They charge to do a job but that was not the problem. It was only a loose pulley rattling and the charged me for a timing chain. $50 verses $900

Went in looking for an extremely simple act to be completed. No parts necessary, just remove a lug nut. Tried for 30 seconds, then just walked away without a word to sit down, looking right at me. Took a competent mechanic somewhere else, 5 seconds to do.
