I would like 2 say i have gotten 2 cars from here and for my second Corey Allen helped me pick my car he got me the car i wanted with all the features i wanted!!! So helpful if you go here he’s the person to ask for!!! Someone give that man a raise
If I could I would give negative stars! Go in for a simple oil change for my two vehicles, scheduled online. Arrived at scheduled time and have to wait about 10-15 minutes for advisor. No big deal. Then 3 hours later one of my vehicles is ready, but they add a tire rotation to it that I never authorized. Then I ask about my second vehicle and they had not even touched it. They rush it in and do the same thing. Add a tire rotation that was never authorized. Then they have the nerve to try and charge me for these services that I did not authorize and I had previously purchased a prepaid oil plan from them. I will never take my vehicles back to this place. While sitting and waiting for my vehicles I heard many times over that they kept trying to charge people for the same exact services that they too had prepaid plans on and did not authorize service. Worse customer service I have ever experienced and what makes it so much worse is they are under new management. Great job new management, losing a return customer because of incompetence and laziness. An oil change should not take more than 30 minutes tops, but you manage to go above and beyond that timeframe. I am completely done with EVN and will never recommend them to anyone.
Waited 3.5 hours for an oil change. To be fair they were short staffed that day but their service was great everyone was friendly and I even test drove a new Maxima while I waited.
First oil change i did months ago took 7 hours to get done, and it was a scheduled appointment. Just had some more maintenance done again. This time they tried charging me $140 more then what they told me. After changing it, it shows on the receipt that they just reduced the price for something they didnt do on my car. Then on the way home, the cabin filter falls out and I had to drive back to get it fixed. Not going here anymore
Good fast service but are very expensive. Great associates
