But many don’t realize how much stress is put into finding the right place to move into first.Julio from the leasing office at Mystic Valley Apartments was honestly amazing at making everything a streamlined, transparent and smooth process from start to finish. We were so lucky to have connected with him because he took so much of the stress out of finding an apartment and really tailored our priorities to find the perfect unit for us! It was a stress-free and enjoyable process.During the tour and much after we had tons of random questions asked by phone, email, in person. Julio never made us feel like we were asking too many questions and never left a question on answered. We just finalized the apartment and we are so excited to move in!Thank you so much for all the help Julio! Your team is extremely lucky to have you working there!

I have been residing at Mystic Place for a year and some change now... the community is great and I absolutely admire how everyone AND the children gets along. You call the office and they have someone come right away. From Staff to Residents - it’s always a friendly pleasure! Neighbors are friendly, and even the Pets 😊 Always have fun events to attend, GYM downstairs along with Entertainment - A Safe & Fun Environment for Families.... LOVE IT!

Great place to live. I have been a resident for over 2 years and only have positive experience weather it is safety ( there are cameras installed with onsite security) or maintenance ( 24 hr on call maintenance). Close proximity to grocery stores, shopping places and walking/ running trails makes this place one of the best in terms of value for money.

I moved into Mystic Place not too long ago and I am enjoying it. Julio in the office has been great and reccomend to live here.

DO NOT MOVE IN DURING THE SUMMER, ACTUALLY DO NOT STAY HERE IN THE SUMMER!!!!!!!!The apartments dont turn the A/C on till late June like its literally 90 degrees outside and they A/C still not on. MEANWHILE, the leasing office has they A/C on. They really only turn the A/C on for just the leasing office, we paying 2800 a month to have to buy extra fans coz you not turning the A/C on?? nah do better, come correct. Rectify this please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have lived at Mystic for 3 years and and have had numerous issues regarding our apartment and the elevator in the west building. We pay way too much money to have to be subjected to what we have in the last fees years. The new leasing manager Nick has been so helpful. He has gone above and beyond to make sure any issues we have had has been taken care of. I wish we had someone like Nick here for the last 2 years. It would have made our experience a whole lot better.

2nd edit: To managements credit, the elevators have been working for around 2 months now which has made living here so much better. Im leaving the rest of the review up since they took way longer to fix than they shouldve, but are not currently an issue.Edit to the below: Both elevators were finally working for a bit but one or often both have been broken again the last couple months.If you have limited mobility and are considering living here, please be aware there may be days when you literally cant leave/enter your home because management seems to have decided this is a viable cost cutting area and refuses to switch to a competent elevator contractor. Its a shame because the property itself is otherwise very good value for the area and the maintenance & office staff members are really nice.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------There are several issues with this complex that other reviews mention (cockroaches, excessive noise, random shopping carts left in hallways etc) but the one that has been the worst to deal with is the elevators. Our building has probably 600+ residents and 2 elevators, 1 of which has been marked out of service for at least 2 months and according to some residents who have been here longer, close to a year. The one working elevator has broken down at least ~8 times in the month weve lived here, during which time residents in a 12 story building are forced to use a crowded stairwell that is usually wet and sometimes smells of urine.Even when it is working, during busy parts of the day people ignore management guidelines of 2 people per elevator (which to be fair is an absurd expectation for a building of this size with one working elevator) and cram in to the point where not only is socially distancing not possible during a pandemic but youre physically touching others. Around 1/5 of residents dont wear masks for whatever reason, which massively compounds the risk of simply leaving and entering your apartment.Management has given us 5 dates that the elevator will be fixed by, only for the date to inevitably pass for which they blame the company they chose and continue to choose to service the elevators (Schindler Elevator Group). Today when the one working elevator in our building went out again, I checked out the lobbies of the other two buildings out of curiosity. Of course, the left hand elevator in each was marked out of order exactly as in our building.In short, if you want to live somewhere managed by a company whose actions or lack thereof habitually demonstrate that it could care less about its residents health and safety especially during a pandemic, Mystic Place is for you. If youd rather not worry about getting COVID and giving it to your loved ones just by leaving and entering your building, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I have lived here since 2021, not long. but I perceive a peaceful and pleasant place. always very clean.I really liked the security. has a good space for pets. good gym, I loved the games room. good cinema and ballroom, has meeting space. the maintenance staff is wonderful and helpful, in 24 hours they solved what I asked for. good office service, and a very polite, attentive and helpful employee (julio hernandez), took all my doubts. although he didn’t speak my language, he worked hard and did an excellent job. I can only thank you. I appreciate your dedication to your work and your respect for customers. Im loving living here.

