Fred is a great guy but his team is horrible. I switched to USAA (awesome customer service) and called Freds office to notify them and ask about what premiums I had to pay to finalize my account. They said I was current and had prepaid for the month. A month later I get a bill from Farmers for charged they FORGOT to apply. I called Fred and he personally admitted his people made the mistake but that my account had already been sent to collections! Freds advice was to not pay the collections agency because Farmers Insurance does not report to credit agencies. So every couple weeks I have be be berated by some rude bill collector because this Insurance Agency cant perform simple tasks. This is the lowest level of customer service I have ever encountered.
