I had a flat tire and left my car parked front of Home Depot last night. They Got my car towed from Home Depot . So it’s ok my fault. I asked them JUST to put a spare tire at their parking lot. They didn’t allowed. Why??? Guess why….

Driver arrived explained what he was doing and took the unregistered vehicle off my property with professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend them.

They are a the worst business thats dying everyday, due to there understaffing and horrible personalitys, and lazy workers, its amazing how they are even open for business still. They must be using there own money to keep this place of thieves from shutting down.

These people towed my car, had it for 30 min and charged me 24 hr storage. When I asked to speak to manager he asked me to step outside and fight. I have pressed charges, never use this business, ever! Never have I experienced threat of violence in customer service. DO NOT USE THEM, HORRIBLE PEOPLE.

Im conflicted how many stars to give, because I had both great experience, and awful experience with this company. My car was stolen and left on side of road. Export Towing was contacted by local police department to move from the street. I called and spoke with woman who helped arrange for someone to meet me at tow lot to retrieve my vehicle and pay the $143. Steve was the tow truck driver who met me, and while we couldnt figure out why it wouldnt start, it wasnt for lack of effort by Steve (later found out thief put diesel in the tank). Steve exhausted all options trying to get it to start so I decided to have my insurance company tow it in the morning. Steve was great - he was kind, helpful, and an excellent representation of someone you would want working for your company and communicating with customers. It wasnt until the next day the issues began. I made arrangements for my vehicle to be picked up, and thats when they demanded I come back in person to sign paperwork and pay. I informed him I already paid, I just need to get my vehicle to dealership, he said wasnt aware of payment being made but demanded I come back in person. Then he said to call back after 10am to talk to manager so I did. This person was by far the most incompetent manager Ive ever talked to (I believe his name was Mark), all he wanted to do was argue and interrupt me. I explained I was already there, paid for the tow, and now just want to get it to dealership to figure out what was wrong with it. I think hes become callused to customers and their situations -- I just had my vehicle stolen and Im being yelled at by the manager at the towing company. He then said I had to pay additional $100+ to allow for my car to be picked up, and STILL would have to come in person. I attempted to explain I was an essential worker, cannot get into an Uber to sign paperwork and requested the ability to sign via email, online, fax, etc. and that they have my license, credit card #, etc. especially since I WAS ALREADY THERE. His response -- he was an essential worker too and he was able to make it there (!!!) so I should be able to as well. Well his car wasnt just stolen.... anyway my insurance company showed up and Mark refused to release my vehicle. He said if I had a problem I should have called him night before, like I was supposed to know he existed and would create a problem the next day.. anyway after the ordeal of Mark holding my car hostage because I couldnt make it in person, I had no choice but caved and paid them another $175 to tow my vehicle to dealership. Mark could learn something from his employees; be kind to customers. Oh and also Mark said he didnt care that I would write a poor review online, so I am making sure I do :)

Professional call takers, competitive/fair pricing. Tow truck driver was very knowledgeable, efficient, and quick. Loaded my car quickly, safely, amd securely. Will definitely use Export again. Thanks guys!!!

We broke down in the middle of rush hour and called around for a tow, Export gave us the shortest ETA and even showed up quicker than quoted. The whole interaction with the company was easy, from the call center employee to the driver that came out to us, he was extremely professional and took care of our vehicle like it was his own. Not as expensive as i thought it would be. Great job guys!!! You will be my 1st call if i need a tow in the future.

Popped a tire going over something in the road on a congested, busy highway. Export Enterprises was quick in their response time to the scene. They were friendly and professional and eased my nerves of the situation. Definitely recommend!

These guys towed my car a bit over a month ago. I called into the shop at night, and I was told that I could pick the car up the next day for a certain price. If that was the price of getting my car out, then so be it.When I arrived at the location the next morning, I was ready to pay the already disclosed fee and call AAA to pick up the car. However, the employees at Export told me that there was another fee (around $80 or so) so that they could open the gate to let my car out. The cost of letting my car out is also coincidentally the same exact amount that it would cost me to have Export tow my car back to my house.It would definitely have been great if there werent these hidden fees. I do not know what the intent is, but hidden fees like the ones Export Enterprises employs definitely does not make for a good experience.At the least, why could they not have told me about such fees before I got to the location? Why could they not have told me about these additional fees when I called in the night before?

