Maybe I’m an old style..but I’m sorry I’m so cautious when I have to give out I money. They ask me to apply and send money $1800 via Venmo.. how can I send money without having any paper work. ? Are people dumb to do that? In my understanding you give the deposit to hold the apartment after your application was approved. I don’t mind to Pay for application fee..and the I don’t mind to give all the money right away if I have a paper that saying I got approved and I have a paperwork

I must first state that while this looks like just a single five star review, its really two 5-STAR reviews rolled into one!! I have been relying on Kellys services for years, but this year (2020) I found myself in a position I have never been in - Both of my tenants in my 2-fam moving out within just a few months of each other - in the midst of the pandemic. When the first unit opened up late summer, Kelly and her team responded quickly and professionally. Very shortly thereafter, we had found great tenants. No sooner had we closed one deal, the other unit opened up. My long term tenants had decided to finally take the plunge into home ownership. While I was certainly happy for them, I was extremely concerned I would have a long term vacancy. The COVID restrictions had just been tightened once again and we were heading into the harsh winter months. I immediately contacted Kelly and she had found another great tenant long before my existing tenants were scheduled moved out! The house never had any vacancy and Kelly was able to increase my total revenue with her market assessment and unit pricing. Extremely unprofessional and condescending. One of their agents called me back but never left a message. I called the office back twice. The people who answer the phone are just smarmy and leave me feeling less than welcome. They definitely have a used car sales person feel for sure. For people who should be bending over backwards to work with people looking for rentals, their demeansors and lack of customer service is shocking. One of their people actually told me I probably wasnt the type of person their landlords would want to work with in a snotty tone and abruptly hung up. The office needs some lessons in fair housing for sure.

Extremely rude. Spoke with Kelly, whos their Chief Vision Officer apparently according to her LinkedIn. Ironic since her LinkedIn cover image talks about how people remember how they were made to feel. I felt like she was extremely condescending, interrupting me only to laugh at me over the phone saying thats not how things work. This is not how you do business, even if the apartment is only a 2,000/month rental. It is extremely patronizing EVEN IF you are in the right. Please learn some manners and talk to people properly. I am not the type to write bad reviews, but this company’s action was unacceptable. I submitted an application for a house on September 28, and it was not approved, and I was okay with that. I understand we didn’t meet the requirements but it was not acceptable to return a $5,000 dollar deposit after a month. I had to contact this company multiple times for my check to be returned to my address. All the text and emails were ignored not a single response. I finally got my check back yesterday October 28 and now I am at peace know that I don’t have a check wondering around in this company’s office. I definitely recommend this company to step up their customer service.Best wishes!

This company, and Kelly in particular, are terrible. Completely unprofessional, rude, and entirely dishonest. Im not surprised that many have had the same experience that Ive had.My advice to all that are thinking about using this company in the future: steer clear. Dont trust the reviewers who have no other reviews on yelp and no connections. Clearly they know the company or work for them.

Great service helpful they help me out to find my lovely home

We used to own a house in Windsor that we had rented out. We live in Boston, and managing this house by ourself became very challenging. We hired Cormopolitan Real Eastate, and they vere in all cases where we needed help extremely helpful. Many times repairs and maintenance performed at the house was cheaper than had I done it myself because of the connections they have in the community and with people who do work for them. Our tenant was also relieved because she had finally a go-to point that was there when she needed help and was able to assist her with what needed to be done. Overall, Mark and his team did an excellent job and I can highly recommend them.

Absolutely the worst, not only did they lie to us, they refused to return our check, and our income forms, these people are beyond unprofessional, do not trust them, I have never encountered such people in my life, I am reporting them to the real estate board.
