Maybe you should actually hire decent ppl !!!! I know you had at least one apply, lied to him about how you wanted to hire him but then bailed! How unprofessional! Seeing as your review is about how your current employees are no good !

He got it working but left old wire hanging, trash in my yard and on my sidewalk as well as throwing old wire in my wisteria bush. The only reason Im giving it 2 stars is because I could watch TV. Very unprofessional and very unfriendly.
