We realized our ac was blowing warm air around 4:30 pm on a Friday. I called and spoke to Debra, very friendly, she figured out which technician could reach me the quickest, and they had an AC technician, EVON, there within an hour. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient in diagnosing the issue. We had an electrical wiring issue, which he replaced and has us cooling off within an hour. Charge for service call and repair VERY reasonable. Absolutely 100% would recommend this company.

WE sent a tech to diagnose on a Sunday. He offered to fix it for me right then but we opted to have a new system put in. We got a call from sales later that day and their techs were at our house installing the new Carrier system 8am Monday morning. We did opt for the in system air purifier as well since there was a discount since they were already here installing the main system. The techs were done by 3pm. I 100% recommend this company! We needed it done fast and they delivered. I can’t say enough good things. Just call them!

The response time was fast. The mechanic replaced a faulty thermostat and checked the rest of the system. Even at the end of the day on a Monday, the mechanic was pleasant and effective.

We bought a brand new system from weather engineers just a year and a half ago and already the fan motor died. They sent someone to fix it relatively quickly (about 36 hours after calling to report the issue), which was fine. The tech was courteous and efficient. However, they charged $300 for a 20-minute installation (tech arrived at 6:55 pm and was done by 7:15) of a part that is supposedly under warranty.The fact that this brand new system we bought from them broke after only a year and a half is what tells me to looks elsewhere in the future.

When our 50 year old house needed AC repairs, Weather Engineers had us chilling in no time. Great service and great work.They worked with us and our budget and gave us the best deal too!. We werent ready for a completely new system yet since we were still fixing it up. But they had just what we needed to put some life back into the system we had. So of course, when my elderly parents had their AC break down I knew exactly who to call. Mom & Dad needed a completely new system installed and it was a true emergency since she requires round-the-clock nurse care! We called on the weekend but it was done within 48 hours And thats even after my sister first shopped around for the best price. My wife and I recently purchased our home knowing we would have to get our AC replaced. We spent some time researching local businesses and getting quotes. Previous to Weather Engineers, we had poor air circulation and had to run our system at extremely low temps to keep bedrooms cool. I contacted them on a Wednesday afternoon after talking to numerous AC companies all day. I spoke to Sean at the office and he was pretty helpful. He gave me a quote over the phone after I told him the specs of the unit that needed to be replaced. We came to an agreement and he scheduled the installation for the next day. Something that other contractors couldn’t do.The next day Davin and Adam showed up to the property and they did an outstanding job. The did a superb installation.A couple of days later (Saturday afternoon) the tenants called me stating that the water heater wasn’t working. I called Sean and I mentioned that probably the main gas supply line was turned off during the install and it probably shut off the pilot at the gas water heater. My outside condensor unit needed to be replaced. The owner of the company called me and spent a lot of time explaining my options and also telling me things I should do to keep the new unit working at its peak and to protect it from the beachside salt air. The technician who installed the unit was very professional and polite and took time to explain to me how to flush the system. The owner of the company called me again to make sure the installation was satisfactory and he again explained to me how to flush the system. I highly recommend Weather Engineers.

Great service! The evaporator coil was frosted over. I called Weather Engineers and they had a tech to our house within an hour. The tech fixed the problem right away at a reasonable cost. We are happy with the work that Weather Engineers did and with the equipment, ductwork and return vents installed. The workers were efficient and diligent and answered our questions well. I would recommend them.

(Rev.3) The filter brackets they installed on my HVAC units are a couple of millimetres too small for most brand name filters labeled for size in standard inches. In an effort to be helpful, W.E. made available a 3rd party online ordering system available on their website. That 3rd party vendor is unsophisticated and inflames the irritation that they are not installing filter brackets which will accept off-the-shelf replacement filters.Weather Engineers has been prompt and persistent in addressing my online complaint and their installation team was plumb and professional.

We were extremely pleased with Weather Engineers. We called on a Wednesday morning stating that we had no air-conditioning and needed our entire unit replaced. We were told by Nathan that customers with no air were prioritized, and other customers were pushed back in order to allow us to have air-conditioning restored to our house in 90-degree weather. AC broke on the weekend and no one else but WE called m back. Their guy diagnosed and showed me the problem within 15 minutes of getting there. Unfortunately th fix was a whole new system as the previous was 13+ years old and on its last legs anyways. Nathan quickly helped me choose the right system for my square footage and wasnt pushy about selling more than I needed. He arrived the next day and install both inside and outside units in a timely manner.
