These people are horrible, if something breaks it takes months to get it fixed. They are trying to sue my grandmother because their water heater broke and caused damage and we didnt know because we only check it once a month to change the air filter and had no idea it was leaking, they act nice when theyre trying to get money from you but they are actually mean and nasty people who have no compassion, theyre running this place into the ground.

I would like to again comment about the Stonewood Townhomes staff the reason the staff is so great is because of teamwork they work as a team to take care of the tenants.

My husband, children, and I lived at Stonewood for 1 year. The office staff (Debbe & Dana) were always so helpful, nice, and personable. Their maintenance coordinator EZ really works hard to keep all the apartments in working order. Whenever we had a service need it was taken care of very quickly, without any question or inconvenience. The complex itself was quiet and friendly. We had many great connections with the other tenants. Unfortunately we moved away to another state, but I would highly recommend Stonewood Townhomes! The rental prices are definitely within budget and the units are nice and updated. (and only 1 mile from the beach!)

The lady in the office was very pleasant and cooperative. I checked the surroundings and we where very happy with it. We’re looking forward to moving soon

Apartment 35 has no air conditioning upstairs and if you move without doing a walk thur they charge up unexpected expenses. to your credit. There runned down alot.

I have had the best experience working with Dana and the amazing staff at Stonewood Townhomes. The application process was super easy and I had an answer the same day. They have been very accommodating and flexible with all of my needs, the rent is very reasonably priced and the units are perfect for myself and my daughters. We are so happy to be new residents at Stonewood!! I definitely would recommend stopping by and checking it out if you are looking for a townhome rental in Melbourne!!

WOW! what can one say? I moved my parents into Stonewood and everyone that works there has been amazing!!! what a team of professionals available to help you and make sure you are the happiest living there! The area is fantastic close to everything and the place is very well kept! I recommend Stonewood and all of its employees to anyone moving there, trust me they will make you feel at home and pamper you with lots of attention!

The staff is so welcoming that you just realize you are home. The kindest office and maintenance staff Ive ever experienced. Its truly a blessing to be here and the remodeled units are just charming. Stonewood townhomes is a great place to live, Ive been here for 2 weeks now and Im very satisfied! The process was super easy from start to finish and the ladys in the office are very helpful and informative. The ladys in the office walked me though everything and were very kind and Courteous! The apartment was clean and smelled brand new, the dog park is also nice to have and my dogs seem to enjoy it here! The property seems to be well maintained. Thank you Stonewood! Update: Ive now been here 3 weeks and have already accidentally broke my front window...I told the office that morning and within 2 hours, I had a new window! I cant believe how fast the maintenance is here! Thanks!

I have been staying in Stone wood for a year and the staff is awesome. The ladies in the office are very friendly and caring and understand things happen in life. The maintenance guy creates a friendly atmosphere and attentive service. It very clean and the town homes are very spacious. The location is very convenience to shopping locations and dining. I did renew my lease for another twelve months.

Location is excellent, walking distance to shopping, eating, FIT, public transportation at front entrance. Fire dept. and EMS is right down the street. Units have nice layouts and comfortable spaced rooms. Property is well groomed. EZ is like the energizer bunny. Stays on top of maintenance request, usually the same or next day. He takes care of the entire complex all by himself. Hes an amazing worker! Here and there unsavory tenants move in, but you can bet that they dont last long. That sort of nonsense is not tolerated here. As for looking into cars and checking the property, I can certainly appreciate that type of effort. How else can they make certain to rid the property of non tagged, unregistered, and/or suspicious vehicles? If one has nothing to hide or not up to nothing good, then theres nothing to worry about!Keep up the great work Stonewood!

We just moved here from Montana. The staff is the best Ive ever dealt with. They are friendly, kind and caring. They go out of their way to help. Easy, the maintenance man, is one of a kind. He is there within hours. Easy even offered to help us with our move in and putting furniture together. We are elderly and really appreciate everyone. The neighbors are wonderful and caring. We got here just in time for a hurricane and all the neighbors looked out for us and each other and made sure everyone was OK. This is the best place in my 80 years I have every lived.

I just moved into Stonewood, as my first apartment, and I couldnt be more grateful to the staff, who helped make sure I had everything i needed to sign the lease. The neighbors are all nice, and the maintenance man is always smiling. The ladys in the fence are so sweet and helpful, it made moving simple and enjoyable.

I really like it here, they are the nicest people ever, everything that breaks gets fixed immediately, i love my kitchen, the washer and dryer work great when I figured out how to use them and they give us a free filter every month. The rent is cheap and it is a nice neighborhood, they did a good job cleaning this place up.

Been living here for almost 2 years and I’ll say as a college student it’s been a very good experience. Affordable for someone like me. It’s literally right next to FIT where I’ll be attending in the fall and in general the staff is great. The neighbors keep to themselves from my experience and yeah just good value for what you pay.

