Everyone at the store was awesome! Everyone very pleasant and eager to help. I worked with Rick. He was amazing! We had some issues activating my device and he went above and beyond. His shift ended at 6. It is 6pm as I am writing this review and he is still working with us. Definitely sending anyone I know to the store but most importantly to ask for Rick. Michael and Mayra were extremely patient and helpful with starting the new family plan, setting up 3 new phones, and decommissioning an old iPhone (definitely the hardest part). We were there for 2.5 hours. Even helped with setting up ScreenTime for our son. Definitely recommend.

I feel a little bad that I took so long to post this review but it is a hundred percent necessary. My Note 10 plus screen cracked so I called the insurance company for AT&T to get it fixed or replaced and they told me it would be around the week. So I borrowed a phone from a family member that was less than ideal but it made phone calls and received phone calls which is basically all I need especially if its only for a week. I ended up going to the AT&T location on South Broad Street in Meriden Connecticut and saw that there was a little bit of weight so I patiently waited. To my surprise the wait was fairly short, around 15 minutes and I was approached by a very enthusiastic courteous and knowledgeable woman named Beatriz. I think she may have been the manager but even if she wasnt she definitely deserves to be. She was extremely professional she went above and beyond and nowadays that is very rare. She was very patient and letting me explain the Dilemma that I was in the midst of trying to resolve and she said dont worry Ill take care of you. I have heard that many times being in retail and sales for quite some time myself and I didnt get discouraged but I didnt get my hopes up and still thought that I would be there for a long time. My dilemma was a simple one I needed a new SIM card because my phone has a different SIM card than the phone that was allotted to me for the time being and I needed this new phone to be activated under my number, fairly simple but like everything nowadays it can definitely take some time if you underestimate the problem. She was absolutely amazing and like I said kept a pretty cool conversation with me while having the patience to fix the problem an overall gain a new customer for life. I want to say thank you to her, because there have been a few times that I have gone to other locations and have been very displeased due to either having to wait so long, attitudes from staff or just overall performance when you go there expecting a way different result. Beatriz was amazing and I consider her from my short interaction with her a phenomenal asset to your company and if nothing more she definitely deserves some recognition even if its just from my experience, my name is Angel and I want to say thank you again to her.

Not really helpful.... my sister is an employee and just wanted to get a pair of headphones. Was not able to apply the corporate discount even though its on my account (bc Im added onto her phone line) and left without buying anything. The lady who helped me was really nice though...

Chris helped my family and I today and I cannoy say enough about his expertise and how attentive he was throughout the process. We were all able to switch from Verizon, upgrade our phones and ensure everything was transferred over and synced up before leaving.The store was busy. Every customer was greeted upon seconds of entering and the store is a well piled macbine!

I’ve been going to this location for awhile and have always dealt with Chris, who is great. Went in the other night to upgrade my phone and was helped by Beatrice who was absolutely wonderful. The transaction with her was straightforward and smooth. She’s personable, knowledgeable and very attentive. Good and satisfactory experience every time at this store.

This place screwed over my girlfriends mother and knocked her sister off the plan. They straight took advantage of her and knocked her daughter off the plan, which was not requested. I would recommend going somewhere else and make them spell everything out for you, write it down, and keep it. This location needs to be investigated.
