Dont use this service if you want to get anywhere fast. Despite repeated assurances they would arrive soon, and then within a specific time frame, it took 4+ hours for them to finally start the process. if you want to enjoy the roadside scenery for hours while waiting, though, these are the guys for you!

This place went well beyond the call of duty! My battery was dead on my truck just as the sun was coming up and I didnt know who to call. My friend I was with asked the owner if he would give us a jump and he had no problem solving my problem! And he didnt charge me a dime!I plan on bringing him a home cooked breakfast as soon as I get back to Medford as a way of saying THANK YOU!

Legal vehicle theft! Bad things happen to people who do other people wrong. Its called KARMA. Ill just sit back and watch KARMA do its thing. You may have stolen our vehicle, but there are lots of other vehicles out there. Offering free towing to bar goers during the holidays doesnt make up for all the free vehicles you acquire by charging extreme towing and storage fees. KARMA sees all.Business wise, it doesnt make sense, either.Example: You are charging more in towing/storage fees than a vehicle is worth.Instead of negotiating a fair price that makes sense to the car owner, you keep the vehicle. So you get $50-$60 in scrap metal for the vehicle where you could have gotten $200-$300 from the car owner. Seems like a win-win to negotiate.There are no laws to protect the public from this type of theft. But what comes around goes around. The universe has ways of leveling the playing field... eventually.

They told me 30 minutes and 2 1/2 hours later after the tire shop already closed and after I canceled another company who was going to come but these guys said they would beat them never again I might just call a couple of times to run their drivers out to nowhere just a mess with them

Stole outta my car will never use this service again

$105-$135 cost for a 2 mile tow in Ashland. Will get AAA for half the cost and have them do it for free. Thats practicallly criminal. This is why children and animals hate towing companies.

Lil pricey but good customer service

Last week my car battery died in the Safeway parking lot. I made easy contact and got a ticket in for a new battery. It took quite a while to get a person to get there but I got a call about every 30-45 minutes with a status of where the truck was. Because of the updates my Princess picked me up and we went home and had dinner before I got the final call for the truck. When the attendant arrived he was super efficient and fast with all the physical and administrative steps. I have AAA for just this kind of service.

The staff was friendly, but management a little cold. Would not accommodate, even though our license plate was stolen. Refused to give back our license plate to our vehicle. Will update as we resolve this matter.

They are a tow yard. So therefore who is happy having to pay to get their car out? But, they did happily let me get my stuff from my car.

Well the service is well described in the name of this company. I feel the amount billed (cash and title) was extremely high for services. Considering my truck caught fire, it was totaled. Local fire Department called it a mechanical fire. I lost a lot that day. I still owe.

They watched as my RV burned to the ground in the Almeda Fire on their property and not only let me find out for myself but then offered no compensation for my loss but rather pinned the blame on medford police!!

I was stuck before thanksgiving, and thought insurance wouldn’t cover it. They helped talk me through how to get home from school during a snow storm. I cannot express how great my gratitude for this establishment and it’s crew.

Very good experience. I was forced to call a tow truck by OSP, and these guys got out there in about half an hour. Were very professional, easy to talk to, and helpful with my vehicle. Got the truck where it needed to be within an hour, and charged me significantly less then I expected! All the Sunday before Labor Day. I would recommend this company to anyone needing emergency services in Medford.

Dont bother with this company told me within 2 hours showed up about 5 hours later. now I cant get my car worked on at the dealership today because they showed up late. So the dealership cant work on it for 2 days. And I need my car for work. This is going to cost me around $400 because I cant work for a couple days

They will do their best to shorten your wait time and and are very considerate people! Larry and Tim are my two favorite people! They were very nice and were informative about what they were doing and made sure I understood everything and took my worry out of the basic misconception of tow truck drivers!!

Amazing and friendly

I’m personally shocked by all the bad reviews. I was on I-5 up hill when my car stopped and I gave them a call, from the start they had incredible customer service. They came around the time they say they would, Tim was the driver and was kind from the start trying to give the best service possible. Neil who I think is their boss clearly cared about the well being of his workers and customers making sure they’re well informed. I needed to wait for awhile to get a ride back to where I was staying for the night and they were very kind, offered me water and a place to sit. I’m blown away by Dick’s towing customer service and glad that I called them!

