My tech, Lucas was a very nice and professional guy. He explained what we needed and how much everything would cost. He ordered parts, they werent in stock. He came back worked until everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend him and this company.
I had my 17 year old AC replaced. Shvan came and was incredibly professional. Despite the loud roof noises, I was able to take a nap through most of the installation! He & his helper were professional, kind, quick, informative, and did a great job. Bart my sales person was great as well. Highly recommend!
Im on the East Coast. I came to this site for a brand recommendation for a good or better Central AC replacement. I came away with a basic understanding of the whole AC situation.My take away is that Ill try to find a top installer in RI to install a Bosch better unit.

Excellent experience...........and Im in North Carolina! I was having difficulty getting information from my local contractor about a proposed Bosch package system. Given Magic Touchs extensive experience with Bosch, I submitted my question through their web site. Rich Morgan, the President of Magic Touch, responded quickly and in detail. Excellent (non)customer service.
I initially called Magic Touch for a second opinion and an estimate on a new system. Lucas came out and did a phenomenal job! Not only was he able to figure out what was going on very quickly, it turned out the first company had completely misdiagnosed the problem. Lucas explained exactly what was happening and what my options were. Whereas the first company had immediately pushed me to a new system, Lucas listed that as ONE of my options. He was also able to tell me exactly what equipment I had since I havent been up in the attic yet (just bought the house). My system is starting to show some age so I went ahead with a price quote for a new one and he was able to provide that as well. He took the time to go through all our options and answered all our questions. I want to collect a couple more quotes for comparison, but so far these guys are winning based on customer service alone. On a completely unrelated note, Lucas tried to make friends with my lazy hounds but they were being total snobs 😄

An excerpt from a much longer letter sent to Magic Touch to which they never responded:Since having the units installed, your technicians have made more than TWENTY visits to our house to make repairs or to reinstall or rewire some component. Rather than provide us with increased confidence in the product and your company, each of these visits has left us with continually diminished confidence in the systems and their relative installations. Despite most repairs being responded to in a reasonable time and manner, each visit required us to rearrange our schedule so someone was home, usually for over an hour (or more) each time. And every time a repair was made, it always seemed to be someone else’s fault or problem (e.g., “I’m not sure why the other technician did this...” or “The installation was correct, so this must be an issue with Goodman.”). In addition, it always seemed to be a different problem than the previous technician fixed the time before. There have been so many issues, I can hardly remember them all.Eventually we had had enough. We talked with Rick about even more issues we were having with the units. He sent a technician to get things working and said he would talk with Goodman to see about getting a rep out to our place to inspect the units. Some time later, Rick, Darrell, and the Goodman rep came and took a look at the entire system. From what I could gather, it was a classic finger-pointing match between Magic Touch and Goodman, neither one claiming responsibility for the problems we were experiencing. The Goodman rep tried to reassure us that they stood behind their product and that we were working with a great company (e.g., “Goodman stands behind its products with a ten-year parts warranty for catastrophic system failure.”). The reps from Magic Touch, on the other hand, stated that it was a Goodman issue. Either way, everything seemed in good working order when they left (like it always is after their visits). Rick even said he would talk with the owner about options going forward, something to give us confidence in our choice of Magic Touch and Goodman (i.e., an extended warranty or taking the units back- which we requested and he begrudgingly agreed to ask about).The following month we saw failure after failure with the unit, thermostat, or some other issues, depending on the visit and technician we speak with (the problem rarely seemed to be something the techs could agree on). As your records will show, some weeks we literally had a Magic Touch Mechanical rep at our house every other day because of some issue - and nobody ever wanted to accept responsibility.Finally, it was decided that your techs would try and “hard wire” both the unit and thermostat. So for the past 5 months we have had wires taped up around our home and a thermostat taped to the wall. See attached. Although the units appear to be working, it’s difficult to tell whether this is because the problem was fixed or because the units have hardly been running at all throughout the winter. It’s also probably just a matter of time before the freight train startup sound coming from one of the units (which we told Rick about and was never addressed) results in some sort of failure, catastrophic or otherwise. When we called Rick to report back about the hard wiring, it took several attempts before we heard back from him. During the call, he abruptly explained to my wife that it must be our wiring that is the problem; that he would send someone out and give us an estimate; and that we would have to pay out-of-pocket to have the work done! After multiple failures, many hot nights, and an absurd amount of visits, we do not think the rewiring bill should be our responsibility. Everything was working just fine on our old units- it was just time to replace them in anticipation for the future.Now, when we called them recently to fix the recent issues, they told my wife that they would no longer service our residence.

