I called and booked an appointment not knowing anything about hair extensions. I only knew that I needed and wanted them! I had went to another salon and let’s just say my hair was cut shorter then chin length. I cried every day all day for a week. I had a hair consultation with Theresa and ordered my new hair. When I went back to get it put in, can I tell you this woman is BACK. My hair was now longer, fuller and beautiful. I was back!! She explained maintenance and how to take care of it, and answer all my 101 questions. I have recommended her to friends, family and yesterday a lady in Cvs. Thank you so much!

Spoke to Olivia about recent disappointment at another salon. She called me back, giving me excellent advice to improve my hair without damage. Also invited me in to look personally at my hair with possible remedy in shop. Went over specific products I had and procedure. I will not go anywhere else!

Everybody here is so friendly and welcoming! They make you feel very comfortable and right at home from the super-sweet receptionist to the hair stylists :) My appointments have always been right on time, which normally doesnt happen at salons. Its also very clean at all times which means a lot in my opinion. Every time Ive had my hair done there its always been exactly what I wanted with superb attention to detail. I change my hairstyle and color very frequently and they can always keep up with my visions :) I always walk out with beautiful hair and a smile. If you need any kind of beauty treatment definitely book an appointment here and you wont be disappointed!

This is an excellent salon where the staff is like one big family. They treat each other and the clients like family. There is always laughter. Which leads me to Olivia who is the best stylist I’ve ever trusted with my hair and she’s hilarious and kind. They say once you find someone who can cut curly hair, don’t let them go. I’d follow her anywhere. Olivia has done wonders styling my curly hair and I love my color. Plus, she has fantastic Monat products, which are great for people who have sensitive skin and don’t like to use products tested on animals. I’ve seen her work miracles on hair that was severely damaged from over processing. 5 stars is just not enough.

A while back, I was given a birthday gift by a friend of a free 90 minute facial. Upon arrival, I gave them the voucher, and they said the person I had scheduled the appointment with was busy, so I would be getting the facial done by someone else who was new. No biggy. Into the room, the whole experience was very relaxing. About 30 minutes in, she pauses and leaves the room. She comes back and says that she has another appointment and can not finish the hour. I was so shocked, I got up and left. They (very unapologetically) gave me a 20% coupon for my next visit for another facial, and did not give me an hour voucher. My friend paid for a 90 minute facial and it ended up being 30 minutes, full price. I went back to give them a second chance, and the woman who did the thirty minute facial had left the business.Edit: Thank you for calling this review fake Leah. I would definitely waste my own time reviewing a store. Every other time I have come here, it has been ok, but my hair stylist left to work somewhere else, and this incident caused me to not want to go back there. Calling a reviewer a liar really says a lot about you.

I have been going to see Laura at Adore for the last year. I have blonde hair (well because of Laura) and it’s never looked better! She really knows how to care for hair without damage. Everything I’ve ever asked her to do she’s known exactly what I want and how to accomplish it. She is a total sweetheart and a truly gifted professional. Made an appt with Laura to fix a really bad at home bleach job. To be honest, I wasnt sure she was gonna be able to fix it without having to go dark, but she got rid of the patchy yellow / orange and brought me to a really pretty blonde. She really went above and beyond to give me what I had tried (and failed) to do myself. I left there looking and feeling great.

This is a great place. The receptionist, Debbie, is always so nice and makes me feel welcome as soon as I walk through the door. My stylist, Teresa, has been doing my hair for a few years. I first went to her when I moved to the area and I was very concerned about starting with someone new. She has learned my hair. She knows which cuts will work and which will not. She is great with color. I was just in there today and she was following all of the COVID-19 protocol. She had sprayed the chair with disinfectant before taking me back then wiped it down when I got there. She wore a mask and so did I. I felt very comfortable in there. I highly recommend this Salon and Teresa.

