Tow was good and fast. Their repair shop kept tons of my cars parts when insurance released my car back to me. Slowly discovered more and more parts missing that led to me writing this review.

Someone had gotten a vehicle that I had sold impounded. This happened to me on two separate occasions. I remembered turning in my paperwork to dmv on both occasions. So the first I paid for their fees, at what was going to be a discounted price until they saw the valuables in the car. Also it is likely the car wasnt actually in my name. On the second vehicle instance, THEY LIED TO MY FACE ABOUT SEEING THE VEHICLE REPORTED SOLD BY ME. I had to contact Medford police and the DMV and file paperwork and threaten getting lawyers involved before they ran the check again. Medford police ran that same check the day before showing it not in my possession. Greedy Disgusting People

Dropped ya car off in a parking spot, crooked so people couldn’t get out. Also in a paid tenants spot that’s not the owner of the vehicle. These drivers are dirty, management is poor and the staff is rude. Never again.

I went to call them, a 24 hour towing company, only to find out they arent 24 hours. Very misleading.

Car got impounded for a headlight out and it took six cars to impound my car or to just to check out what was going on and they legally researched my car without my permission no reason at all for it just bought the car had a bill of sale everything is golden so of course I had to pick my car up from Star towing in Medford so I get there at 9:00 9:00 at night pay for my my car which is supposed to be 6:20 they tack on 500 more dollars so I have to pay 1250 to get my car out let alone its only been there for 3 days okay and then to top it off I get my car that next morning after I bring my car home and thinking everythings good to go after this start telling gave me so much grief my brand new $150 ratchet wrenches were missing how disgusting why would you even want that on your I mean your

Do NOT use this place. They charge way too much and they are totally inflexible. If it wasn’t for police tows, they would surely be out of business.

Prompt, friendly service. Was to us in 45 minutes, and took us with when another unnamed tow service took 4 hours, asked how we were going to get there, then left us on the side of the road with our motorhome. THESE GUYS ALSO LOVE PETS.

After having a car towed the oil pan was damaged. Five automotive professionals agreed it was the fault of the tow. Star denied responsibility and when I asked to talk with the owner I got a number and called many times but never got a call back. I called back and couple weeks later after repairing the car myself and got the same response, denial and no call back from the owner after being told I would get a call back.Never again! Dishonest and dont keep their word.

If I could give these people zero stars I would. This company has been nothing but purposefully deceptive to take advantage of us. First time I talked to them everything was good. They purposely left out important information in order to scam money out of me. I would recommend towing a car using horses before going to these criminals.

I can not speak highly enough of Star 24 towing. I did get my bus towed there, but they were so helpful and patient in giving me info to get my bus out. After ï got my bus out, they let me find a safe space to put my vehicle to work on it as its not safe for the road. Thank you everyone at Star 24 towing.

I was a bit uneasy until Dan showed up to tow our 45’ motorhome. We were impressed with the job that Dan did for us. He has experience, knowledge, and a good work ethic. We feel very fortunate to have had Dan as our tow truck driver.

It is my opinion Star Towing is a predatory company. Our Mortgage on a three bedroom house, with attached garage, on the east side of Medford, is less than Star towing charges for outside storage of an automobile at their facility. Trust me If Star towing gets a hold of your car they will run up a bill that would make a priest swear. You can judge a man or company by how they treat people when they are in a position of control over them. Star Towing is going to get every dime they can out of you or keep your car. They will also not allow you to recover your personal possessions out of the vehicle if you choose to walk away from the vehicle and not pay their inflated bill. Read all the negative reviews from others posted here. Star towing has the worst reviews of any local company I have ever seen. I do not recommend Star Towing. Shame on them.

I have used Star Towing off and on over the last 20 years or so, and have always been very happy with them. Yesterday I went out to my truck to go to work, and discovered a flat tire. I was unable to change my own tire, due to a recent knee injury, so I called another tow company, INTENDING on trying them, so I could make a recommendation to others. But that company NEVER showed up, after I waited for THREE HOURS!!So today, I called Star, and the dispatcher said there drivers were running about an hour to hour and half on calls. But she had the next available driver, Albert, to me within 30 minutes. The call actually took a bit longer, as my truck has 1 1/6 lug nuts, and he did not have the correct bit to fit, but another driver responded out with the correct bit.These guys were also totally awesome in answering my ignorant questions, so that I can learn and be more knowledgeable about my truck!!!From now on, Star will ALWAYS be my first and only call, as well as being the one that I always recommend to others!!!THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Got a my familys car towed here after my brother stole the car and wrecked it. They wouldnt let me get my grandfathers ashes from the car without changing the title to my name witch cost 60$, and then they changed the deal to where I had to pay almost 300$. Being a broke teenager I couldnt afford it so now I dont get to have have my grandfathers remains...

