Everywhere else was busy so we went here. Yes the people are nice but it was dirty, old nail clippings right beside where mine where being done. Old nails on the floor, it was gross. And my acrylics don’t fit right, I would go somewhere else.

For over 6 years, Julie, the owner, has done my nails. Never had a problem, she has been professional every time, charging a little less than others in that area. I make appointments & she respects my time, seeing me within minutes. No-one stays in the nail business for over 18 years, unless they have happy repeated customers! My nails always look great!

The lady was super kind and it was very clean! They have a dog and he’s super sweet as well. The nail lady I went to knew exactly what I wanted and was able to execute it in an effective way! She was also very detail oriented which I really appreciate with my nails! They’re also super affordable 🎀💕

Clean and they always do a great job

The customer service was great BUT they do not sterilize their tools after every customer (i watched the nail tech rummage through her desk for cuticle clippers, use them on me, then throw them back in & closed the drawer when she was done). The quality of the manicure is lacking also. I was left with clear nail polish on my cuticles & surrounding skin. Cuticle & surrounding skin left uneven. Nice people but i will not be back and I do not recommend them.

This is the worst place! I have been having my nails done for years and never had a problem, I come here and all my nails are pointing upwards like an airplane taking off my finger. My natural nails are hanging out the sides and my nails are crooked and completely misshapped! I went back up there to get them fixed and he refused to fix them and blamed them on my natural nails, which I have NEVER had a problem EVER before and there was also another woman in there who was getting hers fixed who had the same problem as me but they refused to redo mine! I will NEVER go back to this place!!

Great experience! The staff is friendly and do a great job, and everything is clean and modern. As a bonus, the smell inside isnt as overpowering as some salons can be.

Being licensed to do nails myself, I am extremely extremely picky. I moved here four months ago and have struggled to find a good nail salon, leaving disappointed every time . I finally found Star nails and after the first time I got acrylic overlay with shellac polish, I knew I had found my salon. I am extremely OCD about sanitation procedures and cleanliness and this place is extremely clean, follows sanitation procedures, charges reasonable rates, and my nails look perfect. They also offer hair services and I have had the opportunity to see clients when they walk in versus when I walk out. The hairstylists are amazing! I highly recommend this salon and spa, they do not disappoint.

We came into town for a cruise and I broke a nail the day before we were supposed to leave. I walked in and the ladies were super friendly, fixed my nail right up and painted my daughters!!! The shop was very clean and super affordable! Definitely recommend them!!

Worst experience ever! I was in town for a girls weekend and this was the only nail place with openings for manis and pedis.... I now know why they did, they were horrible. The pedi lasted less than 15 total minutes from polish removal to finished. The man was rude and argumentative. I left and immediately scheduled an appointment at my regular spa once Im home, because my nails look like a 5 year old did them. Horrible experience, avoid this place!

Went in for mani pedis asked for a gel fill and french manicure polish, they wound up stripping all the previous acrylic, and charging full price for a simple polish job. When we noticed the nails were thin, weak and bendy, we went back within minutes ....they were rude and argumentative and blamed US. And refuse to correct their mistake.These ppl truly do not know the english language well enough to do proper business and have seriously unprofessional attitudes- Avoid this place at all costs!

Okay Customer service but not good nail techs, I stopped going to them because they never give me what I ask for but decided to try them out again and the outcome was the same .. Manicure was done asked for long he insisted on short and cut short all my nails are different shapes and polish was not put on well look like a home job also two are crocked was very disappointed once again 😒

My friend and I showed up on a Saturday feb 3rd for a mani pedi and the staff hustled us right in. We must have showed up at the exact right time because shortly there after they got quite busy.I had the pleasure of having Twee do my pedi and Julie followed up with my design after twee did my mani. Julie followed the picture almost exactly. It was for super bowl and the Patriots colors. Too bad they didn’t win but I am so happy to go back again soon. They were such a great team. And their prices were sooo reasonable. The only bummer is the design had already chipped off and it’s three days later. I wish we could have cured them with a top coat shellack. Have a great day ladies and look forward to seeing you again
