Twice the service I’d expect !I’ve bounced around Mgt companies more than I’d like to admit. Corona has been rough on everyone, and it felt especially rough on me and my business. The people at TREK have assisted professionally and personally more than I’d expect from my closest friends.This place and (especially)my agent, Timothy Smith, have NOT ONCE missed a call from me. Tim has always made meFeelLike his onlyCustomer, he is the epitome of service, solutions, and results. I have missed calls from my guy; And he makes sure it’s followed byA text and/ or email to keep me in the loop. ExceptionalCommunication skills!I am truly grateful for the 5 star service and performance. I have referred colleagues and friends and they’re experience has been remarkable as well.Honest truth: if anyone considers any place but these guys, they are making a mistake .

TREK manages investment properties for myself, my family & several of my clients. As real estate professional, developer and investor they surpass my expectations. They are very transparent with all things & keep me in the know with anything going on.

The house Ive rented for over three years was sold by the owner and Trek took over management of the property about three months ago. The heating is connected to the house, a couple of floor furnaces, which one went out last month, I was instructed to put in a maintenance request for it which took two weeks for them to respond to. After they delayed coming out when the guy came to relight the pilot and was prompt about it, he also left the cover off where the flame can be seen, inside the bottom of the heater itself instead of reattaching it. April from the office later sent a text to let me know I owed 110 dollars for him coming out to light the pilot. I asked for clarification and a receipt since that was an unexpected expense. Got no response. I had another issue arise and a gentleman from the office contacted me and heard my concerns and anxiety about the past situation, which I really appreciate. I thanked him for taking the time and willing to listen. I am hopeful they continue to reach out and listen to their tenants in such a manner and continue to make improvements within the community they service.

This lady Sheryl bryant has nothing else to do she can not contact about a home but she can contact you to go back and forth about her being wrong scam company do not waste ur time and money she simple mad because she didnt do her her job

Worst company by far . They never get to your problem too busy collecting bonuses for getting tenants to hang themselves by signing into that phony a** lease . They also are always blaming each other instead of taking care of the problem.

These people never get back in touch with you when you try to inquire about a rental. Was trying to use them and they’ve ruined that. Take your business elsewhere. They’re bad at business. If you’re not going to answer the office phone there’s no reason for y’all to even be operational. Only reason they got 1 star is because I couldn’t give them 0

The best rental company because April is amazing and very understanding she will work with you extremely i love her and would highly recommend them

WORST rental company EVER save your money and time. ALL of their properties are run down bs & OVER PRICED. And you only hear from them when its rent time