The apartment itself is outdated but okay. The management though, avoid at all cost! I chose this place in early 2018 but since then the management team completely changed and this group of people is just impossible. Security is a big issue. I have seen peoples all 4 wheels got stolen overnight while parking right down the building. The building door never locked no matter how many times this issue was brought up to management. There were strangers and random people walking inside of the building because of that. Had to file a police report after a man whos not a tenant approached me right at my door. Even with all that, the management didnt do anything. Let alone the elevator is constantly broken and it took maintenance on average 2 weeks to come and fix anything you requested. Please consider other places.

I want to take a moment to thank Ferduce Albarody for the great help with so much of professionalism in finding the person who hit my car and ran without leaving a note on the car or to the office after a such an incident. She went the extra mile with her investigation which impressed me because it proves that she takes her job very seriously with all her integrity.I can’t thank you enough Ferduce, especially since you saved me from all the headache and stress that the situation had given me!

The leasing staff is very accommodating and super professional. Safety is my number one concern, Nick and the management team have made it a priority to ensure safety.

We lived in this place and moved out of it. The place was average to live but the one thing that was extremely annoying during our stay was that, these guys have control over the AC/heater. And they keep only the heater till June, and the entire months of April & May are extremely hot inside the house with no AC option. We pay such high rents and suffer with the heat for 2 whole months!!!!There are 2 namesake elevators, and ever since I moved I only saw 1 working. The other is always down! And the elevator in the parking garage also has the same issue. It worked only 20% of the time.

The place has very many rats. Management has been informed and they set traps that rats just go around.The work orders take more than half a year to be executed. I am currently counting as of writing this review. 12/2019.There is two elevators in my building one is down 7/8 times. When patches are made the same elevator breaks down the following week.So with one working elevator you get to stop and every single floor. Residents have posted signs on the elevator that read: Please Fix MeThe gym is too cold during the winter time (well that could be motivation to do high intensity workout to warm up). Maintenance crew dont even have the key to the temperature control box. 0.o

I have lived in this apartment for 2 years and just signed the 3rd lease. Kristen Hawkins from the leasing office has been absolutely awesome to work with. She is professional, kind, hardworking and always ready to help. She is one of the bigger reasons we re signed the lease with the current apartments.The management in general is professional, organizing some community events and making upgrades to the apartments buildings continuously. The maintenance when required is done quickly. Community is always clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

I have lived here for 13 years and I have no complaints. Carol in the office is great. always willing to assist me with my small annoyances. they are upgrading the property and I am excited for the network cafe. Carol and staff keep up the good work.

This apartment complex is in a convenient location and provides some good and desirable amenities. Whenever there is a maintenance issue, they are usually pretty good at taking care of it in a timely manner. As far as customer service, theyre usually very courteous, specially during signing. Dan OConnor and the property staff is very helpful and will try to help whenever they can. Yolanda was great in helping with my parking issues. All in all, it is a nice place to live.

My brother and I moved in 2017 as first time apartment renters. Good size apartments for a good value and great location near shops and public transport (bus stop 2 minute walk). Love the layout of the apartment! Closets are spacious. Grounds are always neat and pretty looking. Everyone in the office is great. Carol moved us in last summer and the process was easy. She made us feel warm and welcomed. Never had any issues with maintenance. They do community parties. Last year they had like an October fest theme. Food trucks and liquor was served. Was fun.

Recently moved into this community, love it here, the apartments are modern interiors. I would like to specially thanks Kristen Hawkins (our leasing consultant), she was a pleasure to work with and made sure the entire process of renting out the apartment went over smoothly. Her promptness in replying to queries was really appreciated.

