I had a car that needed to be picked up with a flatbed and I requested that. A wheel lift type was what they sent out. This meant the rear end of my car was dragging on the ground. To make matters worse the truck operator used my car’s tow hook to RAISE the car off the ground to slide the wheel lift underneath. The hook is designed to pull a car onto a flatbed NOT Lift it off the ground. I would never call these people again.

Honestly the service was excellent and fair rates. But, anyone who has broke down on the side of the road knows how down and frustrating it makes you feel. The driver did an excellent job with his conversation to make me feel appreciative and look at the bright side of this. I will fully recommend this company to anyone who is in need of a tow. I broke down on 240 and Getwell at 3:30 am and these guys saved the day when no one else could.

My car got stuck on Wednesday 2/17 /2021 in the snow storm i had to make a emergency run to get my 91 year young mother her groceries and prescriptions. My car slid down a hill that my mom lives on top of the first tow truck got stuck and the other 4 towing companies either canceled wanted to wait until Saturday or didnt show up. These brothers should up on time and took less than 30 minutes to pull my car up the hill i had been trying to get back home from 2/17/21 until 2/19/21 they did the damn thing i just wished that i would have found them on Wednesday i highly recommend there services very professional. 👍👍👍