I just really want to give a shout out to Jason. Hes the best a/c tech guy Ive ever interacted with. Hes extremely thorough, efficient, timely and respectful. Aside from how great his work ethic, and actual work, is. His customer service is impeccable. He showed his everything he was going to do and did, really took his time to answer our questions and was very respectful when needed to enter the house.Magic touch overall was a quick and easy experience work with. Kathleen, is very kind and straightforward, helped us get everything book and stayed in top of checking in with us. Bart was also very well versed in ac units and kind. Replace the voltage distribution block and voltage absorber, and cleaned the indoor and outdoor coils. It had been a few years since I had maintenance done and those dirty coils were really effecting the efficiency of the unit. Not to mention it was running noisily. Now it purrs like a kitten. Well worth the $1700, and much better than the price to replace the unit if not maintained properly.Lucas did a great job and was SUPER nice.
Lucas came out to quote replacement of a 25+ year old air conditioner. We discussed several options of which he was very thorough, he took the time to answer my questions, and explain some ac basics in language I could understand (not too technical). Although I ended up going with a different company, I appreciated his thoroughness, expertise and professionalism.
Had a great first experience with Magic Touch Mechanical checking out my old trane package unit that was really showing its age with these July 100+ days. I appreciated the text with photo of the tech coming out and when to expect their arrival. Jeremy did a really great job evaluating the unit and explained in great detail what was occurring with it and what it would take to fix it up. All my questions were answered and all possible options presented in a professional and honest way with quotes in writing. My air went out, the company allowed me to use a portable AC unit until my unit was replaced. From signing the contract to having the ac installed it was a quick few days. Lucas was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. Would recommend the company for ac needs.

Woke up at 4am and the A/C was not running. Called their office immediately (24 hour response) and they sent Lucas out that day to look at the problem. I contacted the company to diagnose the problem with my electric fireplace. The company claims to be experts at fireplace repair. The person they sent out was inexperienced. He had trouble opening the fireplace. Once he figured that out, he had to call his supervisor to walk him through what to check for. He took about an hour to finally come to what he thought was a diagnosis. Since he had to rely on his supervisor for guidance by phone, I had no confidence he even diagnosed the problem properly. Then the workman had a very difficult time reassembling the fireplace. It took him over an hour, and I had to assist by looking up the manual online. I highly recommend you find a different company for your fireplace repair.Here is a quote from their website. we guarantee once our highly-trained fireplace technicians have rejuvenated your fireplace or fire pit, youll not only use us again, youll call us for the other services we provide.The person they sent out was barely-trained and not highly-trained!

