$60 for my own nails. These are not fake nails. Nails didnt come out exactly how I wanted them but still cute 🤷🏾‍♀️. Im still not sure what they charged me for. They arent even nor blended and see through. Definitely needs another probably 2 coats. This place is way more expensive than my regular spot. I was in a last minute bind due to a broken nail and couldnt wait a few days for my guy so I came here. I wouldnt go back but thats not to say theyre terrible, just not good enough for me.

I absolutely had to write a review for this place. I was desperate for fixing my nails on a Sunday evening. I had so many missing and it was awful. But they took me in when they were about to be closed and did an absolutely amazing job. They were so nice I can’t even tell you how amazing the conversation was and the quality was absolutely amazing. I can’t possibly recommend any place but this place I will come back again and again. I came here with a few days before my wedding to get a shellac manicure for the big day. The price is really good for the service as well. We all left satisfied, with pretty and refreshing manicures. I would definitely go back!

This place is outstanding! Me and my daughter went and got our nails done here at Happy Nails and Spa, they are all amazing! They were very nice to my daughter she got gel polish look very good in which I got a full set French tip they came out beautiful. Everyone is friendly, they know the true meaning of great customer service. They care about what you want and make sure they do their best from your first consultation. We were very happy leaving Happy Nails And Spa! We’ll see guys next week for our Pedicures!!

Went in for a full set. They look alright, not the worst ive had but my thumb is a little crooked and my ring finger is a different shape than other nails.... I wasnt going to leave a review but what bothered me is it was $45 I gave her 50$ and she didnt even offer to give me change back. I really hate that...

First time there. Have been to many nail salons. The others leaving some of the acrylic gel behind or a nail crooked. Happy Nails personnel were all wonderful and made the experience a fantastic one. My nails look amazing. Theres no acrylic gel left behind or nails crooked. They are beautiful! I also enjoyed a wonderful pedicure! They were busy but it was amazing! Cant go wrong here :)

To everyone on here saying that this is a good nail salon, BAFFLES ME. I went in here the other day to get a full set and pedicure, spent a good amount of money, only to be basically ignored by Jenny who was on the phone the whole time, not paying attention to my nails at all, and walked out with crooked nails and a wonky acrylic job. But I sufficed, and decided I wouldn’t be a Karen, as I know people can be busy. Fast forward to yesterday, I broke ONE nail. Walked up to the counter and was ignored, when 4 women walked up after me and got seated immediately, all for manicures. I was sat down and waited at a table just to be told after 10 minutes that it was too busy, and I needed to come back later. I was there first and also was willing to pay money to have my nail fixed, so she not only lost money, but a good customer. I will never return here again because of the terrible customer service I received, not to mention my manicure isn’t even all that great. I’m understanding to salons as I know the market is booming right now, but I needed 1 nail fixed that would’ve taken 5 minutes. Will include pics if needed, but this is absurd. Treat your customers with respect, especially if they spend a lot of money at your establishment.

Worst nail salon I have ever been too. I paid $105.00 for sloppy painted nails that had paint on my skin and my toenails were uneven. I asked for gel the lady used regular polish. I had to have my toes re-done. Beware of strip mall nail salons.Cheap and sloppy work, if they mess up they are rude about fixing it. The lady that did my nails wouldn’t listen to me when I told her they were too thick, not to mention the tips weren’t placed correctly, and there is a huge gap between my natural nail and the extension. It took her two hours to do my nails and I told her I didn’t like them and I told her that I didn’t like them and she refused to listen to me and fix them. Still made me pay even though another nail tech there said they looked really bad too but still refused to fix them

Im extremely satisfied! I made an appointment for 10 AM and when I arrived was attended to right away. The place is beautiful and clean as before but has taken extra safety precautions for COVID.

They used to be a 5 star nail salon but all the good people have left and the new workers are not very good. I spent $40. On a quick pedicure and it was a disaster. The polish was put on unevenly and the worker missed several areas of my nails. It looked like a 7 year old gave me the pedicure. Very dissatisfied. I had been going there for years but I never will again. Update the person who did my pedicure used a Dremel tool to remove the old polish he was heavy handed with it and burned several of my nail beds so I lost several toenails because of his carelessness. I would not recommend this salon any longer they hire inexperienced workers.

2 days before my wedding I went in to have my nails done and they did a poor rushed job and my nails were cracked so before I payed I asked them to fix the cracked and smudged nails and they charged me extra to fix them just to end up leaving them cracked again

This was the worst pedicure I have gotten. Apparently the girl was new and had no idea what she was doing. I paid $40 for something I had to take off as people were looking at my toes and commenting how bad it looked. From the cutting of the nail to the black streaks in the polish.... I will never go back. All they want is money and they rush you in and out. Not a comfortable setting at all.

Really nice and lovely staff but unfortunately the worst full set I’ve gotten in my life, one nail already came off and it’s been less than a week. I will say this is the only time I’ve gone there so maybe it’s a one off.