My vehicle was recently towed for a trespass, upon arriving at the facility to retrieve my car, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman, who made the whole process of getting my car a lot easier. Overall, my experience was very good. Also my personal experience, but I found the driver who gave me a ride to get my car was extremely pleasant. I would recommend this company to anyone needing future help with a tow or assistance.A very satisfied customer.

I was involved in an accident and had to have my car towed. The police officer on scene said that it could be about an hour for the tow company to arrive. Export came in 10 minutes andtowed it to their lot. I had to go fill out a form to release it to the auto body tow company. When the other auto body shop picked up the car to tow it, they did not get my key, so they could not start fixing my car. I called Export, they located my key right away and brought the key to the body shop for me! I thought I would have to go there and bring it myself. I was very impressed. They had my key to the auto body shop in Brighton (from Medford) within an hour! Excellent service. I highly recommend Export!

Wrongfully towed my car for two weeks and can’t provide any documentation stating it was there. Rude customer service.

Beat their ETA by over half an hour. Top Notch driver. Got me back to the terminal in time to go back out again with another truck.

Driver arrived on time was profesdional and provided a relaxing drive to the repair facility.Additionally, the truck was clean and smoke free.

There ETA was 90 minutes. Instead they showed up 30 minutes earlier. Driving was cool and knew his way around. Also acknowledged the value of my car and towed it like it was his.

This place is not your average tow company clean, professional and organized. I was towed because I didn’t read the signs properly my fault. I was furious when I came through the door but the manager Matthew Clifford stepped up explained everything to me and was able to calm me down. Gave me his business card and offered me a 10% discount on a service needed in the future. Nobody wants or likes to get towed but everybody has a job. I recommend these guys for any job in the Boston Area!

Showed up quick and got me back quickly.

Very unfair!!! Was towed wrongfully and they won’t even reimburse me my money back. I was parked in front of a sign that stated it was LEGAL to park till 11pm the car was removed 10 mins after parking in that spot. The time was around 10:30pm. I have no problem if I was at fault but I was only following instructions posted on the parking sign

Export towing supposed to tow a disable car, but mistakenly towed my car, burned it by WRONG hookup. Instead of accepting the WRONG doing. This company HIDE the Self insure Status, Export Towing had NOT paid a dime to my lost for deductible, car rental and personal item lost. Even my insurance had NOT BEEN PAID.RISKS !!NOBODY is allowed to operate a automobile in MA. Dont know why this kind of risky tow truck company is allowed to be on the street and get away NOT PAYING the damages caused by them.Answer to the owner,NO, law suit was NOT dismissed, damages were never paid to my Insurance company and me !!! STOP LYING AGAIN AND AGAIN !!

Yes I had an experience yesterday I parked there for a total of 4 minutes because I deliver medication. All the way in the corner on front of the building not touching the fire department parking. And they tow it. I want to see nothing if I was there for like an hour or so. But this is what I do I deliver meds I go in and out. Try not to block the fire department parking. There is no visitor parking on that building. Today I called her 85 year old lady come downstairs to get her meds because I was afraid they were going to tow my car because he was coming around look at me where I park. My name Ardian papuciu.

Called and said that I had a few questions, my first question was whether they towed cars from the North Boston Copart location to the Boston Port, the guy just said No and hung up.

They make most of their money by giving kick backs to local building managers that in return allow them to aggressivEly enforce the parking limits in the lots of major retailers in Somerville and Medford. they treat you like a criminal when you try to get your car. they make you pay cash to get your car back so that you cannot do dispute credit card charge. they make a lot of money and chAnge their name every month. they used to be Pats towing ...it is legalized robbery. #makeitstop #ownershouldburninhell they might have gotten my 150$ but I will never shop at Target again ever...

Worst experience. I have the temporary parking permit for the altitude apartment but they towed my car and they charged me 250 dollars.

These people have no respect for people, after paying them a ridiculous 179 dollars to get our car back they sent us down the street to get the car despite the fact that there was a gate that needed to be opened and there was no one there to open said gate. After calling them to get someone to come open the gate they hung up on us multiple times and left us waiting for a half hour.
