Professional Scam-Artists. Lied to my face about having made changes/touched my 2013 Elantras windshield wiper system. The day I brought it in for an A/C tune-up it was working. When I left the shop, they no longer sprayed. Once I brought it back in to them, it still wasnt spraying. Once I left the shop today (after they brought the car in to inspect the dye they placed in the line), the windshield wipers were suddenly magically working. I questioned the workers before I left why my wipers were not working, and they got upset with me so I indicated I wanted to live-record their answer for legal purposes (considering this is my vehicle and this is life or death I have the legal right to request this). They not only refused but got super upset and started acting like they had been caught red-handed in the middle of criminal activity. Very suspicious! They wouldnt even let me know why they were removing me from the store.Because of this, they are refusing to FINISH the work they STARTED on my car, thus leaving the work incomplete (which part of is paid for already). So technically this is theft and I WILL be contacting Mesa Police to investigate why I am not receiving all the service I PAID FOR. Oh, just because I HAD THE AUDACITY TO POLITELY ASK if I could record the conversation? I even backed down when they said no, but they manager decided to get steaming RED IN THE FACE and say with the FAKEST SMILE HIDING HIS ANGER, no sir Im just gonna ask you to leave and not bother servicing you. Even though they still havent finished what I paid for.DO NOT trust these scam artists. Do not let the good reviews you see change the fact they are still getting away with SCAMMING people in-between. They do good service for some folks so they can build up the rep to get away with heinous activity in the background.I politely urge everyone in the city to stop using this location on Dobson/University at once, and contact the Federal Trade Commission to have them investigated FOR FRAUD.Have a good day!

Wonderful staff who are very professional about their work.All service Ive gone here for has been completed without any issues.Staff is also very excellent about walking you through other concerns they spot on vehicle. They also give you prices for what the parts and work will run as they are servicing it.

Its a little more expensive than other places but you get top notch work and i assume you are supporting a small business. So i do not mind one bit paying an extra dollar for honest good work. Best mechanics I have ever dealt with, hands down. I have been in the automotive collision industry for over 15 years and every shop I have worked for uses a separate shop for mechanical repairs, alignments, tires, and engine diagnostics. Of all the different shops I’ve used over the years, Scott and his team are by far the best I have ever worked with, a cut above the rest to say the least! They will tell you when something needs to be addressed with your vehicle, and also tell you if there’s something that might need to be addressed in the future while letting you know that it doesn’t need replacing but it’s starting to show signs of wear, instead of just trying to up-sell you on everything. Seriously honest and fair, can’t beat their pricing and top notch work. I recommend Scott and his team to all my friends and family, and I bring Scott my personal vehicles for anything they need and he always does me right. Avoid these guys unless you want to get ripped off!!!! My 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in accident and the body shop I took it to sent it to these guys to get the suspension repaired! These clowns tried to quote my insurance company $14k estimate just to repair the suspension. When I called to get details on the repair I got wonderful Scott on the phone and he proceeded to tell me it was none of my business! Needless to say I immediately called a tow truck and had the jeep removed from this rip off shop! Took the jeep to Earnhardt collision and they came back with $16k estimate to repair the susp and body damage to the jeep! Beware stay away from these clowns or they will rip you off.

I started coming here about 3-4 years ago after having a great experience at a different location. I was a college student with an old car that got a lot of use. Scott and the whole team were always transparent, honest, and extremely helpful. They know me by name and only charge me when work is done. I am always confident in their expertise and with my vehicle after its been in their hands. I have reccomended them to everyone I know and will continue to do so. My boyfriend started going there shortly after I did and has had an equally wonderful experience.

Quick and professional! Needed to get my tire fixed for an air leak ASAP. They understood my urgency and fixed it within 30 mins!! They refused to charge me even after I insisted them to. Also, thanks to Choice Auto Repair on University and Dorsey for recommending this place!

A great place to take your cars to. Ive taken my hyundai here a couple times for little things like tires and such. Ive also recently brought my truck here to do an alignment and to get some play in the steering checked. They always explain things very clearly and keep you updated if they find things that need to be replaced. Theyll give you a quote if you cant do the work to your car right away and stick to the quote for up to 6 months. Every worker that Ive talked to is nice and truly cares about the customer. I recommend this place to anyone and will continue to take my vehicles here.