I have been living here for the since 2014. The office folks are great and always willing to help out with my crazy requests. Carol is great and always willing to help me. The building is always clean and the maintenance staff is neat and always on time. I am never leaving.

Hira is amazing and does the absolute best with the office. She makes sure all your needs are taken care of by any means and within reason. Even if she doesn’t have an answer, she will make sure to get it for you. She’s a great asset to the company.

Ever since we moved here, we have been dealing with rat issues and management does not take any proper action. They just don’t care. Cant wait to move out and find a better place. Management just sucks.

I have been living in Mystic place for 3 year and I am 100% satisfied since the Maintenance Manager was change. Now we have Khalid Kalila and he is very competent . I had many things that i needed fixed in the unit and he took care of everything . Khalid demonstrates technical ability and produces work of exceptional quality. He takes the time to fully understand the scope of projects and displays keen attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with the quality of service Khalid provided to my unit and the Mystic place.

Someone parked in my parking spot and the leasing office just didn’t want to tow the car. Saying that they didn’t want to make the resident unhappy. While I’m also the resident, they don’t want to make me happy at all. Aweful experience with the leasing office here. One of the building elevator is never working. The gym fob is never working. The mailbox keys didn’t match at first.

I have lived here for over 3 years and love it. Its very quiet and well taken care of. Lots of green space and a river next door. I am a senior citizen and this is the first time I have lived in an apartment and I feel safe and comfortable. Shopping across the street. The office is nice and always helpful. Carol is always helping me with small things that I need done like taking my mail and mailing it, puting a work request for me. Shes nice

I have lived here for over 30 years. Management has changed a few times since I have been here. The place is getting many renovations done and it looks good. The people in the office are good kids. I have dealt with my fair share of office workers and Carol is one of the best. She always has a friendly smile and always stops to chit chat with me. Dan the manager has a great set of people working under him.

Great place to live! Maggie has been a pleasure to deal with. She is very informative. Andrew always answers my questions no matter how many times i call the office. The new property manager Daniel has made good changes to the property. The amazon lockers are the best. There are different resident events going on. I like the direction the property is headed.

We have been looking for a 2 Br apartment for quite sometime. Honestly, after visiting a lot of apartment complexes we can definitely say that Mystic place is by far the best property for our budget. The apartments are great and it has all the modern equipment. Also, working with Kristen Hawkins was an absolute pleasure. She heard our problems and gave us a work around, which I have never seen a Leasing agent doing that in the past. She is very prompt in responding to our queries. In short she is amazing... Kudos to her.!!!

Im currently looking for an apartment right outside of Boston. Ive toured many places but was very impressed with Mystic Place. The value is very good for the area. Its cheaper than most of the other places around and utilities are included. I went on a day that they were setting up for a huge event but I was still able to get all of the information that I needed.

Mystic place has very nice apartments, with a modern setup. The location is wonderful. You can get to Boston, the North Shore or Burlington area in no time. I had a tour with Carol who was very nice and knew the property inside and out. I look forward to renting there in next few months.

I toured with Hira the other day and I was just so amazed with the professionalism she showed and guided throughout the tour. The place is absolutely amazing for the right price and not like these other luxury buildings that pinch every penny they can get from you. I would deff recommend mystic place as a place of residence because you wont find this type of service elsewhere

The new manager is very nice and is making much needed improvement to property. I have been here for over 10 years and have always had good experience especially with the nice maintenance people here. Mystic is a safe place with good tenants who are friendly and the people who work here are great. People complain about AC but it was fixed right away like they said it would be. The construction was a mess but it was to make things better which Im happy about since I dont plan on leaving my home is mystic place.

My mother lives here and she is always mentions how great the office people treat her especially Carole. She knows her by name and always help her out with small requests. She is an elderly woman and I cant always be there when she needs something. Knowing that there is someone looking out for her eases my mind. Wegmans being across the street is good for my mom. She walks right over with her carriage and shops.