We had a decent experience until we tried to leave. Be careful of what you sign, or agree to with them. They are like a tow truck company, and will find away way to suck the last dime from you. Management doesnt have control of the complex, and turned their head from many issues for a while. There are lots of children around which I am happy about, but their is nowhere for them to play or be safe. Fights, and heavy illegal activity abounds. The rent went up consistently $50-75 with each new contract, but they were willing to help if asked. Some units are definitely better than others. Still youre not getting what you pay for.

Very easy application process and very clean apartments and friendly management!

As a student at FIT, its a great location: theres a selection of gas stations and grocery stores within a five minute drive of the house, and I walk to campus every day. Ive lived here for a little under a year now, and plan on staying next year as well. The apartments are clean and the staff is quick to fix any problems with appliances that might come up. No complaints here.

Love the management here! They have both been super helpful and very courteous from the start.

READ THIS! The front office lady Debbie looks in the windows of residents cars in broad daylight !! Ive been seeing more and more neighbors lately move out and also have a lot of tow tags with people with either expired tags or flat tires. I understand the ladies in the office have a job to do but when they are looking though your neighbors car Windows in daylight thats going to another level. Just find somewhere else they look for problems from what ive seen . I remain anonymous with my post because I dont want to start having problems with anyone. Just a heads up to my neighbors and the future residents that would appreciate this honest review.EDIT They reply back to my review please call us if theres anything we can do to help. My answer yeah dont bother people if your bored at your job clock out early dont go out for a walk looking for problems theres your answer .

The staff is very kind and EZ the maintenance guy is so wonderful! He works so hard and long hours to make sure the issues with different townhomes are taken care of. Even though he is the only maintenance guy, EZ makes sure to take of the problems :)The neighborhood is friendly and quiet.

It is the best apartment I have ever seen, all other apartments near florida institute of technology are worst as the management they never respond... but stone wood town homes is the best place to live homely weather and peaceful atmosphere. I love to be here for ever. Especially Management people are awesome.

Just moved over a month ago...didnt think I could keep my washer/dryer, but the maintenance guy EZ made a way...the front office ladies are very nice, and were very easy to work with...theyve been helpful, even before moving here to the state!!!

When I made a decision to retire to Florida I had to find a place to live. My search found many places that listed apartments or places that were small communities. I had been pointed toward Melbourne by a friend and so I connected to 3-4 places where I found online. I received two replies, one said I should apply online and the other was a very nice email from Stonewood from a very pleasant lady by the name of Dana. I was moving for the first time in 37 years and I had no idea what I needed to do. Dana was most helpful walking me through the application process and answering all my questions. I am here now, I used the PODS service to move my stuff and am very satisfied with my decision to move into this community and the new home. It is clean and neat and you can see layouts on their website and view it on the web, maps or satellite view. I will update or add new information as I gain experience. I can say without a doubt that the experience, the process of applying and getting questions answered was made very manageable by the wonderful communication skills of Dana.31 August 2018Been nearly a year now and I continue to be very pleased with my new home and the general neighborhood. I am a short drive to a CVS, the Post Office, a Wal-Mart where I do my food shopping a very nice Barber Shop just up the street and inside the Townhomes site everything is neat and pretty. I continue to be very satisfied with my choice and the people I have met here.

Nice neighborhood, great staff, basic amenities with a little more, and you get a very fair price point. Great location adjacent to downtown Melbourne, FIT, or the mall. They were very helpful in my last minute need a home situation and I am very grateful for that.

Lived at Stonewood Townhomes for two years, the Manager & staff has been very great and pleasant people. I enjoyed my stay there when ever I had a problem I do have to say that the manager would see to taking care of the trouble. Thank you for everything .

Love management n maintenance but there is room for improvement when it comes to getting things done still have things from hurricane Irma that havent been fixed. Kids that live here also need a place to play.

My wife and i love it here. close to any shopping you may wish as well as restaurants you desire. Grocery options are aldi walmart market walmart super stores Publix and Win Dixie. the Office is amazing With Debbie and Danna the strive to make this place home to all. The jack of all trades that keeps every unit running to awesome standards is Mr Easy . This complex is very diverse and have nothing but good words for those i have meet. i do believe the first sign you see as you pull up to the office is telling you your home its very real.

All of the staff is very friendly and easy to talk to. The complex has a central courtyard with a basketball court and a small dog run.The only downside would be that it seems to be just outside of delivery range for everything except pizza.

Great location! Schools, stores, fire/ gas station, library and Downtown Melbourne all within walking distance. Roomy apartments and friendly staff.

