My compliments to the tech and the phone operator (Vicky). Very helpful and fast. Vicky was able to schedule me right away. He sent one of their best technicians, seriously! Tech Ford was able to determine the issue with the freezer right away & fixed it in just an hour. Job was decent and price was affordable.

Sub Zero came to our house in Mesa when our AC was not working properly. They were prompt and professional. They replaced a part and ordered a compressor. When the compressor came in and the technician came to replace it they found the replacement was not needed. Justin called me and let me know the compressor did not need to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised it was not needed and grateful for the professionalism and honesty.

DONT DO IT. This self proclaimed referral company took $110 from me to schedule an appointment. When the tech showed up he looked at our Sub Zero unit that is clearly broken and still not working today and said it just needed a simple coil cleaning. He sprayed an aerosol can of coil cleaner at the front of the coils and told us we were good to go. He moved on to the second unit he was there to repair an Electrolux that hadnt been plugged in in a year because it stopped cooling well. He plugged it in and held his hand inside and told us it blows cold. At this point I came to the conclusion that I had been taken for a $110 dollar ride but no the repair man proceeded to tell us that we owed an additional $145 and it could only be paid in cash or Venmo. This was quickly dismissed as I told him I would call the company and he decided it was best he left with nothing. After he left I called the company that charged my card for the appointment and informed them of the happenings and let them know I expected a full refund the customer service rep was friendly but did nothing to help. I was told I would receive a call within 24hrs to let me know if they would be refunding my card or not it has now been over 48hrs and I have heard nothing. These people have no knowledge of appliances and are simply a call center that sends strangers to your home to strong-arm you. If the aforementioned experience sounds like something you yearn for use these folks.
IT HAS BEEN 2 1/2 WEEKS SINCE MY APPLIANCE WAS FIXED AND IT IS STILL RUNNING GREAT. WILL DEF RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS. GREAT WORK
