Our company has been very happy with the services we receive from MegaPath. From the initial set up on everything has gone smoothly and all of the people we have dealt with have been knowledgeable, courteous and professional. We have not had any problems or disruptions with service. Overall we are very satisfied with MegaPath and would recommend them highly to other small business!

Our company has been utilizing MegPaths services for over two years now. The training provided to us as administrators, and to our staff was very comprehensive. They got us set up and running fairly quickly. Since inception, I have had to use their technical support several times. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and very timely--no matter how small, or large a problem might be. Their new Customer Portal for Voice Administration is set up for ease of use as well. Overall, our company has been very satisfied with the service received.

I am so glad I found Mega Path. I am a residential customer which I know isn’t Mega Path’s target demo but it should be. The speed of my connection is better than anything Comcast or Verizon offers without paying a premium cost. The prices are in the same ballpark as the corporate monsters but try calling one of those companies with a complaint or a question, (not like I ever had any kind of complaint with Mega Path) see how long it takes you to talk to a real person, and then see if they can answer your question correctly: good luck.I called to get internet info for my home; I was pricing out companies, checking out who I wanted to go with. I talked to my sales guy Scott. It was over a month when I called back to actually order. Not only did Scott remember my name he remembered what kind of service I was interested in, and was just a really nice and helpful guy. Customer service has basically gone away in America but Mega Path obviously understands what a valuable asset customer service is.I can only imagine how good Mega Path’s corporate services are. If it’s half as good as they’re residential service than you should jump on board immediately.I have to say if you are looking for residential internet this is the company you want. You really have to impress me for me to sing your praises. I love this company and they have earned my trust and loyalty for years to come.

Charged for not using service.Jovier from customer service is worst rep ever.will file complaint with Consumer affairs.