Had a great experience at Tire Pros today. Fast, friendly, professional and knowledgeable service. They offered to drop me off at Tempe Market Place while I waited. A loaner car was available so I got some pizza at TMP. There are other tire places closer to my home.

Skyler was a really nice mechanic who helped me to pinpoint a problem with my tire. Also he was very knowledgeable with the car and he disclosed all the information and all the questions I asked him. Very knowledgeable and honest mechanic place and I would recommend to anybody who are looking to change the tires.Update: I would probably come here just to change the tires. I came last time and they tried to sale me into fixing the front suspension ASAP and told me that it would not last for long that I needed to fix as soon as tomorrow. (one of the art of sales or hurry up pitch) I doubted it and I went to one of my Mexican friends that do mechanics professionally, and he told me that I dont need to fix the front suspension at all. However, Skyler told me the parts would cost roughly $700 and the labor would cost $1300. Total of $2000. I told them thats way too expensive. Then he said he its better to fix just the left side since the driving sides suspension or the rubber part was wearing. However, I later researched myself that when fixing the suspension, its better to fix the both sides, and my Mexican mechanic told me the same thing. Just to fix the one side shows he wanted to make money. I assume that when making sales, workers might have some type of commission or compensation. I mean making money is not bad, but an attempt to squeeze someones wallet while there is no problem is. Leveraging ones dearth knowledge is the art of sales and American Capitalism. I have seen it everywhere in this country. However, an honest Mexican mechanic told me that as long as I bring in the parts, they would do it for $250 labor in the future. This was a long time ago, but I felt the need to share this. I dont hate this place but I urge anyone to do some research before buying into anything, and get 2nd opinion from someone else. Experiences in America taught me that!

AZ tire pros went above and beyond for me, so I thought I would share. I came in on a Saturday and completely spaced they closed at 1. I had my phone ringer off accidently. They stayed almost an hour past close for me because I couldnt be reached. THANK YOU, they spent their time waiting for me when they did not have to..... I wont go anywhere else for my wheel/tire needs in the future.

Horrible business. Had my car for 4 days accomplished nothing brought it in saying they could fix it didn’t answer my calls til the 4th day to say they haven’t done anything to it! Place is a huge joke and will never go back. Brenden is an idiot and doesn’t know what he’s doing there..

When I brought in my car whats a flat tire from a nail puncture, they charitably patched it up for free. And all they asked me to do was come back again next time. AZ Tire Pros is a great and clean shop that dont beat around the bush. They do regular maintenance on all of my fleet vehicles for our construction company. Bonus points for working with the car wash next door to get our trucks cleaned at the same time.

This shop deserves nothing but the best reviews. I originally took my vehicle to Firestone as my A/C compressor conveniently went out just before it started getting warm out. I called AZ Tire Pros to get a quote for the repair and not was I instantly attracted by the pricing but the customer service is nothing short of world class. We were traveling and had a flat fixed and they were very efficient in a short period of time so that could get back on the road.

I stopped in for a wheel alignment, tire rotation and oil change. Found a coupon on their website for a $20 oil change (very fair!), got all four tires rotated for $20 (very fair!) and an alignment for $70 (about $20 than I pay at home, but still in the ballpark). Service was done promptly and Scott was very courteous. Great experience.

Called this place months ago to see about getting a 4 inch lift kit and 33 inch wheels on my truck. The guy said he would call me the next week(called on a Friday), that never happened. I will be taking my money somewhere else where it is appreciated.

This was my first time coming to Arizona Tire Pros, and they were fantastic! My tire pressure light had come on 3 times in less than a month, and Nissan told me there was nothing wrong with my tire. AZ Tire Pros not only took the time to see what was wrong, they made thoughtful recommendations, and drove me back to my office so I wouldn’t miss a meeting while they worked on my car!! 5 stars for sure!

So I usually go to the shell rapid lubes but they were not open at 8am on a Friday (5/24), they were supposed to be open before memorial weekend. So I went to az tire pros. It doesnt bother me to give my business to another company. So I get right in since they (az tire pros), just opened and when I was waiting for my truck to gets its oil change. A few people come in and are on a first name basis with the guy in the front (skylar??), which is always the mark of a good and reliable business. Especially when it comes to working on vehicles, since for most of us that is our way if living. I would definitely recommend this place to people as well as making an appointment if going in later in the day.
