The Coronado brothers came out first thing this morning and did our install. They were very nice and professional. Got the install done quicker than expected. They were out of the 14 seer unit we were quoted and we got a free upgrade to a 16 seer. Great experience so far!

Just had my old rattling Air Conditioner with a new 3Ton Trane unit. Called ASAP to get a price and prepared myself for an extended install date. Was happy to hear a good competitive price so when I asked when it could be installed, they said how about tomorrow around 8am!!!The install went perfectly and the A/C is now cool and no longer shaking the house! I opted to upgrade my thermostat so the tech even came back and installed that for me.I couldnt be happier with ASAP and especially Shanda who was awesome answering any questions and making sure things were perfect.

ASAP was wonderful!! Our existing unit went on the blink on a Saturday around 6:30 pm. We had just gotten in to town for a short visit. They came over within 2 hours on a repair call. Our unit was not able to be repaired but they were able to replace the unit very quickly. By Monday 9:15 am. They were hard at work. A very professional crew, and super quick. It only took about 2 hours to install, my husband and I are very happy. Thank you to ASAP.

We needed a new AC initially and Mike came out and it took 12 hrs to replace our AC . We were extremely unhappy with his service and felt he wasn’t competent for the job. We called to report problems with new AC he put in . My husband talked with Shawn service dept team leader and when he called to talk to Shawn front office contact person was very polite and professional made every effort to get a positive outcome. When he spoke to Shawn he was very professional and went above and beyond to quickly come out to the house to repair any any all problems with the botched work done by Mike. Shawn also reassured he get the job done because I was having surgery next day and we can’t have a house with no air when health issues are affected . Shawn was very accommodating and professional we certainly would highly recommend your company to our friends and we will unfortunately not recommend using Mike !

I had a complete heat pump system (air handler and condenser unit) installed to replace a 35 year old system. The Coronado brothers did the installation. They were quick and professional. They showed up on schedule and made short work out of the removal of the old system and installation of the new. I am very pleased with the service.Also, in light of the pandemic, they wore masks while working in my home (as did I).

Really disappointed with this company. My AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon. They came out 6 hours later and I paid them to fix it. Stopped working again the next day on Saturday. They were supposed to come out that night and never showed. Called them the next morning and they said they would be there within the hour… never showed. After 2 hours called and left a message and have been calling every hour since only to have no one answer. It’s now Sunday evening. I have another company coming out and will have to pay them what I paid the first time with this company just to have it actually fixed this time. Very upset, wish I could speak with someone about it, but the I professionalism prevents them from answering the phone.

I called to get my ac fixed, was told a tech would be there in 1 hr. No tech ever came and when I called back I got ghosted! Called 911 heating and cooling and got it fixed right away if you need repair quick call 911 theyre the best

The fan was not working on our ac unit. They were able to get a technician out to my house within an hour of when I called! He fixed the exact problem, inspected everything, and did not try to sell us on anything we do not need at the moment.

This is the second time that I have used ASAP to install an A/C unit. I had them install two units on my two story home in Gilbert last year (replaced 2 twenty year old units). And just this week 2 days after Labor Day they replaced the A/C on my sons house. Both times they did excellent work.The Coronado brothers were very professional and extremely efficient. Shawn arrived on-time and listened to my issue. After about 10 times trying to replicate the noise, it was determined it was from under the house and due to the pipes to the registers. He did assure me our furnace was running perfect and no repairs needed. Highly recommend.

Had new Trane AC put in and less than a month later it quit working. I had to wait until next day in 117 degree Temps to get them to tell me they were coming out. 11 to turned into after 6 and had to continue to call to get updates. No one in the office communicated with me at all.

I submitted an online inquiry to have our 18 yr old system updated due to age. received a phone call from Wayne the very next day. Went over some numbers and decided to pull the trigger and replace both heat pumps, furnaces and air handlers. Was not in a hurry as our current system was doing good so scheduled for the following week. The crew of Armando, Ivan, Rickey and Mike showed up at 7am sharp and they finished the job just before 12 noon. Both thermostats were also replaced as was one of the disconnects. They also installed water overflow switches on both units. It was very hot and these 4 guys did a great job in a minimal amount of time. It has now been 2 full weeks and everything is working great and the Trane units are very quiet and the house stays cool.Couldnt be happier with our experience. Wayne did not try and up sell, answered all of my questions. The crew that showed up was top notch. I also received the warranty confirmation from Trane the following day. They were referred to me by the father of a co worker. He did a bunch of research with other companies and chose them and was very happy with their service. My very old ac went out on the hottest day of the year so far. I was given a quote over the phone and a new Trane AC was installed the next day. The price was great and the guys that came out to install the new unit did a great job. I am glad to have cold air today. My wife was very skeptical because I did no research and went off of a referral from a coworker I trust and all of the online reviews. Dont over think it. Amazing service. These guys performed an install of a new 3 ton heat pump for me when I was having trouble with the one I had that was 20 years old. They didnt try to pressure me to buy new, they would have happily fixed my current unit but I wanted to replace it. They did a stellar job installing and I thought that was the end of my interaction with them. When winter came I had a problem where the heat was not working and they were here within 45 minutes of calling at 8am on a Saturday morning. I assumed something went wrong with the install but it turned out to be a bad configuration of my electronic thermostat. They not only corrected the problem but didnt charge me AND wanted to check the pressure in the unit to be safe since they were here. These are amazing people who really understand customer service. I was totally willing to pay for their visit since it was not a problem with their install but one of the replacement thermostat that I installed. They refused to let me pay for their time. I will never recommend anyone else for A/C needs to everyone I know in the Mesa area. ASAP AC and Heating ROCKS!

