Very slow service. Many times they forget to call back. Seems like they are overwhelmed with the number of cases. But the service the provide is impeccable. After a house fire, State Farm was at my mom very quickly. Easy to do worksheets for contents. Im proud of the way they do business; I would just prefer for simple things to not take 2 weeks of waiting for a callback.

I have been insured with Dave Holloways State Farm office for well over 20 years for ALL of my insurance needs. The staff there are always considerate, helpful and patient even when some customers may give them reason not to be. Someone posted they had an unfavorable experience with Mandy. I cannot thank her for the MANY times she has helped me with issues of my business or personal insurance. Mandy has always been there to help in every situation. Dave Holloway will have all of my business and he should have yours. Many people post about a single experience to which many factors may have come into play. I can say having many policies with them for many many years that our dialog from time to time can be extensive. I have never seen anything but the very best of service for all of the staff there. Way to go Dave!

Very disappointed. Very unprofessional. When you call to State Farm do not speak to Mandy. Mandy is rude and not patient. Theres no need to speak to ANYONE like that if you are confused about your policy. They added my boyfriend on my moms car for some reason when I didnt ask them to. I called to ask how much it will be and she added him anyways. She calls her customers liars instead of fixing the issue. I will be calling corporate about the mater and I do have recordings of our conversation. I though State Farm was friendly environment but I will be telling my friends about my experience. I will also post on Facebook.

He is a really cool guy and he is a really good insurance agent
