A man by the name of Jon, one of the super over maintenance there was very professional. Even accommodated a weekend day to come and do the safety inspection as our work schedules don’t give us much time during week. Instead of just saying no or charging us, he simply accommodated our request for a Saturday. He promptly took care of any of our concerns and explained in detail how, when, why and what was going to happen and everything went as he said it would. As long as Reedy&Company has men like Jon, we will continue to renew our lease. Very very professional and thanks to him for all his help

We just rented from them 8 months ago and had a few concerns, Nothing major though very little things, However The maintenance superintendent Jon St German came by to do an inspection and treated those small things as if they had to be done. I’ve never seen a management company take pride in getting those little things taken care of, Usually they are simply brushed off. Jon took care of those small things even stating that those little things matter. And he’s right, even though Jon has a lot of houses to look after, I felt that I was his only tenant. It was very professional and we WILL be renewing our lease because of it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳Cons:Roach infestation to its finest condition. I have never in my life seen something so nasty. It took them 2 weeks to come out and it has gotten worst. No one answers the phone once u sign the agreement. No groundsman to clean up property. A long hotel unit that doesn’t cool the apartment and u have to buy air circulating fans due to no central air/ hear, no screens on windows, no venting in the apartment. Gas stove, small kitchen, no eating area. Every room needs caulking, shower head broke, toilet not stable, door handles loose on bedroom doors, dryer wasn’t heating because it was a long vent on it, he had to cut it down, sprayer arm was broken, shower rod was partially damaged in tile, big crack in the floor, this apartment complex has the ability to look marvelous with the right people on board because these are quick fixes. Refrigerator gasket hanging off the gasket, the previous tenant left chocolate imbedded in the back and the won’t replace it so my 60 day notice is definitely going in. The stove had food left in it too so u know what that means and we been living in and out of hotels until we can find another apartment.Pros: Medical district, quiet, neighbors to themselves, established and only one complex and tucked in the corner drive way.

Hi. I have been with Reedy for 3 years or so now and in this apartment complex longer before that. It is OK. Thats about all. We had a great apartment manager who was run out do to being overly stressed. Workers are kind but quality is subpar on renovations. Regional manager is unkind but may be due to strict systems in place. Better off renting elsewhere. You will be much happier for it. They choose to make themselves happy over tenants.

Got to give credit where credit is due and they are a great organization to work with and although Keri is as friendly as can be with me as an owner, I get the sense you wouldnt want to be a misbehaving tenant and have to take her call.

Tiffany Lee. Unprofessional. Rude. She will make your whole experience with the company sour by way of her inappropriate attitude. Calls go unanswered when you’re attempting to reach her. She is a prime example of the people occupying leadership roles and aren’t all that qualified for it. I don’t care what position, how many degrees or years of experience you have, how you communicate and treat people is very important and first impressions go a very long way. Her tone and know it all presence is trash and not welcoming at all. Please don’t bother to speak with her; if “I’m just here so I can collect my check” was a person, she fits the bill! I recommend the little old lady at the desk... she’s nice... that’s what the extra star is for.

Overall, Reedy & Co does a satisfactory job of managing the property. However, they have a super shady business practice of coming out with new products (such as termite inspections and supplemental insurance) and automatically charging their customers unless you explicitly opt-out. This is done to nickel and dime people who arent paying very close attention which I think is super disrespectful as the whole point of property management is to save time and effort (not to create additional time and effort trying to make sure their property management company is trying to take what little cash flow there is on a property). Be wary!

For Property Owners, Reedy structures the management fee to potentially incentivize late payments. Reedys regular property management fee is 8% while their tenant late fee is an additional 10% of rent and they keep the entire late fee, nothing goes to the owner (the owner gets to keep 100% of the stress though). That means they make over TWICE as much revenue in a given month if a tenant is late. It was my experience that very little effort was made to get the tenant back on track financially or help them find a more affordable place to live. When Reedy recommended an eviction, I was able to easily contact the client myself and work out a deal for them to move out without an eviction. For some reason, Reedy struggled to contact and communicate with him during their attempts...

We were attended to by Absolom Rogers, and he was awesome. We were actually declined based on our credit, but AB worked some things out, and got us approved. He was friendly, kind, and professional. I recommend that you ask for him by name.

Smh what can I say! I haven’t been in the home for a month and I’m already ready to move! They are so unprofessional at its finest! You give me a move in date just to change ya mind about it. When I finally move NONE of the keys work to the house, nephew climbed through a window smh very unsafe! Ants are marching through and through the kitchen! Cabinet fell, kitchen and dining room flooded when I finally decide to wash a load of clothes, no waterline for my refrigerator! Oh the maintenance man came last week fixed the cabinet and that was it. Told me to get ant bait for the ants and he’ll send a plumber out & come back to fix the window that’s missing a screen, hmm he never came back! I’m so over reedy and company, I’ve been calling these people for a week and even sent an email to the lady I signed the lease with! How in the entire heck can I file a maintenance request if it’s saying I don’t have an ACTIVE lease yet you have my money!

These people are a money hungry place they don’t care about their tenants at all. My husband and I paid rent faithfully for 3 years $995 to be exact. Someone came taking pictures invading our privacy saying they was from Reedy and Company to find our whole house on Zillow, to get a letter couple days later that we had to move in 61 days which was by June 30th cause the house was sold we made accommodations to move by that date cause we knew they’d try to charge us. After speaking to Tiffany Lee, Feleicia Scaife and Lorrie Geeslin even the manager of collections Christina Jones for them to tell me it’s nothing that could be done. to see when could we get our deposit back no one gave us a definite answer. After sending emails and calls to be present for a move out walk through that we was never contacted to be there for. To get a letter saying that we had 3,000 worth of damages that we had to pay for. The people here doesn’t care about anything but how they can keep people deposits and try to get more money out of you. Not only we was given a short notice to move, our privacy was invaded we never signed anything saying they could post us online, turned in the keys to find out we couldn’t get our deposit back but having to pay more for something that we didn’t do. Something needs to be done more people need to speak up about them. On this letter it clearly says we have 4 days after the keys are turned in to do a walk through so why was a final walk through wasn’t done until July 16. It’s not adding up at all.

Upon entering the property office I was greeted with the unyeilding professional hospitality that rivals most 4 and 5 star establishments that I only been able to frequent on vacations. The property manager Ashleigh Hawkins is by far on of the best I have ever seen. She gave me and my family the upmost respect and attention when handling our transition into the apartment community and continues to provide unparalleled living experience. Her professionalism is without a doubt in need of recognition. My only downside is if I decide to ever purchase a house I wont be able to take her with me.