Thee old bait an switch, lead you to believe that you can get a great manicure with design, an end up with the worst new set of nails, badly filed and horrid design an over charged me $60! Ill NEVER return there and it kills me that I have to go around with this ugly manicure for two weeks until it grows out an I can get a new fill in somewhere else. Place also is not the cleanest an downright hoodrat-ish if you ask me! Dont ever go there, buy press on nails first!😡

Ive been here multiple times with my young daughter and I always love my service. She gets a kids service and I get adult and our polish always stays on longer than expected for regular polish, and never comes off until our next visit for gel polish. My daughter plays pretty hard and her nails havent chipped over five days, which is kind of amazing for a kid who plays in dirt. Pedicures here are amazing! I always get the regular one and Im satisfied but I can definitely see how some people come here to get pampered because theyre for sure thorough! Staff is always friendly, sweet, and accommodating. During the week I suggest booking in advance because I have seen tons of people told they would be waiting upwards of an hour. Theyre definitely growing in popularity.

Received a manicure by a gentleman at the same time the female was performing a pedicure on me. The young lady did amazing on my pedicure but my French tips came out horrible (which was done by the gentleman). It looks as if I did them myself. I had the man fix my thumb nails because there was big chunks of white polish on them with major imperfections . He fixed them but they were still horrible after the fix. I asked to come back the next day and they were destined to get it done at the time I was currently there and they still came out bad. I honestly want a fix or my money back but once I walked out there wasn’t much that I could do at that point.

I went on spring break which was three weeks ago to get acrylic nails done it was good service and they were cute nails but tonight my sister went to go take them off to redo my nails and my sister is a nail professional person by the way but my nails were sticky and slimy and my nails smelled like a dead fish it took her two hours to remove them it turns out the acrylic stuff was mma acrylic and we figured out it is a horrible thing to use on nails it ruins your nails and can irritate your skin so not happy and will not be returning back to this place absolutely ridiculous 😒😤😠🙄

If I could give zero stars I would! Absolutely the worst nail salon I’ve ever been too in my life! Front desk woman was so unbelievably unprofessional and rude! They tried to charge me twice for a set of acrylic nails then charged me double because I told them they tried to charge me twice! At first it was only going to be 35 dollars then when they got mad at me they charged me 50 dollars for a set of acrylic nails with no nail polish on them!!! Not to mention my nails look terrible!! Half of them are crooked and uneven!! If your thinking about trying a new nail salon absolutely try somewhere else!!!

This is the only place that can properly do my nails. I actually surprised and impressed but I nearly have given up on nail care and returned back to my natural nail.I couldnt find someone affordable, timely, and that last without my nails breaking left and right. I can actually go three weeks between appointments because they age so well.Also I like that while I thought they might be drilling away at my nails. I removed a set to find hard thick nails underneath. So I guess they arent drilling away my nail either. I think I found a gem In the rough.

Just moved from I a nail salon. This one had good reviews, so I gave it a chance. Great choice. First off, new location in beautiful area, luxury mall. Secondly, the salon is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, very attentive staff, free water, coffee and wine. first time I went, I went to get a color change from another salon who did a poor job, not only did change the color, she fixed the horrible job the last place did.Second visit I went in for a fill and she, once again, did an excellent job. Very pleased and Im glad I already found a salon that Im going to stick with.🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹

Walked in and had to wait a little but the nail technician did a great job. I got an acrylic done for the first time and they handled it like pros. I brought a picture in and I got my nails done exactly like the picture. Good service and good price. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The ladies that did my nails did an excellent job. The only part that let me down was the vibe from the nail technicians. Nobody smiled or asked cordial questions or listened to things I said. It was a bit pricey ($75) and the pricing wasnt very clear for the French Tip mani/pedi. They talked me into getting the gel for my manicure. All in all, great work, just wanted to see some better customer interaction.

As a manicurist myself (no longer in the business) Im very picky about my nails. Was able to get in quickly, and had the simple pedicure for only and WOW best massage. I will be back for sure, make sure you ask for if you want a good foot massage . Everything about her work is high quality!Update: still amazing but Ive tried can we just say my feet always look and feel fantastic!! Best massage on my feet!!😄😄😄😄😄

This is a place to go to get your tootsies and fingers in shape while you relax. The staff is very detailed and diligent when it comes to making things look great. Theyre super nice too! The place is very clean and uses plastic liners for tubs so you know youre not sharing any bits and pieces with other people. I accidentally walked in a month ago and have been and will be back for more!