After purchasing a new Trane unit in 09/16, we have had nothing but one problem after another with this heating and cooling system. It took 3 fall seasons to finally have heat, and now we have no A/C. We are senior citizens and have been told they dont have any techs who can address our problem. We called another company to come out and learned that the unit had been sitting around for 2 years before it was installed in our home. We paid thousands of dollars for a DUD! BEWARE!! Next call is to the Registrar of Contractors!

The technician came out last week and serviced our A.C unit. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant. Flushed our clogged line and replaced old filter. Air is working well now and no more leaking. I was very impressed with the service we received and the cost of repair was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend ASAP AC and heating and will use them again in the future.

I called ASAP to service my AC after concerns that it may not be operating properly. They checked my unit wich is 16 years old and it was fine. They didnt try to convince me that I would need something newer and didnt charge me for the service. I will definitely be a repeat customer for future needs.

I had service on my AC and I mentioned I was thinking of replacing these older units. The Tech said call his boss for a quote as he is very fair. I had two other quotes before I called. ASAP asked what I had and outlined what they thought I needed. Bottom line 1/2 the cost of other bids. The install crew was great. First they were on time and went right to work. As of today very satisfied, but again I have not used the units for AC yet.

On or about 7/18/18 I called ASAP to see if I could have a tech. out to see why my AC unit was not working effectively, Crystal in the office stated she would have someone call me and set up a time to meet. I have been the Home Improvement business most of my life and expected to be put off for a time out a ways. I was so amazed that within one ( 1 ) hour and the tech team was at the gate!!!!!!!!! After checking the refrigerant and pressure and what the unit was doing and not doing we concluded I may be the filter I was using ( too good for this older unit ) so I stated I would replace with lessor filter, I asked if there was a charge and tech stated no, just a fair review on line !On 7/20/18 I called back to the office as it was obvious that the filter was not the issue. Crystal stated she would have the techs. back out again and even on Saturday ! Saturday the techs showed up even earlier then anticipated and after doing some research decided the unit which was about 15 years old, needed to be replaced. They called the installation team ( I was expecting delay as is usual ) within one hour the team was at my home with the new unit and within an hour I was back in the cool air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When they say ASAP, they mean it. A consultation this morning and a new ac/heater this afternoon. Granted, its the off season, but still; I would have been waiting for days with any other company. Also, the technicians are fast and courteous of my house and yard. They cleaned up every little thing that came off the old and new unit. The unit they installed is so quiet, I no longer feel as if my ceiling is crashing down. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them to handle my other unit.

16 year old A/C unit went out and needed to be replaced. I got seveal quotes from other companies that were $1800 to $2000 more. Techs were here the next morning (I called Saturday afternoon) and in less than the 3hrs Wayne told me it should take to install,they were finished. Techs tested system to make sure everything was working properly,cleaned up and left. Recommending ASAP to everyone I know. GREAT SERVICE and GREAT PRICE!!

A/C went out one day next day crew showed up right on time very professional install new unit with in 5 hours at a very reasonable price and excellent job thanks to Wayne and his crew/ staff

We needed to have our units checked called a company by the name of Affordable Air they were suppose to check the units and give them a tune-up for 39.95, well he took a look at our units and immediately told us that both units needed freon and that it would cost us $500 dollars, that was a immediate flag because we had our units checks right before winter and they had freon and we new that this guy was upselling us on stuff we did not need. To make a long story short we were conned out of $300 dollars for some 2 year maintenance program and told us it would cost us close to $15,000 for two Trane Lennox HP units. when that guy left I felt so used and lied too, so I started to search online for lower a prices on these units and found ASAP Air Conditioning: and are very happy about finding this company. They gave me the truth and gave us a very reasonable price no upselling when the Coronado Brothers showed up to install they just did their jobs and were very professional and politewe highly recommend ASAP for your A?C and Heating needs :)

Excellent guidance, price, service and promptly replaced my bad AC unit. I had a new Trane basic split AC unit installed today and Armando and his helper did a great job. Wayne the owner explained that the more complicated the system the more it would cost to maintain. I would highly recommend ASAP.

My husband and I got the bad news that one of our AC units needed to be replaced the week before Christmas. After getting ridiculously high-priced quotes from the well-known companies in the Valley, my neighbor told me to give ASAP Heating and Cooling a call. Wayne was very helpful and had a quote to me that same day! The quote was for a larger unit and was almost half the price of the other quotes I received! ASAP installed the next week and completed the install in less time than they expected. Our new unit is running great and keeping us warm at night. Mike was a straight-shooter. He offered me the correct unit at a great price, all over the phone. He took the apprehension out of buying an AC. His installation crew was phenomenal! Technically competent and real gentlemen. Not common to see nowadays. I would do business with ASAP in a heartbeat.

Was looking online for a company to fix my AC and could not get any to come out the same day, found ASAP and Crystal answered the phone and had a tech at my door in 20 minutes and unit fixed in 30. Wayne (the owner) is the AC guy you want to work with, I got quotes from 5 other AC contractors for a Trane heat pump and all of those quotes were $3000 to $5000 k higher the ASAP was able to provide. I have bought 5 heat pumps from ASAP and they always have the better price and dont over charge for Freon. His installation crew with Armando did a very professional installation and were friendly helpful and courteous.

Wayne gave me a great price on a new Trane heat pump and the installers were here the next day ahead of schedule. They got the entire system replaced in under four hours and my home was ice cold by noon. The price was almost 50% less than one of the biggest companies that I wont name! Thanks thanks thanks!!!!! I love ASAP!!!!
