Today was a 6 month check up under long term service and repair agreement. Have had equipment and support from One Hour for about 9 years. Quality, value and service is always A-1. Every one of their technicians and mangers I’ve met have been very qualified and seem to have a high level of integrity and value the customer! When I experience the gold standard in any customer facing service, I become a customer for life or at least as long as they maintain the standard!

One Hour Bros Air Conditioning came out on a holiday and a Sunday and fixed my unit within an hour. Kameron was very professional and really took the time to explain everything to me and was just an all around nice guy. Ive been using this company for years and will continue to do so.

Cameron is the name of the tech that came to my house and basically is saving our lives since there was black mold growing in our system and I never even knew about it. So I am grateful, and happy with his service today. He was very kind and listened to the problems and in my opinion went above and beyond to help. Very professional - if you use this company ask for Cameron!!! (Sorry if your name is misspelledLol)

Technician Jordan was knowledged and professional. He explained the issues so I could understand and the results of the prescribed procedure. I have always been satisfied with the integrity of One Hour BROS A/C and Heating. They are my go-to company.

I will say that the initial customer service was great and I was able to get a tech out to my house (who was very nice) first thing in the morning but when I got the quote for refrigerant it just seemed very off. I thanked the guy and called around for some quotes which were over $200 cheaper. When another company came out here, they took one look and said I didnt have a refrigerant problem at all and the variable speed fan in the air handler was broken (and showed me how he knew). He had another guy come look as well and sure enough it needed to be replaced. It just so happened to be over $1000 to replace so due to the age of our unit we are getting an entire new system. I feel that for $79 just to come look my problem should have been diagnosed properly.

So far my service that I pay for monthly has been put off THREE times! The tech that was here is not named in the prior page but his name is Jordan. He showed up and it was just sprinkling from a rain we just had. He said he couldn’t do anything in the rain and would be back when it cleared. It was sunny about 5 minutes after he left and no call or he did not show back up. We keep getting pushed aside and the excuse is people are without AC and they’re trying to get them serviced first. I absolutely can appreciate people needing their AC running. What I don’t appreciate is lazy people! If you say you’re going to do something then do it. It was barely raining and I was actually in the back yard doing things when Jordan showed up. One Hour Air used to have good service but over the past 6-8 months it’s just gone downhill. I spent and spend way too much money to get the AC system and try to keep it right.

Our AC went out around 10pm. We called One Hour the following morning around 6am since we have a maintenance contract through them. They said they’d have someone come out from 8-12pm the same day. At 8:30am we got the call that our technician, Dan, was on the way. We have a newborn and an English Bulldog that can’t be in the heat so the timing was very convenient, fast and commendable. Dan was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within minutes. He took the time to educate us, was friendly, fixed the problem quickly and I highly recommend him if anyone uses this company. Dan is a true asset. Thank you for your service.

Always question what any service person tells you and get 2nd opinions. Last service the gent told me I needed a part costing over $700. As it turned out, all it took was blowing out the line and rearranging the drain pipe. Been using their service for 7 years and now Ill be extra vigilant. The presidents response was, we will use this scenario for our training. Previous service man took excellent care to save me money and provided good advice. He is no longer with them.

Smooth install 12/18 and the maintenance plan has made it worry free. Totally professional scheduling crew and the techs are courteous, punctual and knowledgeable. So far it’s been a great experience.

One Hour Heating and Air always treats us right. The technician arrived when he said he would, was courteous and professional, fixed the problem quickly, and answered all the questions I had. I have a maintenance service contract with this company and I also use them for all of my AC repairs; this is the efficiency and professionalism I have always experienced with them. I had a no heat issue on my HVAC system thats only 10 months old. Come to find out that a setting on the thermostat was wrong. All is better now.

Tonys visit this time cured several outstanding small problems plus the big one of the UV system out. He kept me advised every step that he went. That was much appreciated since I am limited in my getting about. He also ordered mats for drain line maintenance.....I understand they may be sent to you all. Was very happy with this company on previous visits. Thus the three stars. Now they have been to my house two different times for a freezing evaporator both times (two different technicians) could not give me an good answer besides possible txv valve or just replace the whole unit. Told on the phone it has to be thawed for technician then technician comes out and says he needs it to be frozen. Ok.... Now of course a holiday weekend, it is frozen again twice in one day and they cannot come out until Monday. Canceling my VIP customer service contract that is worthless and doing business elsewhere.

Woody, our service tech for this service call, was VERY professional and thorough. That is the level of service that you can always expect from One Hour Air on a regular basis. Thats why Ill always recommend them to anyone in need of AC maintenance.

The tech was great. Thorough, quick, pleasant. He found a little mold on our inside unit. He explained how and why mold grows and then talked to us about prevention. He did not pressure us into making costly or unnecessary purchases.I have two reasons for only giving them 4 stars.1. He did not have a mask on when he first showed up. When I asked him about it, he said he had one in his vehicle and promptly went out and got it.2. This was a semi-annual Maintenance call. They give you a four hour window for when they will come, which I think is too long. Even the cable company gives you a two hour window.Other than that, this company treats you right!

The techs were very respectful and informative, they shared what they were doing as they worked so there were no surprises. its only been 3 days with my new system, so far its working great, time will tell on the overall system install. I have been using One hour air for 12 years and I recommend them if youre in need of A/C service.It only took Juan a few minutes to spot my units condensation problem, and will be coming back to make corrections . Very knowledgeable and courteous tech.

I gotten my hvac system and duck work done back in March, and let me tell you it’s not even worth it. They make it seem that they take care of the customer, but as soon something goes wrong they don’t go and fix the problem ASAP. I never with my old system had problems with my thermostat l, but the this new system it shuts it down and won’t go back on for 10-30 minutes. I wish I never gotten my system done by this company. Save your money and go else where.

I have been using One Hour Air & Heat for many years now. They have always been very professional, punctual, and have always explained every detail of the job they are doing. I am extremely pleased with their maintenance plan where they come 2x a year and perform needed maintenance on my units. My units were old and this month they decided to be done. I called One Hour for replacement of both my mini split and main unit. Also had duct work done. They worked tirelessly for 4 straight days. Did an excellent job. Explained every single process. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend them. In addition Chris Pukki is the most knowledgeable technician we have ever had. He is just fantastic!

It was a Sunday evening when I called about my AC not working. They took all my information...they texted a picture so I knew who to expect. Tony was here on time explained everything...didnt pressure me..unfortunately he couldnt fix it...expensive part on old AC. He told me the options I had...I had literally just found out the AC is under a warranty with another co. But if that doesnt work out Ill be calling these people for a price quote. I have had a service contract with One Hour for a couple of years now. When the technician comes out to do his servicing, he does an excellent job. He is able to keep our air conditioning unit run smoothly.The one complaint I have is that his follow-up is non-existent. He has promised us on several occasions to get us quotes for a new AC unit (ours is old and will need replacement soon). Every time he comes for our servicing, he says he will email us information and quotes...and then we never see it.Four stars for the excellent servicing when he is here.