Great decor. I got a fantastic pedicure and was really impressed with how spotless clean everything is. They take sterilization seriously and wiped down every service after we were done to prepare it for the next guest. The prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Today was my first time at this nail spa. My first impressions of this salon was that it was very clean and decor was just perfect. Jenny and Tracy did my nails and she was amazing. She took her time and didnt skip any steps for my gel manicure. She used brand new filers and filing blocks which is very necessary that some salons do not do. Tools were sanitized and in their packages. I was offered complimentary tea and water + there were also snacks. Anna was also very friendly at the front counter. The customer service at this place is spot on. I will definitely be back! 🙂

This is a wonderful salon. I have lived in Merritt Island for 4 months and it took me this long to find them. Andy does a lovely manicure/pedicure. It is always crowded so I guess theyre doing a lot right! Everyone is very nice! Highly recommended!

Yes, very happy with my visit today. The interior was well organized with plenty of space and chairs. They gave me the best Manicure & Pedicure ever. I got greeted very well by the owner and staffs when i walked in and that made me feel very happy. About the works, they really knew what they were doing. The lady that worked on my nails was very attentive and patient, she took her time to go over everything and made sure i was 100% satisfied. The price was surprisingly cheap for good works and services. I would love to come back to try their other services. Highly recommended!!!

I had my third pedicure, ever, today, second at Happy Nails Day Spa. Ive only had great experiences here! I walked in and was seated in less than 5 minutes! On a Saturday, no less! I have to add that the place was packed! Kara remembered my face when I walked in. Not a lot of places remember their customers. Also, the staff is always friendly and thanks their customers for their service and loyalty, if theyre returning. Prices were reasonable! Im going to need to stop biting my finger nails so I can test out their mani services!

Happy Nails Day Spa was my go-to nail salon for the 2 years I lived in Merritt Island. Their gel manicures remain some of the best Ive ever had -- theyd always last at least two weeks without chips or peeling. They also provide excellent eyebrow waxing services. Highly recommend Happy Nails Day Spa, definitely one of the superior nail salons in Merritt Island at an affordable price.

No smile. Not a good experience . Didnt even clean my nails - gross.

Zero if I could give them that number. Three times to 3 different people I asked if they did liquid hard gel nails. I got the answer yes from all 3 people. When she pulled out the powered and liquid (not what I had asked for), I got up and left. My nails were a mess from the prep work. I went home and had to file them down and pick off the old gel that was lifting from the sides. Having worn this type of nail for years, my natural nails are a mess. Will live with it over the next few months rather than trying to replace what I had. Never again! Be careful.

I was in town for work and needed my nails fixed and shellac changed. Was a slow day so they got me in right away. So happy !! My tech cleaned up and cut down and my hands look amazing. Clean, fast, and I highly recommend! If I lived here this would be my go to place.

Recently moved and needed to find a new nail salon for my pedicures. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness . They used sterilized tools and disposable plastic liners in the foot tubs. for the basic spa pedicure, which is $5 more than the last place I was going...however, it also included salt scrub and is totally worth it for the cleanliness of the place. Use to like going here now it’s terrible. they don’t listen to anything. got an ingrown from them constantly cutting my toe nails too short. this happened the last time i went and now it happened again.

Jenny is hands down the best. Im always satisfied with her work. I like long nails and she makes sure theyre thick enough to last me and not break off. If you come here I highly recommend Jenny!

Totally dont understand the low ratings. I came in today with a friend to try her regular place and they really surprised me with the way they run their business. Staff is very nice and they are all having a welcoming attitude which makes me feel very safe and comfortable being here. They have a huge set of good qualify products and beautiful colors for you to choose and they are willing to consult you with the best product. My nails turned out great with beautiful coat and perfect shaping and length just how I like it. Had no problem whatsoever and pretty much nothing to complain about. Highly recommended !!

My friend and I went there to get out nails done they are lumpy not striaght and my polish is peeling off I have had them for 24 hours I will never go back 40 dollars for a full and polish wast of money so mad it is not even funny

Horrible! Brought my friend there we paid 100$ for our pedicures, asked for gel they didnt give us gel. Then put sparkles all over when I didnt want them. She didnt get the designs or gel like she wanted also. She still decided to get her nails done there. Big mistake! So anyways my toes of course smeared since they were not gel. So went back the next morning for them to fix it. Still charged my 15$ to fix it! Never never again. When I was in there 3 people came in complaining about chipped nails. Dont waste your time or money.

Probably one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever gotten. The old guy that did them was super rough and it was almost like he was rushing and didn’t care, the paint job on my toes says it all.. At one point he didn’t know what we was doing because another nail tech had to come show him how to do it properly. He then proceeded to put the things he was using on my feet on top of the trash can so it wasn’t very sanitary either. At the end of it all I was charged 35$ for a pedicure that wasn’t even that great. I’ve never been charged that much for a basic pedicure and one that sucked at that. I will never be back.

Dont go here! The worst acrylics Ive ever had. They didnt even cut my cuticles. The guy cut my fingers when using the drill. Then on top of everything they were super expensive for a poor job. I went to another shop and they couldnt even fix it without starting over. Im so mad.
