My experience was way beyond good. I was undecided on what I wanted the sales person remained patient and understanding. Even though she had a mask on I can tell she ALWAYS had a smile on her face on every item I ask her to take out of the locked case.I will be returning soon. Thank you for such a great service during these difficult times.

I dont even want to give them a one star. The first lady we dealt with I told her my information has changed and she still didnt fix my my last name. Then she sent my ring off for repairs and the time and date of the ring repairs has been non stop changing. Everytime I called hardly anyone could tell me why it was taking it so long. Finally after 3 weeks my ring was in. We had to drive to Memphis because our local zales is torn down. We get there and the stone is the wrong stone thanks to zales repair center so it was sent back by the assist manager. She had no clue why it was the wrong stone. I call them recently and they said that the date of the 30th would be the date that it should be ready for pick up based on their ups. Nobody reached out to me. Ive been trying and trying today May 1st. Finally got someone only to wait 20 mins and after the 20mins I heard the phone line being moved around making clicking noises and someone hanging up on me. I called again several times only to be hung up on again. Finally got someone and they are calling the jeweler. They cant tell me when my ring is currently coming in. They said the ups guy brings in peoples stuff in groups and mine wasnt in yesterdays stuff but they are hoping it will be there today.

Called beforehand to ask if they had someone on staff to do watch adjustments, got there and they told me they didnt have the tooling to work on a Seiko. A SEIKO. HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I would recommend this location for keeping your Zales / Gordons pieces current if you are in the NE Arkansas Area, especially since we dont have a timeframe for getting a new Local Store.

I had to edit this review while waiting on my rings to return from sizing (which takes forever I must add). I found out the employee who helped me is no longer working there and the other employees need to be removed they are uncaring and dont value a thing about customers.....my previous review was concerning the great guy they probably should have kept. I had a fantastic experience at Zales thanks to my sales associate George Michael, he was very friendly and very helpful. He made me feel warm and fuzzy and it was a joy spending my money. I came in to look at some items that I saw online for Black Friday and ended up purchasing them in advance. He is a fantastic person and cares about his customers. I wouldnt use any other sales person there he is going to steer you in the right direction.

Sarah was great helping me put together a charm bracelet for my girlfriend. I would give her 5 Stars.Their repair center however screwed things up putting it together and it had to be sent back horribly delaying the gift-giving day. I would give them one star. I think they should either change repair center or penalize the bad service when that happens. >20 days late....... Now I will not recommend Zales to an enemy. If I get a refund on some of the repair center money, Sarah has to pay out of her pocket basically. Corporate policy. Repair center still gets full pay!!! This is unfair and dishonorable..... Im a 62 year old honorably discharged Veteran and ask Veterans to avoid Signet Jewelers Zales, Kays and Jared until they change their policy that is unfair to sales staff..... They are not acting honorably.

Come at 8:45am before work to get my ring serviced, assuming they open at 9. Grab breakfast and head up about 9:10. The gates are closed and they are putting out jewelry. I ask her if they open at 10 or what time and she said we will open when I get all of the jewelry out. I said okay, so do you usually open at 9? She said just whatever time she decides to open between 9 and 10..? Not at all convenient.

I came to this particular Zales to get my fiancés citizen watch adjusted that was bought at Zales online. She was reluctant and less than enthused to accommodate us; she told us that she would charge us for an adjustment. When she decided to go ahead and give us a complimentary adjustment she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed. We were also there to look for a pair of diamond studs for my wedding day present, but because of her off-putting demeanor, we ultimately decided to go to Kay’s for the remainder of our bridal jewelry shopping.
