I have dealt with the properties for years, great, great, great! The property manager, Claudia, is more than excellent, so I give her 5 hard earned stars.

As a traveling healthcare professional, my agency found me this furnished suite which accepted my 2 cats. Cable TV/internet included. With contract extensions, I have stayed here for almost 10 months. Each room is nicely furnished and the kitchen has every convenience or gadget imaginable. The hardwood floors, granite countertop and high beamed ceilings give the place a luxurious look. The downtown location is great also especially with your assigned off street parking spot.There are several bars, breweries and restaurants within a three block radius. The Rogue Valley bus station is also just a couple blocks away. Located in the building is a gym with offers reasonable monthly rates and a hair salon.The manager, Claudia, is a great person to work with to see everything is well maintained. My only maintenance issue this year was replacing a light bulb which was out of my reach. Once notified, Claudia got it taken care of quickly around my work schedule. Definitely a great place to stay especially for traveling professionals.