I am so happy that I moved to Mystic Place. My apartment is perfect for what I need (and the perfect price) lol. I have nothing more to do than to thank Andrew and the rest of the staff - Maggie, Dan, Rob - they are so friendly and genuine. This is my first apartment so I was very confused and Andrew broke down everything that I needed and helped me every step of the way. The only thing I wish was that there was laundry in my apartment instead of just on my floor!

Hira is very knowledgeable about the units in this property. She’s very easy to talk to and does her due diligence. I’ll definitely be referring her to friends and family.

The leasing office never solves the actual problem. They didn’t give us the gym fob when we moved in. We asked for it a couple days later. They said they run out so they ordered more. One week later, we came and ask for it. They gave us the unprogrammed fobs. Then it came the battle to activate the fobs... it never ends. One month after moving in now, still no good working gym fob. No access to the gym, which should be facility free for all legal residents.

Visited the leasing office to inquire about availability and was taken aback at the level of customer service. Andrew C. was immediately inviting and made us feel like we were his priority. He made the stress from moving out of state and apartment hunting all day seem less of a burden. The units are up to date, spacious and provide a lot of natural light. The finishes in the kitchen and storage space are perfect. Overall great experience!

Great location and friendly staff! The community is undergoing upgrades which can be challenging at times, but the finished product is highly anticipated and greatly appreciated by us long term residents (this includes the exciting addition of a dog park). The office and maintenance staff are so helpful in explaining the process and addressing any concerns. The manager Dan is responsive to any concern you have and is willing to listen; although, you may have to leave a message with the office to speak with him as it is a busy place. Overall it is an amazing place to call home!

I moved to mystic place couple months ago and I had few maintenance and parking issues so when i called the office, Margaret Northon was very pleasant and respectful when dealing with her, all my issues were fixed within the same day and it made me realize that I just needed to call because the amazing maintenance staff is also very pleasant.Thank you to everyone that works hard for us to make this place our home.

In the past few months, I like the properties. Price, location somehow are good for me. But from October to now, rats (most horrible thing), bed bug, ticks (I think those are brought in by rats) are coming out to my apartment. When I ask help from leasing office, they only say they will ask pest control or someway help me take care.However, a month past, only one guy comes in and takes examination, then leave.Now, I don’t hear anything back.

Ive lived here for a few months, and honestly I like it a lot. Its nothing particularly fancy - pretty average actually - but there are a few things that have made living here a way better experience than any other apartments Ive lived in before.. The staff is so friendly - Andrew, Maddie, Yolanda and Dan have all been really helpful and nice especialy when I was moving in. The utilities are included and my apartment is upgraded and really nice - stainless steel appliances and a great view of Boston!

Living at the Mystic Place has been wonderful for our family of 3!!! We relocated from out of state and Kristen, Andrew and Carol (office folks) took great care of us as soon as we walked through the doors, allowing our transition to be smooth! I love the various events for families such as Holiday Cocoa, trick or treating, and every month they have a birthday thing that you go get a cupcake for your birthday. Victor in maintenance is fantastic and is very prompt with responses with maintenance issues. We couldnt have picked a better choice in the Boston area than to live in Medford. Also, they are close to all the shops in the area and the traffic isnt that bad.

Went to the National Night Out event last night and it was fantastic. Very well put together! Had a lot of great family fun and good food!

These apartments are in a great location. Close to the park and convenient shopping. Kristen led me on a tour of the grounds which were beautiful and well maintained. Planning on leasing in the near future!!

This review is long overdue. I have been living here for just under a year and I hope it helps someone who, like me, may dread the hassles of apartment hunting and moving. If youre not sure where to look and still be close to the city, give this complex a call, youll be glad you did. I would highly recommend the leasing office. They guide you through every step of the process and make it incredibly easy and stress free. When other places I looked at were sub-par, unfriendly and overly expensive, I found Mystic place Apartments well cared for with beautifully landscaped grounds, reasonable rent and highly recommended leasing office.

I have lived here for one year now and have loved it. The building is conveniently located near a grocery store, shopping, and public transportation. Parking is available along with garages for a minimal fee. Carol in leasing is always on top of her game and very friendly. The service department is very responsive. I usually deal with Vicktor and he is always courteous and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and I never had any issues with problematic neighbors. Overall it is a great place to live and I would highly recommend this place to others.

