The best service in this business. I’ve switched from At&t to T-Mobile and plan to be here for a long time. Some good features are that the bill is easy to read and understand, no variation in charges, excellent customer service and great offers. Overall I’m highly satisfied. Btw the manager is super helpful and dedicated. Initially I had an issue passing my phone data to my new phone and the manager Luis Maldonado helped me until the job was done. Thanks Luis! 👍

My husband and I went in to buy an iPhone and an Apple Watch. I couldn’t make up my mind about what color to get. Luis was very patient and made sure we were completely satisfied. My husband had to go back shortly after leaving, the Iphone was defective... another worker was trying to send him to the apple store to replace it, but Luis help him and took the phone back and replaced it with one that worked. He saved us a trip to the apple store. He was very friendly and funny. You can tell he is very passionate about his job. Thank you Luis for the tremendous customer service! We will definitely be coming back to you for another Apple Watch soon for my husband!

Nothing but great things about this location and their staff. Luis and Scotty were there the first time I went in and they answered all my questions to the best of their abilities and got my service set up. The second time I spoke to Luis he was an excellent help. He went above and beyond to make sure I didn’t regret switching over to sprint. Ive visited the store recent and they are amazing. I was treated with so much respect and the staff is amazing. They greeted me at the door and even walked me to the door as I was leaving. This is the best sprint store Ive ever went to. Everything I asked them to help me with they were able to do. I will be visiting this store way more instead of any other store I went to. I really dont know what everyone else is talking about on these awful reviews but i personally believe its all lies i went there a week ago for an upgrade and they were absolutely AMAZING!!! The manager Alice was extremely helpful and kind the pregnant employee i believe her name was Genesis was a GREAT help they saves all my photos and personal information . I would recommend this location to everyone i wish i lived closer.

The manager Scott was super awesome and really chill. Unfortunately, they couldnt help me with my problem, which was in no way their faults, but was still super nice anyway. Even though Southington is far closer (dont go there btw), this ones worth the extra few minutes. I never review anything, but this guy was too nice to not give a good review to!

Be very very careful with this store. This is a Sprint Franchise not real Sprint. They have essentially cheated me so badly I have had to spend hours on the phone to fix this issue

I went to the Meriden Mall Sprint store to get information about updating my sons phone. I ended up leaving with 3 new updates. My family is very happy and so was I. All this thanks to the help from the store manager Alice and sales rep Reina.

This location has helped me more than any other. I stopped at my local sprint in middletown wanting to upgrade to a galaxy s10. So Im on the galaxy forever plan and get to decide to own the phone or trade it in. After a certain amount of payments you get to a point where you can upgrade or keep the phone and continue to pay it off. So my local sprint tried to get me to own the phone before I could upgrade costing me much more money. So I drove to the meriden mall location and said I wanted to upgrade and they went over my information and said ok great! what model and color would you like?. So when I got my s10 I had an issue when the screen made a sticky like sound from under the screen when I swiped once in awhile. I thought maybe it was the back glass sticking to the case I had just got until it happened about twice a day about every other day. So I went back and spoke to Jack the manager who sold me the s10. And he explained he would do an exchange because I was under the 14 day from purchasing, the only problem was their were no s10s in stock until next week because how hot they were selling. Mind you it was exactly the 14th day, I got lucky because I did not know you had certain amount of days to bring it back if their was a problem. He had me call sprint center and say he would honor an exchange and to ok me because by the time the store gets them I would be over the 14 day. They were a little confused to what I was trying to explain. So Jack got on the phone with them and after some lengthly explaining they would ok me for an exchange when they get them. Jack also stopped them from me giving them my phone rite then because I would have no phone for a week. He hadnt heard of this problem with the phone so after a little digging he found a couple reports of the screen noise. So this location is the one to go to. Their were two other employees their whos names were Reina and I think Lewis. They were all great and just wanted to help.Update. I just exchanged my phone and they kept their promise. The new phone is amazing and doesnt have any issues. It feels different and more premium. Reina was their and helped me even though she was not feeling well. She was professional and easy to talk to. Thank you Ill be back for the galaxy s11.

The manager Scott not only helped me but went above and beyond to get all my needs met. He referred me to a place that fixed my screen, gave me a sd card tray, and they gave me a discount because he sent me there. After leaving I still had trouble with my husbands phone and I returned to Scott to assist me. Him and rashad worked together to transfer all the information to the new phone and gave us impeccable service!Thank you Scott and Rashard!!!

The People that work here is only there to make money and to sell you anything. They are very rude and with slick remarks. I went in to pay my phone bill and they made it seem like it was a hassle or too much for them. There was NOBODY else in the store so it wasnt like they had better things to do. I do not recommend coming to this store. Its better off going to BESTBUY where the employees DO NOT make comisson and will make sure you will leave happy!

The African American young man is your best bet in this store. He is very informative and gives out good info on everything you need or ask. Everyone else is iffy to say the least. Their manager Scott will also give you good service I guess. However, what kept me from giving them better rating is due to the fact that the girl and the other short guy that work there are not very good at customer service. The girl just seems too lazy and the short guy comes off as a bit rude and he literally did not want to add an add-on on our plan while we bought the phones that day etc, during the set up we asked him to add the Canada-Mexico unlimited and he literally said he was not going to do it because he didnt want to. The African American guy did it without a problem the following day. Depending on who answers the phone will depend how friendly and good service you will get too. So keep this in mind if you go there any time soon.

The sprint store is by far the easiest to work with. I’m not sure how the other store in Meriden/ Wallingford is still open but Scott, Rashad and Angel are great at what they do. No hassle no rudeness they just work with you to get what you need!

I had the best experience at the meriden sprint, reina and luis were so helpful and extremely professional. Renia helped my entire family set up with new phones, my daughter was very happy with her note9 and me and my husband with our new s9! they are all about the customers i will definitely be back and refer anyone to go see them!

Gave it a one star rating because theres no option for zero . The employees at this store do not know what they are doing and they are RUDE. My experience at this store made my day after a lady named Genesis was disgustingly rude to me and used profanity in front of my child. She has been by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional Sprint associate I have met.

After months of fighting, another sprint branch revealed that this store is ran by crooks. They give you free equipment to appease your complaints and bill you an installment plan behind your back. Before doing any business here, go to any other sprint store in the area and they will confirm the mall store is ran by crooks.

Horrible customer service. The only employee I think that knows what theyre doing is a guy named Anthony and some other guy which I cant remember his name. Serious lack of training and very rude people.

This store is full of the most incompetent and rude people I have ever met in my life. They will take anyone off the street and give them a job, they dont care if you have even basic addition skills. They overcharged me multiple times on my bill and the manager seems to have a personal problem with me. Sprint, overall, is a horrible service provider, but if you have to choose them for whatever reason, stay far away from this store.