Lady answering the phone will cook up an embarrassingly intricate dish of lies to get you off the phone when youre not on her agenda. Owner JR puts on a show but hes as corrupt and slimy as the day is long. Its so sad that these people exist in our community.

I have used Star Towing six times over the past 6 years! I highly recommend this company! They have been always fast getting to my location and always have had friendly drivers! I give this company 5 Gold stars!

These people are crooks and will overcharge you and lie to youre face!They are nothing but liers and thieves!I will never do business with them or anyone associated with them, do yourself a favor and go through any other towing company because these people have no sense of honesty.

We were moving and wanted an antique truck towed 2.4 miles to our new home. We left the keys with the truck as requested. When they brought it to our new home and dropped it off one tire was completely shredded with the rim destroyed and the bumper bent.They had broken the key off in the ignition and then dragged it diagonally sideways by the front bumper to get it onto the flatbed. We had to replace the ignition, all of the tires, get a new rim, and a new bumper as the old one was beyond straightening.They refused to accept responsibility for the damages, and tried to charge us over $300!

We recently had our delivery crew from Eugene break down on a private road in the foothills of rural Medford on Saturday, late morning. As soon as I got the call, we had a little over 2 hours to get the truck to the repair facility and the crew to the truck rental office before they closed. The guys at Star Towing took this on like it was their mission. Their driver not only got our 26 truck out of a tight spot, he also was thoughtful enough to remove the drive-line as a precaution. He got the truck to the repair facility and the dropped our guys off at the truck rental just in time. They only charged us for two hours which was more than reasonable. Our crew then was able to continue on with all of the remaining deliveries and were back home with their families early Saturday evening. Outstanding.

These people are theifs. Towed my friends dead dads Mercedes and wont let him get his personal property out of it. He has alot of memories with his dad not only the car but in the belongings in the car, they are demanding $250 just to go get the property out of the car. they are heartless and money hungry!!!

This company towed a car that i had proof that I had sold, and after taking them a copy of the bill of sale and proof from the DMV that the car had been flagged as sold they still billed me and sent me to collections after I was assured that i would not hear another thing about the car.This company will rob you blind do not use them ever.

Hired them to move a shipping container, they quoted me at $80 an hour. Upon arrival they claimed they couldnt move the container because the truck would sink in the mud even though they came and picked up a container just a couple weeks prior when it had poured rained for the entire week.The guy operating the truck had the intelligence of a lobotomized snail and wasted an hour just making calls and listening to the police scanner in his rig.After they determined that they could move the container after all, they spent less than an hour and a half moving it to the new location. The bill should have been $200 but they charged us over $400.This is probably the worst towing company in southern Oregon. They real you in by offering a cheaper than usual rate and end up charging you far more than they competitors in the end.Wouldnt use them again if they were the last towing company on earth.

They hire liars like Mike I will never go back to this company for anything. Prior to Mike working there I would have only had the best things to day about Star but if you are going to hire people who lie to customers and run business off I will not support you at all. Look at what he did while running the Leifs in Talent a few years ago. He has no problem Looking a customer in the eye and telling huge lies. After he forced my insurance company to fix my totaled car while running the Leifs in Talent he then refused to do the work on the car and Star had to go get my car and the 20+ thousand dollars worth of parts that Leif profited off the mark up from while Star was left to fix a car that was a total. Now you guys have him running your store. Wow!!!!! My car was never fixed right becasue it had over 50K worth of Damage done to it. When I when to take the car back Cuz it has tons of problem I find Mike there running the show. Gross I will never go back unless I hear he is gone. I will tell anyone I know to stay far away. Hes bad for your company beware he will effect you.

Called for a Flat Repair but couldnt get my spare out because the lock was rusted shut. Got towed to Les Shcwab. Guy that came out was funny and personable.. But again he was from the midwest so not suprising!
