From beginning to end, this is your team. I have worked with an HVAC installer in Canada to install many mini-split units. So I knew the drill. I knew the approximate wholesale cost of the unit we chose and what was involved in the install. These are real pros. LOVE their use of technology to keep you informed every step of the way. AirServe was able to send a tech the same day I called them. I was having water backing up into my air handler probably from a clogged drain line. The tech came was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly for a good price.

We discovered our ac was not working 6-15/21 at 4:45pm. We figured our best bet for service would be after a long stuffy night sleep but no! Jesus saved us. (Sorry for my silliness) but our tech was Jesus and he arrived around 5:30 and had us back up and running in a flash!! Jesus is super nice and professional as well as Judy who took our panic call. My AC pump was flooding my floor. I called in a panic and someone was here within a very short time. That someone was actually the owner. All staff were on other scheduled calls. Aaron along with his team Brett and Neal showed up on time as scheduled to install both a new air handler and condenser. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, the ramifications of any poor readings or conditions he might find, and clearly articulated the conditions he found. We were pleased that he found our system to be in excellent condition, more like a one-year old than the ten-year old installation that it is. He was a pleasure to have in our home.

Excellent service! John W. was my technician as well as my installer. A long time pro and awesome from beginning to end! I use a home warranty company who uses Aire Serv of Melbourne as their service provider in this area. I lost my A/C Tuesday, 30 July 2019 around 4 PM. John was on site in less than an hour and had the issue diagnosed within about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it was the compressor, which had to be ordered by my warranty company (Aire Serv could get it and have me up the next day, but my home warranty company could get the compressor cheaper, so I had to wait). The part arrived this morning at around 8:00 AM 5 August and Aire Serv called me immediately. John was literally at my house an hour after the part arrived with all the tools and equipment he needed to get the job done. With great professionalism, John worked as quickly as possible to get my A/C back online, and test the system thoroughly. He stuck around to do 2 or 3 temperature and pressure tests before leaving, making sure my house was cooling, and that everything was functioning at maximum performance. I cannot say enough about Aire Serv, and John W. I highly recommend the company, and John W.

The technician, John Wood from AirServe came out for a service call on Father’s Day. I was at my wits end dealing with an inefficient insurance company and on the 4th day of 88 degrees in my house. He was informative prompt and so very helpful. I am so grateful for his service. He tried to leave me with air but there was no help due to a blown compressor. Even so he was kind considerate and did all he could to help. Great service!!! Thank you!

I would not recommend this company to anyone, ever. Horrible service, absolutely zero diagnostic ability and they will charge you for non-functional repairs resultant of their poor ability to diagnose anything.When we bought our home, we bought a home warranty and when our air conditioner stopped working in March, the warranty company sent airserve Melbourne to check it out. We were told that the air conditioner needed a new accumulator and a new circuit board. A huge chunk of these expenses were not covered by the home warranty and we paid out of pocket. After the repairs were completed, the air conditioner still was not working. We were harassed to pay for these non-functional repairs anyway and assured that they would make it right. The technician spent zero time on the repair, he literally cut a line and plugged in a part. he said that he is a “good guesser.” Which is not what you want to hear from a technician.A second technician came out because the unit still failed to work after these “repairs” and the unit was completely empty of Freon. He diagnosed a catastrophic issue with the condenser which would cost more to replace than a new system would be to buy. I’ve tried to resolve this with AirServ but they refuse to refund any of my money for the previous non-functional repairs on the circuit board and accumulator. I feel that they are extremely unprofessional and not trustworthy.

Thank you for taking care of the AC at my grandparents’ house. It’s nice to know there is a company that I can trust. I don’t live in state but I was able to call an schedule the appointment and Beth made felt completely comfortable. They fixed the problem and did it in the most efficient and affordable way possible!

AireServ of Melbourne was assigned by my home warranty company. I called Choice Home last night around 6 or 7 and AireServ called me first thing this morning stating they were sending a tech out. John arrived shortly thereafter and did a great job. He was polite and courteous. He answered every question I had and explained all that he was doing. I dont lightly give high ratings, but they definitely deserve one. Do not hesitate to utilize this company.

In response to their response, this company is a complete sham. When we wrote a negative review, they threatened to “call the police on us and sue us.” They never fixed our system, when I complained that the air conditioner wasn’t working after the repair, that only one single room was cooling they tried to convince us that our entire duct system needed to be redone without any diagnostics whatsoever. We had other diagnostics done by a reputable company and they confirmed that there was nothing at all wrong with our ductwork and that the repairs done were faulty. We had to replace our entire air-conditioning system after their “repairs.” At best it was only cooling one room of our house and they knew that, they have harsssed us and threatened us. I was patient enough with them and I try to work it out with them but they assume no responsibility for their poor ability to diagnose. Our warranty company sent them out and it was an expensive nightmare dealing with them.

I have to say these are a great company replaced my air conditioning unit in one day great staff very polite and on time I will use them for my service to and out of all the companies I called they had the best price. My home is so cool set at 78 all day everyday my summer bill the most it has been is 98 dollars a month compared to 200 a month before I had new one installed. We were buying a house and knew we needed to replace the air handler. We asked Aire Serv to come evaluate our ductwork and air conditioning system. The service man was very thorough and gave us excellent information - we found that not only did the air handler need to be replaced, but the outside system as well. The gentleman that came and serviced our air ducts was awesome. Very attentive to my wifes allergies and very reassuring. After having the ductwork cleaned my wife no longer had allergy issues. I have used Aire Serv twice and found them to be very capable. The technician was well trained and thorough. He was fast and completed the job getting the system in operation again. I was impressed with his troubleshooting capability. I would recommend Aire Serv for any A/C work.

Terrible company (I wish I can give them NEGATIVE). After working with the owner Grady since June on getting a model that I can qualify for rebate on with my company and after we made a deal, signed a contract, he took my deposit, and was supposed to start today this is what happened. He showed up with the unit on his truck with two nice gentlemen: Roger and Neil. He said I looked at the price I gave you (*the one we signed the contract on), he said we can do it for that price but any [underline] future modifications, Ill have to charge you more. I said we shouldnt have any modifications because we reviewed the changes and agreed on it. Then his techs went up in the attic and determined that they cant just replace my duct supply from 14 to 18 inches because there was no room. Remember: The transition from 14 to 18 was agreed on and in the contract!! He said, well that will cost you. We discussed for an hour and a half with the techs on the options to get the 18 inch supply in which would match my 18 inch return. We found a solution that is reasonable: Basically, the plenum box will shift 12 inches!!! no need to rebuild it, just enough to clear room to put in the 18 inch duct. He then stood for a good 15 mins making calls and left me waiting. I said are we ready? He said well with the changes this will cost you $9K, our contract was for $6649! I said what changes are you talking about. He said, look I screwed up the estimate and no one will do it for cheaper and will give you your check back. I said this is not right: we signed a contract, I have went ways and ways to get a model to get the rebate, took off from work, and have been without AC in Florida for the past 10 days, with a 2.5 years daughter with Asthma for you to come and leave??? This is not right. He said Ill send you your check in the mail.This is not a way to treat customers. I believe that most of the reviews on this company online are directed to their service men (Roger and Neil) but if you are looking to buy a new unit or work with Grady think twice as they are not in it to serve.Cant say enough about how frustrating this is. If you have similar issues, please speak up, report to consumer affairs, and take any actions to protect your selves against scammers and companies that think they own homeowners and can do whatever they want!