Site on Google states they serve Maricopa, Gila and Pinal Counties but when I called for a quote the phone rep says they dont service Florence, the Pinal County seat. So if they will lie in their own advertising, I would watch their ethics in service.
Lucas and Shvan showed up yesterday morning ready to get to work! They very quickly has the old AC unit off my roof and started working on the ducting in the crawlspace. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the work order that caused some confusion about the requirements of the job. Lucas and Shvan consulted with me briefly to get my input on the situation then called over the salesman and owner to make sure that they proceeded with a plan that would result in the best ducting configuration for my house. The job took a bit longer than initially expected, but caused no inconvenience to me. I appreciate how polite and diligent Lucas and Shvan were in working hard to get the job done right. I look forward to continuing doing business with Magic Touch Mechanical.
I dont write many reviews because it takes time and most of the time, service is just ok. Today was an exception! Lucas came to fix our gas fireplace and all I can say is....we will use this company (requesting Lucas) to service our A/C, duct cleaning and our fireplace (if needed). He was super professional, explained everything as he was working and was a young man that we felt really comfortable having in our home!
We are selling our house and have been scrambling to find a fireplace maintenance company to get our fireplace in working order. Jason was our technician and came out to service our unit. Jason in a matter of minutes got it operational. He was very professional and explained each step of what he was doing along with recommending future services we may like to get at some point down the line. I called Magic Touch Mechanical to check out my A/C not blowing cold air consistently and not holding my set temp. They were able to schedule me first thing the next morning, which was impressive! Evaluated A/C for replacement and provided a detailed proposal.It was good to see Lucas Stark again. As before, Lucas explained the condition of our A/C unit and together we decided replacement was logical. He helped us to determine which A/C unit was right for us and sold us on the Bosch unit. Jeremy came and cleaned our outside fire pit which required red rolling some holes. He also tested and inspected our inside gas fireplace. He was very professional and explained everything thoroughly and ensured we understood. I contacted Magic Touch Mechanical when I discovered that my gas fireplace was not working. When I called, the person who helped me setup a service appointment was very helpful courteous and professional on the phone. Likewise, the Service Department kept me well informed on the status of my service call and when a technician would be arriving. The technician, Lucus, was called 30 minutes in advance of his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He arrived in-time and was courteous and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it in short order. Overall, I couldnt be more please.
I am thoroughly impressed by Magic Touch Mechanical. Last week my air conditioner was no longer cooling. I called for an appointment and Sierra was able to squeeze me in later that same day. She sent Jason and Lucas out to diagnose my problem. They were very professional and explained that I could fix my unit at a great expense. But my unit is 24 years old and really needs to be replaced. They explained why replacing was more economical in the long run than putting a band aid on my old unit. And patiently answered all my questions. I agreed to the new unit. I was set up for install the next day with Darrell. Darrell was also very professional and made sure i was set with working air before the day was over.This entire company made such a disastrous event in the middle of July in Arizona not so terrible. Jason was amazing! If I could give him a million stars I would! My one year old AC suddenly started blowing hot air today August 31 and I called Magic Touch Mechanical and he came over almost immediately to check my furnace out. Turns out the fan motor was broke and he had to order a new part and that part would cost over $900! Luckily I have a 5 year warranty so I don’t have to pay a dime. Jason went above and beyond though. Even though he can’t come back to install a new motor until tomorrow, he showed me a work around to get my 95 degree house cooled down. And it worked! The temp is now down to a cool 75 degrees and he told me what steps to take if the motor is overheating again and the temp starts going up again before he could get here tomorrow.Always make sure to get a warranty with any expensive appliance as the parts to repair could be astronomical. I had asked why the motor broke when it was only a year old and he said 1-2% of the time, you could get a new unit that had a defective motor from the start. I was one of the unlucky ones to get a defective motor. Fortunately, I bought the unit when they had a sale going on for a free 5 year warranty if you buy from Magical Touch and have them install it.Jason was super friendly and professional! He needs a big raise! Thank you Jason!!
We were very pleased with the service! They removed our old AC, installed the new AC unit and removed & replaced the old duct work in just one day... on a day in which it was about 115 degrees outside and maybe 140-150 in the attic. Ty was EXCELLENT at his job determining what we needed and providing multiple options. We had two other contractors through Angies List, neither of which came close to the service Ty provided, and while the others said they would have to chop up our ceiling to provide access to get the new AC in, and then repair it afterwords costing hundreds of dollars, The Magic Touch crew was able to get everything done without chopping up our ceiling. I had my eyes set on Goettl or Parker & Sons, but Magic Touch blew them both away. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Magic Touch sent a crew to replace my entire AC split system. Over the years many different parts had been replaced but I could no longer take the poor cooling performance and high kWh usage that I faced every day. The crew worked competently and did all the right things that I required. Magic Touch was equal in price to the other contractor I had under consideration but a five-year maintenance promo won me over and sealed the deal. I definitely recommend Magic Touch to anyone looking at a full system replacement.
Lucas Stark of Magic Touch mechanical is a pro who knows air conditioners inside out. Hes very considerate and knowledgeable and treated my expensive new air conditioner with kit gloves including not putting any scratches on it. He fixed my air conditioner expertly. He walked gently on my old roof as well! He will also be coming a couple of times a year to maintain my air conditioner properly with preventative maintenance and cleaning. Theyre quick response time save me from having to spend a night in a hotel do to my unexpected air conditioner failure. Go with this company they are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau. Youll be glad you did!

I dont write many reviews, but Jeremey W. definitely deserves one! He was extremely professional and spent after hours with us to fix our fireplace.When he first showed up he put booties on (even though he didnt have to) and help us troubleshoot our fireplace to the nth degree. He was willing to work late and diagnosed the entire unit (Astria Sirius direct vent) to make sure everything was working properly, ended up fixing our fireplace just in time for a Christmas party. Highly recommended service!
I made an appointment to have my air conditioner serviced for the first time in 3 to 4 years. The office staff was great about keeping me updated on when the technician would arrive. The technician (Lucas) showed me the issues that he found, presented options, and took before and after pictures of the changes. Lucas did a great job, was fast and efficient, personable, and put my 3 giant dogs at ease. I highly recommend Lucas.

Ty came out to give us an estimate on a new AC system and seemed extremely knowledgeable about the AC and ductwork system. He made us feel as though this company knows what they are doing.Darrel, Daniel, and Diego installed our system just a week later. They were very professional and courteous. When all was done, they cleaned up the best as to be expected. We are pleased with the experience. Hopefully this summer we will see better airflow and a lower electricity bill.

