We have been with Pearsons for quite a few years. Always have good service and this past home renewel time they found us a different company with better coverage for less than we had been paying. Would recommend them.

I recently purchased a new 2021 Hyundai. I had a hard time getting reasonable insurance due to having an accident in 2019. Mrs Mandy Bates is absolutely the best! Very professional and excellent communication. This current year when it was time for me to renew my insurance they automatically found me a cheaper quote for the exact same policy and coverage with a different insurance agency. This type of customer service is hard to find now days in the times we live in. I highly recommend Pearson and Company.

I had the opportunity recently to ask Hallie, of Pearson and Company to help me find an insurance company whose rates were lower than my current company. I was pleasantly surprised by the extra-effort put into the request.I specifically asked the company if they could meet my criteria for coming over. I asked that:1 - My independent agency recognize me as a valuable customer with e-mails, holiday greetings, etc.2 - My agent search for chances to save on premiums and to be able to answer any questions and be able to explain increases in premiums.and finally,3 - That the agency serve as my one stop shop for all things related to my insurance needs and to serve as my advocate in any dealings with my insurance company.Hallie agreed that these are basic expectations for her customers and that I could expect this level of service.Since my visit, I have been quoted a same coverage automobile policy that is almost $600 a year less expensive than my current carrier. A proactive approach certainly exceeds the effort expended by bigger independent agencies in Meridian.She continues to look for a solution for my homeowners insurance.I am sincerely impressed with Pearson & Company.

My wife and I switched to Pearson & Company a couple of weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier! We were tired of paying so much a month in insurance and not having a personal relationship with our agent. We decided we wanted to go local and Pearson & Company was the one who answered our needs. They bundled our home/auto together and now we are getting more coverage and paying less a month. Oh and I forgot to mention we’re a saving more than $1200 a year!!!