Ive been a resident for just over a year now and I love my apartment! The best part about it is that its walking distance to local shops and youre not going to find a better price in this location. The staff has always been friendly so no issues there. I hear my neighbor on occasion, but nothing to complain about since this is an apartment. The only negative is that I have to use the laundry facility, but the machines are always working and the maintenance guy Victor keeps it clean. One time I lost money in the machine, and Victor offered to give me money out of his own pocket. I did not take it but shows that the staff cares about their residents. The location, price, and experience are just right for me.

I moved from out of state and I was contacting a lot of different apartments. Where Mystic Valley Apartments stood out was Kristen Hawkins. Kristen was patient and kind to respond to my emails even before I was here. After getting to Boston, I looked around and I found out you can not beat the rent at this place.Building is old so it has its issue, but the staff is always trying to fix things asap and not let tenants suffer. Also, because the building is old, you do not hear your neighbors which is huge plus.In terms of service, again Kristen has been a great help. I got a document about missing the payment and the associated penalty after a few weeks of moving in. Anyone could have panicked at that moment, but I felt relaxed knowing that Kristen is there and it will all be sorted out.Kristen also connected me with the Verizon rep and I got my internet at the lowest rate possible without any hassle.If this place is so great why I am giving it a 4 then, it is because there have been hiccups, like that document about missed payment or getting maintenance notification when no maintenance was required and I ended up working from home for no reason to let the contractors in.However, If I could I would give a 4.5 star. Given it is an old building, everyone in the leasing and maintenance office is trying to make it comfortable for all the residents.

My partner & I did a tour of the property around early February. We loved the location & were looking for a 6 month type lease.We are moving starting tomorrow & the leasing agent we used, Kristen Hawkins, was absolutely fantastic with communication. So this 4* review is based on our experience so far with the apartment complex & will surely be updated as our stay progress & hopefully it can go up to 5*.We were looking into a 1 Bedroom Apartment. Its 620sqft. So a little on the smaller side & still a bit pricey but a price we were willing to pay to rid ourselves of roommates.We were told during our tour that a new gym was going to be put in by the time we moved in & we shall see tomorrow. I have my doubts because it didnt look like anything was started in terms of getting it set up, but hopefully I am pleasantly surprised upon moving in..I asked about the temperature settings & they said you will have full control of the temp of the apartment. There were some reviews I was reading that said they turned the air down but no matter what the temp would go below a certain amount. Something like 72 degrees. So we will see in this apartment if they stuck by their word that A/C & Heat are actually controllable without it being locked at a certain temp.The kitchen is a decent size & we liked the island. Makes the living area feel much larger. The one downside that we have found is there is no pantry area (at least in the 1 bedroom units). I think we have planned on using the cabinet on the floor next to the fridge as a pantry area since it looked to have half way shelf on the inside to hold like canned goods & the bottom can hold larger pantry items.The fridge is decent size & the freezer does have an ice maker so those. The stove is electric & its a flat top. The unit we toured had damage on the top. Kristen assured us that the complex sees this as normal, Wear & Tear & that those are replaced before a new tenant moves in & that wouldnt be deducted from the security deposit as its almost impossible not to scratch & mark those.The living room is open & feels large. One wall is concrete & the other is dry wall. I asked Kristen if we could hang a TV & she said yet as long as its on the dry wall & not the concrete wall as they dont want to damage & fix the concrete upon a tenants move out. She also said removing a TV also wont be used against a tenant to take money from a security deposit. As long as there isnt excessive damage.The bathroom is pretty small. The tub is okay size, There is a little tile type area in the back of the tub to place showering products. Kristen also pointed out that people like that they can actually use it to sit down & shave their legs, which I can see useful for some. The shower head looks awful if I am being honest. I will see if its possible to install your own upon moving in. But it looked like it was a unique type setup where it couldnt be removed. Im hoping I am wrong.& while I am on the bathroom & showering, some other reviews I was reading were speaking of the water being cut off frequently & loss of hot water. Usually around 9am & 9pm. I am hoping that isnt the case as frequent as others have put. I believe those issues were reported 6-12 months ago when there was some heavier renovations. & some management responded outlined this & was hoping it would be mainly fixed up by this upcoming April. Again, I will see for myself & update my review accordingly.In Building 1 (there are 3 buildings) the Washer & Dryers are on the top floor & there looked to be plenty to use. I believe its a couple of dollars to wash & a couple of dollars to dry your clothes. So a little bit of a bummer to be going to a coin-op type washing & drying situation. But it is what it is. I have read some iffy reviews about the washer & dryers here but I will review them for myself.One last note, their website says a $35 MAX Pet rent for 2 pets. Its actually $35 PER PET. My husband and I went for a showing with Kristen. Mystic Place is a good value for the neighborhood and being so close to the city. Kristen was able to answer all of our questions and tell us about the process of applying. We are looking forward to moving to Mystic Place in Novemver!

