Van Vleet Flats is located in the heart of downtown, commonly referred to as The Core. Living here has allowed me to enjoy a pedestrian lifestyle as I walk to work and local restaurants and bars.The concrete ceilings and floors make for a great soundproof living space. The building is very secure and always clean. The coffee shop/wine & beer bar on the first floor is a great bonus as well!

Really good maintenance and customer service! The staff is very accommodating. The best thing about Downtown Memphis Flats is the location. Never have to miss out on any Downtown Memphis events!

The front office staff is very helpful and responsive to questions and maintenance requests. Maintenance went above and beyond and fixed some items in my apartment that I didnt even ask for! Overall, the area is a bit noisy, but the apartments are great quality and have a ton of character. The area is safe and walkable as well which is a big plus.

My boyfriend and I share a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath at the radio center flats. We love how much space we have, how sound proof the walls are from our other neighbors, and how easily accessible other amenities are! The office is right across Main Street where we have access to the gym. Our apartment is right above a small market where we can get quick groceries and were in walking distance to some of down towns best restaurants. The staff in the office is great - kind, always hosting events for residents and sending out events going on around town. The apartment buildings are kept clean and we always feel safe. Several of our friends live in other Henry Turley owned apartments around us as well! As a lifelong Memphian, I would highly recommend getting a place through them!

Thank you guys in the office for your professional attitudes. Everyone was so polite and extremely helpful. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. I can definitely tell this will be a great place to live!!

Prime location, great staff, very affordable flats in the heart of downtown!

Apt office staff is rude. Mphs noise ordinance is not reinforce on courtyard.Apt staff allows pkgs to be deliver in main entrance hallway allowing anyone to pick up a pkg. Carpet in hallway is dirty due to dog urine. Barboro Flats reminds me of a Frat House with no supervision.

This seems like a place I would to live how much is the rent here
