My service appointment with Chris was a great experience. I taken my car in for service. When it was completed I received a phone call that it was ready for pickup. It was just as easy to book my appointment and set up a loaner car. Lexus of Memphis has always been a pleasant place to visit for service. They have a system down that is perfect for getting you in and out. We always go to Joey who is straight forward on services we need and don’t really need. We schedule to drop off and have a loaner every time and it’s a in and out process that literally takes 25 minutes. Sometimes longer if they are busy, but the customer service is worth any wait we may have to endure. I will always have our Lexus services here and our next Lexus will be purchased from here.

I could not have had a better experience buying a pre-owned car for our 16-year-old daughter. Greta was helpful, kind and efficient and I would highly recommend her. The level of customer service at Lexus is outstanding. While I was not buying a high-end new car, I was treated the same as someone who was.

I had my 60,000 mile oil change service performed and everything went perfectly! Billy was extremely nice and considerate. I had to use a loaner car and other than the fact that it was a much smaller sedan (I havent driven a small car in over 30 years), I had no issues with it! I usually have my husband take care of this but he is out of town building our new house in Iuka, MS. So I had to do it myself and I must say it was a great experience! I will have no qualms when it comes time for my next visit! PLUS, I LEFT WITH A FULL TANK OF GAS and I was almost on empty when I dropped it off!! AWESOME!!!LEXUS ROCKS!!

Billy was my service advisor during my recent appointment at Lexus of Memphis and as always, I received excellent service. During my scheduled service inspection, they called to let me know I needed some work done on the brakes + 2 tires replaced. Thankfully I was already in a loaner vehicle, but was assured they can always make arrangements for that if need be! I dropped my car off to get an oil change two days ago, I picked it up yesterday and my windshield was chipped. I noticed as soon as I got in the car, before even driving. I went back into the office and told the guy helping me (Mike M.) and he said it was already chipped and theres no way it happened on site. When I asked to see pictures of my car from when I dropped it off, he refused to show me and said I was accusing him of tampering with my car. When he did show me pictures of my car, there was no time or date stamp on the pictures.. I asked for a date stamp and he again refused to show me. This place will do anything and go through extremes to deny any fault of theirs with NO PROOF. This is a huge chip in my windshield, it is NOTICEABLE.

This was literally the worst service experience Ive ever had in my life. I had to go back twice to get things fixed because they were done wrong. My tires are different sizes and cant be balanced and rotated they can only be balanced. However, they rotated and balanced my tires. I was wondering why my car was making a strange noise. It was because my tires were rubbing because they put the big tires on the front instead of the back. I also made the mistake of getting an oil change here. They over filled my oil so much my car was burning oil (at least an extra quart to a quart and a half of oil). If they cant get these items right there is no way they will ever get the big stuff right. The service director does have exceptional customer service skills and he did try to make it right. It shouldnt have been that wrong in the first place though. I may have just had a bad mechanic. The mechanic that fixed everything did do a great job though. Proceed with caution and double check everything.Update 8/10/21I gave them a second chance and let them fix my rain sensor and perform rim resurfacing. Now my wipers only go slow in rain sensing mode and now the sensor rattles. The rim was just as bad. I wanted them to fix a small spot and they did. They only painted a small portion of the rim and its quite obvious. Then to top it off the small portion they painted ran so it looks terrible. Ill never be back and Im taking my car to Toyota to get them to fix what Lexus didnt.

Lexus of Memphis was such a stress relieving experience!! We were 500+ miles from home at the end of a very long road trip... and had oil leak issues due to a bad oil change at another Lexus dealer while on the road the previous day ... but they got us in early for an un-scheduled appointment and resolved the issue so we could get on our way without further worry! Chris, Torey, and Gary were all pleasant, eager to assist, and provided expert and speedy service. We cannot say enough great things about this Lexus locations service!! We were so tremendously relieved and every person we met at this dealerships service department proved to be friendly and helpful.

I was greeted immediately in the drive in bay, reminded to note the mileage, shown in to the service coordinator who escorted me to Terry Cates who input the planned service and asked me if there was anything else I needed done. He added the light scratch on the left rear door to the service order and called up the loaner car I had requested. He was bright and cheerful even though he and the rest of the crew were working on Memorial Day. Great service, as always!

If you need a service advisor, Terry is awesome! When I bought my vehicle, Terry was the first service advisor that I used. Now I have had him as my advisor for fourteen years. Terry has always been wonderful! He knows that I want my vehicle to be in top condition and has helped me keep it that way. If I think I need something done and it turns out that I don’t, he explains why they didn’t need to do it. If they happen to find something else that should be done, Terry will call me with what it is and the cost. He is so good, that now I just tell him to do whatever needs to be done. I am confident that what they need to fix is necessary, and that they don’t do anything that doesn’t need to be done.Terry has become a part of my extended family.

I had always thought the stories of excellent customer service at Lexus of Memphis were just lip service, just people pumping up a luxury dealership but I was 100% wrong. Our experience at Lexus of Memphis was like no other car buying experience ever. Each person we spoke with was friendly, helpful and not one time did we feel like we were being sold a car. Mr. Paul is a class act, we were there to by a used car but he treated my son and I like we were gonna be driving a brand new model off the show room floor. To say we were blown away sounds like an exaggeration but I assure you its not. My son and I have told everyone that saw his car about the amazing customer service and experience we had at Lexus and with Mr. Paul and Ron in Finance.

Nice visit for oil change. Shortly after I sat with the service advisor the tire guy showed up. He told me that my tires need replacing and that in the rain I would be sliding all over the place. So I asked him to show me my tires. While looking at the tires we agreed they still had some tread. I went ahead and got the new $1,400 tires. After leaving I felt the tire guys sales approach was too strong and sorta like a scare tactic. Having spent 37 yrs in sales I think he should soften his sales approach. This Lexus has always done a great service for our cars.

So professional and friendly!The location is easy on & off of the 240 loop. When you pull up the doors open for you to drive in covered service area and they greet you by opening your car door! After meeting with your service representative you may go to the lounge where theres drinks, snacks & two TVs with a nice seating area.You feel welcomed and know that your Lexus is in the best of care. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Despite that he was not interested in helping and he said ; “ your lease is expiring in a 5 days we can’t be responsible for this “Where is customer service ????????FYI this my fifth care through TOYOTA/ Lexus financial . Damian, in Service, is amazing. From oil changes, tire rotations, recalls, lift gate adjustments and loaners, I’m always taken care of. You won’t find a more friendly and knowledgeable service rep. Also, Ms. Sharon is awesome as well! I have no complaints!

My service guy John was EXCELLENT. I finally came in for the recall on my air bag. I had to leave my car and was given a loaner car. I love Lexus of Memphis and its employees. John I want to thank you for working on my car.