Tow truck driver was quick and efficient

Terrible experience. The two drivers showed up an hour and a half later than I was quoted, had no idea what was going on and managed to LOSE MY KEYS somewhere between my house and the shop. The worst part is that they wouldn’t own up to it and ended up claiming they never had them in the first place. So incredibly unprofessional. Now I’m out $200 to replace my smart key and various others because two men (who didn’t even give me their names) were too busy joking around with one another to keep track of my keys. Never using this company again.

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!! If you must, request you do NOT get towed by employee Larry/Kit?/Ron.In my experience with Dicks towing, the customer doesnt even have a say if something goes wrong. My car recently broke down and I needed to have it towed from the shop, to my home. At some point the tow truck driver dented the back of my car!! When I call to complain the driver assures me it couldnt have been him but hes on his way to fix it! Now why would he be so inclined to fix something he didnt brake. If it wasnt him he should have advised me to contact someone else to figure out who did it, and how to fix it the right way. That is if they were taking care of me, which I was told was the case. I wanted to get to the bottom of it so I told him to wait. Long story short I have been lied to three times. They told me that the driver never touched the back of my vehicle. They told me the shop told them the dent was already there. They said the driver saw the dent when he first got there. However at the time I was told this, they had NO contact with the shop. And the shop never said that. My boyfriend was there when they dropped it off and he said that the driver did indeed push my car from the back at one point. Since he is not too familiar with my car, he didnt mention it when he saw it. Unsure if it was new or not. It definitely was new. Ron, the supervisor I was connected to assured me there was no way they could have dented the car because they never touched it in that area. The dent has marks from finger paints ect. Somebody saw it and checked it out.This company cant keep track of their employees and will believe theyre petty and obvious lies. They also fail to keep track of information like pee-existing dents (because it wasnt pre existing). The price was not helpful either. Especially since I have to pay for the dent out of pocket now, thank to their refusal to work together. Save yourselves, All Star Towing has never let me down.

The service was really quick and the driver was very kind and helpful. He drove me back home after towing my car to the shop. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

I called back no more than 30 minutes later to give them my business and they raised the rate by $120. I didnt even get to the point of having service with this business, which im sure I would have regretted.

I know im a little late on leaving my review i want to thank dicks towing from medford oregon tow truck driver JOE from the bottom of my heart we were stuck in that bad blizzard back in january of this year my mercedes benz was trapped in the snow i couldnt go anywhere i couldnt even get my chains on my car because walmart sold me the wrong size for my car i had a 2 year old and a 5 year old my chidren in the car with me i was balling my eyes out i thought we were seriously gonna freeze to death my kids were scared crying we were pretty low on gas because of traveling and wouldnt of made it through the night with the little gas we had in out car and then without even a thought of calling for help or anything besides my battery died on my cellphone didnt have a working charger i see a tow truck pull up and tell us to grab our stuff and get in they will take us back to ashland oregon where we can get a hotel and be safe they didnt ask for a penny from us was just out of the kindness of there hearts was out helping people like us stuck in that horrible scary blizzard joe was so kind to us we were stressed out and scared and he talked to us the whole ride to easy our minds of the current situation joe had made sure he stopped and checked on ever single person he saw and offered them help and rides with anything he could offer. thank you again for saving our lifes especially my childrens lifes from the situation we were in with nothing in return for your services to ensure our safety. thank you so much JOE and dicks towing for everything. when we went to go recover our car we couldnt find it for awhile because of how bad it was barried in the snow.. we wouldnt of made it through the night without you guys. thank you from the reyes family. to the highest appreciation from us

I would never do business with this company again they argued with me about what I could and could not take out of my own vehicle then I wanted to remove my car from their lot and they refused to let me do so they said until my adjuster looked at the car I could not move it I said this is my car and I can do with it as I pleased even after they were paid they continue to give me an excuse as to why I could not move my vehicle they wanted to Jack up lot charges and keep it there and at 1 point I thought the owner was gonna get physical with me I would never do business with them again they were very rude and unprofessional.

Helped me in a time of need went above and beyond to help me when my car ran out of gas.
