherwise Id have gone with Import Auto- they do good work, and use great parts, unfortunately I didnt have a great experience there when I went for MY car 🤷‍♂️

The owner is Ricardo and he has always been very communicative with me which I appreciate. I like how he shows me my old parts when I come into his shop so that I can see what was wrong and why the repair was needed. I originally discovered Ricardo after another auto repair shop told me they wouldnt touch the issue I had because the rust on my truck was concerning to them. Ricardo was able to get the issue resolved and had me back on the road. Pricing is fair and he stays open late when I get stuck in traffic on my way back to pick up my vehicle. Thanks Ricardo and staff for keeping us on the road.

Clutch was replaced about 2 years ago and never was right. Recently had it redone, and the mechanic who redid it said it looked like only the clutch pad was replaced and everything else was left alone. Dont trust these guys.