I walked in (over a year ago) and was treated with a warm smile and the offer of food & drink. Wow! Different already!I have now been a client for over a year and have had several services there. Natalya is a wiz at eyebrows and is one of the first to correct my “crookedness “ problem in an almost painless fashion. Gloria understands my curly hair and cuts it to get the best out of it. She is patient with me and helps me decide what I want without imposing her own views, unless I ask for them.I have never felt strongly enough about a salon to rate them, but I do Adore, and they get 5 stars ⭐️ from me! The owner of this salon was very rude and unhelpful when she sold me a counterfeit product. I came here to buy a Babyliss straightener because a friend had told me she got hers from here. I was traveling the next day so I wanted to find a place to buy the straightener in town to bring with me. I bought the straighter thinking I’d have no problem but the first time I went to use it I could tell it wasn’t giving me the same results as a Babyliss should and had in the past when using friends straighteners. Unfortunately I was traveling for 2 months and then started my fall semester of college out of town and couldn’t return the straightener. I did call Babyliss to replace the straightener thinking it was defective. They asked for a four digit number engraved in the prongs which I couldn’t find. Turns out it was a fake product. They kept the straightener for safety reasons and told me to contact the salon or they could replace my product with a discounted price that would be real. I located my digital receipt and went back to the salon asking for a real replacement or a refund. The owner very rudely in front of staff and customers told me I couldn’t get a refund but eventually said she’d give me another fake straightener. As a college student who made little money I was very disappointed and also felt I couldn’t do anything to resolve this problem but this is why I’m writing a review so people can not make my mistake and also know that the owner may be friendly to those who she wants to be to but also very rude to others.

We (my husband and I) found Adore because we were following a great hairdresser...Mary...She is unique....Adore is a wonderful Salon...So happy Mary is there!

My whole life Ive hated getting trims because you ask for an inch and they take five! But it was time and this place seemed nice and comfy feeling.My stylist was Theresa. I told her everything I just told you. And I left with an inch long trim and beautiful hair.About a year and a half later I came back and of course, requested my girl Theresa. Since I was a little early, I was waiting with thee most delicious mimosa ever. Thats right.... They serve mimosas. Free. Because theyre amazing, sweet, sassy women.Anyway, I sipped on my mimosa as Theresa proceeded to chop 23 INCHES of my hair off to donate to Pantene Beautiful Lengths (PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NEVER DONATE TO LOCKS OF LOVE- do your research). Since I never have short hair, I gave Theresa free reign to do whatever she thought would look best on me.I left more in love with my hair than Ive ever been my entire life. I was even offered a second celebratory mimosa.Point is, Id youre in need of a trim, highlights, a chop, casual conversation, or a mimosa, go here. These ladies are the best. This salon is the cleanest, best decorated, most relaxing salon youll ever visit. The prices are very very reasonable and youll leave feeling like you made new friends.

Back Layered to crown Like man cut. 8 mos to grow. I am crying. She should have charged $90.00 but charged without discussing price change. $140. No blow dry- not 1st error. She is confused and flighty. She unfriended me onnGB when I ask her to refund my money. Leah shop owner did not help. This haircut could be a lawsuit! Beware she acts as if she is medicated. She actually wore 2 different shoes to work - only similarity was both shoes were black. Beware!

Wow, where to start?? Ok, first off, I had a very bad experience with a salon in PSJ, and after wasting a lot of money there trying to match a Halo Couture to my natural hair color (ok natural bleached lol) I decided to Google to find out who in the area carried Halo Couture and ADORE was the only place that came up in the search, so I sent them an email...I was answered by a Lady named Leah, who was extremely helpful and worked with my crazy schedule since Im out of town more than I am in...Anyhow I was paired up with Meredith, a super sweet, extremely pretty, and very knowledgeable lady who made me feel very at ease that she knew exactly what she was doing, we discussed my HORRIFIC visit at the PSJ salon and she assured me that she could fix what they messed up, so she set me up for the following day (today 4-29-15)Im in AWE over my hair and my Halo Couture extentions they match PERFECTLY now, THANK YOU MEREDITH, you are a god send! I may have to drive 30 miles to get my hair done now, but ITS SOOOOOO WORTH IT!!!!!
