Service was great! Driver that came out was fast and very friendly. I just wish price was less but I understand why. But they are the best price in town.

I was in a wreck I called them for my car. They didnt pick up the phone at 11:45 pm. The police ended up calling another tow company and I got charged an extra 50 bucks cause the police called them. No thanks will call Johnson towing for now on.

I called this company in order to retrieve my vehicle from a very steep incline off the side of the road. The spot my car was in made it incredibly difficult to tow the vehicle up to the road. I would post a picture if I could. Luckily John and Steve are very experienced in this area and it certainly showed. They managed to get the car without damaging anything! They utilized many tools they had to get the job done. Overall, very impressed to the service, efficiency, and professionalism. Would recommend anyone and hopefully I will wont have to call again but if I do it will be Medford towing.

Hands down Medford Towing is the best!! Major problem with the original tow to Grants Pass however Steve made everything right. Prompt, efficient, professional service. They took care of everything!.. These guys are the best. Highly recommend.

Roadside customer...so I was already having a bad day. Steve came quicker than I was told, efficiently loaded my SUV, and then safely drove my son and I home. Friendly, fast, and safe. Broke down on a road trip called around and talk to the Manager His name is Steve. He was very professional and did not have me sitting on the side the road for a long time waiting. Didnt have me waiting in the heat while he loaded my van and was affordable. Very knowledgeable on the area and who would be best to take my car to be fixed. If I am ever in the area and need a tow be the only guy I call.

Had to call Steve early on a Sunday because pulling out of our driveway, our axel broke. He came quickly, got our rig out of the road and towed it away for us. Great guy, great service. Definitely recommend him and Medford Towing.

Wanted to say thank you to Medford Towing, Josh specifically for working out a problem we ran into with the Oregon State Police calling in a tow for us. The tow was called in as an impound when all we needed was a 2 mile tow. Josh promptly helped us cancel the OSP request and put us at the top of his tow list for a reasonably priced $65.00 tow (would have been $200.00 plus otherwise). Thank you again for the customer service.

I was stranded in front of the Pilot station in Central Point and Josh was amazingly helpful, fast, courteous and knowledgeable. The posts on my battery had become corroded. After he supervised me jump my car with another kind man, he told me where to go and get a free battery analysis. Because he saw that I did not understand his directions, he drove ahead of me to the store and introduced me to the clerk. I ended up buying a new battery from that store. I never hired Josh. He was just that kind and helpful. I recommend this company for any of your towing or road side service needs because they hire men like Josh.

Needed our 30 ft motor home towed from our house. It was in a tight spot and couldnt be just hooked up and towed away. These guys winched and moved it foot by foot until they could finally hook it up which took quite a while to do. In the dark and cold ...fantastic job!!!

I was stranded one night on Crater Lake Hwy between Medford and White City. The darn car wasnt going another mile. I called for a tow and I was shocked at how fast he showed up. It was wet and cold outside. He made me get in the cab where it was warm while he got her all loaded up. He took me to drop the car off at the shop and even took me home at no extra charge because he was more worried about my safety at night than he was a charge. That is my kind of service. I will always use Medford Towing, knowing your more than just a tow to them is great business.

I came out this afternoon to find my truck tire flat. I drive a Ford F250. I called Medford Towing, intending on giving another company a try, to see how good they are. In all honesty, I have to say the customer service is quite POOR!! I called at 450pm and the dispatcher told me it would be about 30 minutes. She also related the driver would call me back if they had problems locating my address. OK, that was THREE HOURS ago, and I have yet to see anyone show up, nor have I received a phone call. This made me unable to get to work. One thing about CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you tell a potential customer something, you better stand behind it!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! I called this business because their driver parked their truck across 6 parking spots in my apartment complex, and I needed to get into my spot, so I could get into my place because I have finals this week. Well when I called I was told to park somewhere else, the women that answered the phone said she was one of the owners started yelling at me when I was trying to explain why I needed into my spot. She stand asking for my managers number so I just hung up. Well the truck moved so I called back to thank her only to get yelled at and called a crack head by a guy saying he was one of the owners.WTH? What professional business talks to the public this way for wanting to get into their own spot at their own place? These people shouldnt be running any business dealing with the public, their rude and disrespectful and if they arent getting anything out of it they are no help to you at all.sincerely very offended.

My car is very unpredictable. It gets me and my family around but not much stops me from pushing it off a cliff. With that being said Everytime I or my partner call for assistance there is a delay. For example. Today we called at 3 with an estimated arrival time of 90 minutes. Now my car is sitting in a gas station parking lot mind you. Not only has my partner been sitting for 2 1/2 for the call but never even recieved a call to state thAt they wouldnt be able to reach us for who knows how long, at this time its 535. This is not the first time they have strung us along, but it is the last!
