Great A/C company! Thank you for having knowledgeable techs. Our main floor A/C was working, but not keeping up. The tech determined that the unit was over charged, removed some of the refrigerant, and presto everything was back to normal!! This not only made our home more comfortable, but reduced our electric bill!

Excellent service. This was a second opinion to someone recommending complete replacement. The technician was very patient with me and explained what it could be when we could not repeat the issue upon arrival. We have used Ocean Air on three occasions. Those visits included servicing our ac units and ultimately, to replace one. In every interaction, they followed Covid health guidelines and that included wearing masks, in the summer, in Arizona. In addition, they were the epitome of professional by showing up on time, having a kind demeanor and were completely honest with us by including all of the options available to us including the costs without any pressure. I would highly recommend this company.

Ocean Air was fantastic! My rental home wasnt cooling properly. My tenant initially had another company look at it first, but something seemed off about their quote, especially the price for what they were going to do. I called Mike at Ocean Air and asked if he could send someone out for a second opinion. His tech, Taylor, came out and was prompt, thorough, professional, and quick. He was able to find the problem quickly (including letting us know what the other company told us was broken was actually working fine) and got it fixed within the hour at about 1/6 the cost we were quoted by the other company. I would recommend them to anyone!

Ocean Air has always been very responsive and professional each time Ive contacted them. If your AC is completely out they put an even higher level of urgency into responding. They are very careful to explain the problem and the solution and outline the cost. No complaints at all.

Ocean air came out and repaired my air conditioner they were nice and friendly it did take a couple days extra to repair because there wasnt any sticker that had the air conditioner numbers on it to find the original part but they got the part and repaired it and is working good now

We have been using Ocean Air as our HVAC resource for about 10 years. They are responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. Even though our units were pushing 20 years old, Ocean Air never used hard-sell tactics to get us to buy new units (as other companies had.) Instead, they explained the pros and cons and kept them going. This allowed us time to save up for new units and we were able to replace with new when we were ready. We trust Ocean Air.

I needed to replace my whole HVAC system with a new 2 stage 16 seer unit. I called around and set appointments for proposals. I called these guys and he wouldnt even come to my house. ( And they are only 5 minutes away ). He said he would just email the proposal over to me. Never heard of such a thing in my life. A proposal consists of many considerations, only done by walking the property. By the way, his pricing was WAY higher than all the others. If they cant be bothered to come to your house for a proposal, then they are not worthy of anyones business.

We had Ocean Air come out for a routine check-up on our A/C before summer hit. Mike (or his employee) is always on time and very thorough in their check. If something is needed or wrong, they will let you know before they fix it and they never, ever do anything that is not needed. They are all so honest and trustworthy and that is one of the top priorities on my list of repairmen. You can count on them ONLY doing what is necessary. And they are always very nice and polite. I have used Oceanaire for about ten years on five properties I either own or have interest in. Mike and his crew have always been quick to respond to my needs and very courteous. I have used them to replace existing units in three properties and their prices have been extremely fair. My years of experience with them have proven them to be thorough and they stand behind their work. I recently purchased a property that had a new unit installed that was still under warranty, the company that installed the unit refused to honor their warranty unless I was willing to pay obscene amounts on service calls that were supposed to be covered, they said I wasnt their type of customer. Mike and his crew came in and straightened out the mess that had been made, finding evidence of sabatoge on this new unit and a terrible installation job. The problem is now resolved.