My girlfriend and I bought and moved into our new house in mid-November. The previous owner indicated the fireplace hadn’t been working for the 6.5 years that he and his wife lived in the house. Before we moved in, we had a home inspection done and the inspector confirmed that the fireplace didn’t work. So, I assumed it was probably going to cost a small fortune to fix the fireplace, especially since it hadn’t been working in years. I called Magic Touch Mechanical to come out and give me an estimate on how much it would cost to get it working, so I could make a decision on whether I wanted to get it fixed now or wait until later. However, today I was pleasantly surprised! Lucas Stark, a really friendly and devout professional, came over and looked at the fireplace, intent on finding the problem. What apparently hadn’t worked in years and was believed to need extensive repairs, Lucas had up and running in not even 10 minutes. The $129 service fee was a drop in the bucket compared to what I thought it was going to cost. Lucas explained the steps to get it working and stuck around to watch me do it a few times to make sure it worked as it should and that I didn’t have any problems turning the pilot light on myself.Bottom line, if you need to have something fixed at your home, I hope you are fortunate enough, like me, to get Lucas! He sincerely wants to help his customers be happy with his service. You can tell he takes pride in his work leaving the customer’s home knowing that he made a difference in their lives.I will undoubtedly use Magic Touch again and will recommend them to my friends and family. Gas fireplace worked on. Kept informed, very friendly, quick reples to qoutes a nd questions. They even have a live person on call to answer emails/questions, and the app for arrival time with the professionals picture so you know who is coming

She is highly efficient, thoughtful, helpful, patient, amicable and professional. We have had excellent technicians who are trustworthy, proficient, skilled and personable. Last year, our technician, Patrick, provided an excellent experience. This year, our technician, Lucas, provided excellence as well. Trust, integrity and honesty are very important, and this company provides that. I also enjoy the email they send indicating information regarding the technician and his arrival as well as the literature they provide in the mail and the emailed invoice they send upon completion of the visit. Appreciation to the owners and management of this company and the entire staff including the professionals I spoke to on the phone to schedule and re-schedule our appointment. I recently had to get pool heat pump repaired, and asked my pool guy for recommendation. He had hard time finding someone, but found magic touch. They came out quickly and repaired pool. Technician was very kind and explained everything along the way. The only problem I had was the unit was low on r410a refrigerant. He explained the refrigerant cost for the first pound would be $251, and each additional pound would be $40. I was shocked at price, but I felt somewhat pressured to get the item fixed and after incurring an $89 the trip charge, I decided to do this. My total bill was $433 (trip charge, refrigerant, and two Schroeder valve stem covers). Afterwards I did some research and found another person that would have done the refrigerant for $30 a pound. That’s a huge difference in price.While I thought this company did a good job explaining everything and with service, the pricing for their services appears to be EXTREMELY high. I’d make sure to shop around before committing to use this company.
Jason was the Technician who repaired our outdoor fireplace. He did a wonderful job letting me know what was wrong and how he was going to repair it. He was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. I am so happy with Magic Touch that I signed up to be an annual Customer! The phone personnel are pleasant and polite too.

I sent an email request through their website and got a response the same day. A day was scheduled for work on our fireplace burner. We received a text an email the day before confirming the visit. We received a call the next morning from their dispatcher letting us know the technician, Jason, would be calling in approximately 30 minutes. That call came on time, and we were informed by Jason that he would be at our house between a ten minute period that morning.He arrived on time. He was very friendly, and professional . He explained everything that he was going to do, and suggested things we could do to keep the burners working well in the future. His cleanup was excellent. The price was as told to us when they first contacted us, and was very reasonable.We will not hesitate to use there services again should the need arise.

A couple of years ago I was lucky enough to get hired on by Magic Touch mechanical. Ill give you a little bit of background.I went to the Refrigeration School Inc. (RSI) in Phoenix. During my studies there a couple of my instructors had strongly recommended applying for Magic Touch Mechanical. The reason? Lucas Stark arrived to perform annual spring inspection and quickly identified that the AC power surge protection module on the AC unit had malfunctioned. It was under warranty and he promptly replaced it. Very pleased with his customer service and work ethic! 5 Star Performance!
Jason was our technician. He has sound knowledge of company/hvac procedures and takes pride in his work. He explained the processes, answered questions, and even took before and after photos. Add to that he was working in extreme outdoor temperatures and did not cut corners to save time. He is a wonderful asset to Magic Touch!
They are responsive, on time, and send an email with the service persons name and photo the day of arrival. They do great work. I hardly ever click on Value for anyone as we tend to think that everything costs too much now days. Yes, we are senior citizens. ;-D But they seem to be in line with other companies charges.
Amazing Service with Brad! Magic Touch Mechanical answered my numerous calls over the last two weeks and never put me on hold. Brad arrived promptly this morning to replace parts in our gas fireplace. He had a great attitude and was a wonderful and professional guy. This is our first home with a fireplace so we had a lot of questions and Brad was very patient and knowledgeable on all things gas fireplace related. He even graciously removed the glass front and back on the fireplace so we could clean it while he worked. He explained everything we needed to know about operating a gas fireplace safely and the importance of carbon monoxide detectors. He wore shoe protectors and cleaned everything up before he left.Definitely would recommend. 10/10
