BUYER BEWARE. I told them I wanted to pay for the phone outright. However, when I examined my bill, they had signed me up to finance $1.00 for 2 years! They told me their printer didn’t work, so did not provide me any written receipts. Got a copy of a fraudulent contract directly from Verizon. These people are liars. Do not believe anything they say. 100% scam artists. Purports themselves to be a Verizon store. They are actually a low-rent third party retailer. Do yourself a favor and sign up for AT&T instead.

Diamond was the nicest sales associate Ive ever dealt with. She was very pleasant, patient, kind and most importantly listened to my wants and needs. I didnt feel as if she was pushing me to make a decision so she could make a sale. I recommend the Verizon store at the Meriden Mall. so to see Diamond or the store manager Mario who was also very helpful and pleasant.

Will and Mario are the coolest guys I knowThey are knowledgeable, professional and all around great employees and I consider them to be a huge asset to the Verizon company. Verizon is lucky to have employees like Will and Mario. And their new employee diamond is very sweet and professional. That whole team is badass!!!!!

Even though it was a busy shopping time Mario took time to give me personal attention. He did not rush me through but was very attentive to my question and my needs.

I came here to activate a phone I owned for one of my employees at 5pm on a Sunday. The person Will working here was absolutely disgusting smelling, as he rushed passed me and closed the gate to run outside and smoke cigarettes, he came back 25 minutes later and seemed completely upset that he had to help me. Useless employee.

I came into the store expecting to spend a lot of money on the brand new iPhone because my phone died. Will, the excellent customer service rep was extremely knowledgeable discussed with me the differences between a Samsung and an iphone. I am extremely happy about making the switch to a Samsung because not only do I love the phone but Im also saving $20 a month. He sat with me and broke down each phone and the prices and how much I would be saving.2nd to none service. I was never confused and I know exactly what Im paying for. Today on March 11, 2020 I went into Verizon wireless retail store in the Meriden,CT mall to return a device and the the service I receive was awesome. The manager on duty Mario along with his 2 sale associates Daniel and Taylor gave me a worry free experience. I returned a device after 4 days, not only did they return the device, they went above and beyond with customer service to get me back a full refund with activation free credit. I would defenitely recommend this team.

Will was a great associate to work with. Was able to find the exact phone I wanted and was able to help me through the whole transition from phone to phone. Would recommend this whole store but Will specifically.

I had an emergency with my phone and needed to come into the store just before closing .. Will helped me with a new phone.. my account .. accessories and transfering over my information .. if it wasnt for him i would have been with out a phone for a couple .... i am grateful for the time he took to help .and how professional he was and did not rush me out of the store.. people like Will make it a pleasure to do business with Verizon

I bought a new galaxy s9 plus in may of 2018. the manager at the time told me there was a b1g1 promotion that i would get a galaxy s 9 free after activating a new line and keeping the line activated for 6 months. and then i would see an account credit for the 6 months paid and a zero balance on the 2nd phone.it never happened. dealt with a manager Dennis who told me others were having the same issue, and they were dealing with his regional to get a resolution.now dennis has disappeared, nobody knows when he will be back, has associates tell me that theres a guy mark who can access dennis accounts and would get back with me.no contact.i dont recommend anyone to purchase phones on any promotional, from these scam artists. they do not stand by their promotions. im getting ready to pay off the 2nd phone and get a lawyer. if you were scammed with no resolution contact me for a class action suit.