DO NOT LET THE PICTURES DECEIVE YOU! My boyfriend and I went to potentially move into this complex based off of the positive reviews and the office staff being friendly on the phone. We were instantly approved all without seeing the complex. Once we went, we were EXTREMELY disappointed. The pictures online are outdated. There are people sitting outside smoking and congregating, kids running through the parking lot and people peeping into your car as you drive up. When we got to the unit that was ours the neighbor next door had his music so loud our front door was shaking. I did not feel safe even though the Space beside the leasing office says they have community watch on the window. There is no where for the children to play so they are outside just standing around. The price of these apartments is ridiculous for what you get. Do yourself a favor, let this be your last option. It is not worth the money and you will most likely be miserable. Leave these for those whos credit does not allow anything better.

The front desk staff and the maintenance guy are all amazing. The interior of the buildings are also very nice, the only downside is a lot of trashy neighbors and its in a pretty sketchy part of town.

On 08/03.2016 We moved to stonewood Townhomes from California and everything was already set up for us thanks to Debbie, and Dana and the maintenance man Easy. They have made our stay very comfortable and we would like for them to know that the level of service has been and is phenomenal. Good help and good people are very hard to find. Absolutely amazing service! Theyve never disappointed me in terms of service, maintenance, or options.

After living here for almost the completion of my lease, I cannot say enough awesome things about the staff here. The only reason I am moving is we need a three bedroom and they do not offer that many bedrooms. Anytime I needed something looked at or fixed, the awesome maintenance man was there fix it the same day, and I’ve only had an issue with the dishwasher, garbage disposal and the rented stackable washer and dryer which is thru another company, so I haven’t had that many issues in the apt the whole year. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night, and o have not had any issues at all with safety or feeling unsafe in the community at all. Both ladies in the office are not only knowledgeable about their jobs but are also compassionate and understanding. The maintenance man, is above reproach, is very nice, and very quick and gets the job done the first time!! I have had a extremely awesome experience living here and it didn’t feel like a whole year is almost gone and my lease almost up. The staff definitely deserves a raise, that’s directed at their boss because they truly are amazing human beings not just awesome at their jobs but made me and my family feel like we were friends and not just an apartment number!! Always remembered my name and it’s not a common name, friendly but always professional!! Thank you guys and I will definitely miss living here and seeing you all!! I would recommend Stonewood townhomes to anyone looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment that feels like a home and with a staff that truly cares about your living experience!! 5 STARS FOR SURE!!!

I have been living here for 5 years! When I moved in I was leery to move in this area, However, I was told that local law enforcement officers lived on property and that a police sub-station is, on premisis all so! That was important to me, because I love my family.There was a management change and Since Miss Debbie and her awesome staff have been the best, I have ever seen. I was in the military and have moved around alot, some times twice a year, so I tell you this, because I have had many Landlords! Miss Debbie, Miss Danna( management team), under the Harbor Management Group c/o ( Art), Have helped my family in so many ways. They are not just here to collect rent, they care!!!! If you are looking for a place to live and be treated like family, stop what your doing, look no further, you have found a home, tell them Ralph sent you.PS!.I Lost my Grandparents and was hospitalized, and they not only did the call to check on me and my family, they came and saw me. I couldnt find that anywhere else!I hope they read this because they deserve praise.

What a fantastic experience it has been at this lovely location. The staff Dana and Debbie always greets you with a big smile. Very friendly and respondent to work request. I just spoke on phone with a work request but afterwards I realized I forgot to tell them my apt # so I went by the office but they already knew which one just by the phone convo. This resonates with the care of management for the residents.-Unit was sparkling clean with new carpets except a few minor problems that I am promised will be addressed within the next two weeks.-PLENTY of flood lights at night time around the community makes it very bright and for safety it is great. IF some security cameras are installed, that would make it even better!-There is a mix people here. Very diverse.-Eveyrhing is close from the townhomes.-plenty of storage areas is a plus.Thanks for the great work and keep up the good mangement. Will refer more friends and family here.

The Stonewood Towmhomes Office personnel are awesome. They will work with you every step of the way and are a pleasure each and every time you need to speak with them. The towmhomes are older but they are trying to do what they can to make it the most pleasureable as they can. The maintenence gentleman is very helpful and will do anything to make your home better. Since living here weve had a wonderful experience with maintence doing his job when needs done also when questions need answered there always answered no matter if there stupid or not. Ive always found the ladys lovely and kind to us no matter what kind of problems weve found in our appartment.

Not a great place I live here and trust me it is not the basketball Court is highly out dated and there is always dog poop everywhere I go and one girl was cursing at her mother and acted like a grown women and the workers here are horrible (the men that are painting our houses) there always looking at you and listen music late at night loud and have no respect this place is a living hell at timesThere is a women that lives here and acts like like she owns the place but she doesnt and whenever I see her she is talking to someone about how they should run there lives such as the children play she is telling them to go home or they need to stay home so nothing bad happens and her name is Nama something but if you have child dont come her it is not a family place!!!!!!!!!!