Went to drop off my security deposit and application with my roommate and we got treated horribly. Honestly, listen to the reviews and ratings. This is truly an awful, miserable place to live. Dont waste your time or money. I promise there is a lot better out there.

I took a tour of this property and was impressed by the condition and amenities. Location is so convenient to everything. Looking forward to becoming a new resident.

Great place to live! Moved to Medford 4 months ago and we were so excited to be able to live here. There is a good dog community, great kids community (our 4 year old makes lots of friends) and the staff is very good. They respond well and are willing to work with you whenever needed.When we were looking for a place we worked with Kristen and she was great at helping us to get set up and comfy at Mystic.And she is the sweetest with our son she lets him talk her ear off no matter when we run into her haha!

The place seems like a very nice community and was very welcoming. Kristen was great, showing me around and answering all my questions!

Ive lived at Mystic Place for 2 years and plan to stay once its time to renew. The new management is really making a difference. The staff in the office, especially Kristen, is always very helpful.

My roomate and I recently just began a process of moving there with the assistance of Hira Yousuf, and we have had such an amazing experience with her service.Hira is incredibly accountable for all events, inquiries and changes within our transition over, she is prompt with her replies, incredibly friendly and absolutely wonderful to work with.The apartment themselves look great, unfortunately my roomate and I had an apartment that was a little more faulty than expected, but without hesitation Hira managed to relocate us in under a week to a new apartment. She leaves no questions unanswered and works against strict deadlines and rules in order to deliver high quality service that exceeds all levels of expectations.Over all this experience is incredibly smooth despite the setback at a last minutes notice, we would not have had it this easy without Hiras assistance.

I called for a light bulb to be replaced. I was thinking it would take couple days for them to replace it because its not something that needs to be done immediately. (Speaking from experience) Victor showed up in 30 minutes. I was shocked! He said he was in the office and heard the call and was coming to my building and decided to come to my apartment. Now thats service! Thank you Victor!

They sat the fire alarm test in the morning and the thing is they did not send an email regarding the fire alarm test. It sacred me and woke me up from my sleep. This is very annoying. Please respect your residents and send a notice email at least.

I lived here for 2.5 years and love it. The maintenance staff is great & fixed my dishwasher the same day I called.The garage parking is only $25/month, which is much cheaper than other places I have lived in the areaAlthough this is decent size building I never hear my neighbors unless they are in the hallwayI work at night & walk home from the Wellington T & always feel safe. I do like the fact there is a security guard in the property 24 hours a dayThis place is much cheaper than other complexes in the area & I have seen many updates to the property since I have been here ( new gym, new hallways, new movie theater, new lobby, etc )This is the best value I could find that is within walking distance to the subway

There are many issues with this community since 5 years ago Ive been living here: 1) AC and heater work only for a couple of months of a year. You need to have your own to survive in Winter and Summer, 2) You dont received most of your packages, and the building is not responsive at all, 3) Mice are everywhere, even in 10th floor!! 4) Long waiting time for elevators; one of the elevators are always out of service, 5) Super carless and sometimes rude staff; you will find them very respectful and nice only before signing the lease!

The leasing staff is very attentive. They always answer the phone or emails promptly!

I have been living at the east building for sometime now, but lately I have seen a lot of changes, the property looks amazing, the new maintenance staff is so great, I had the pleasure to meet few of them, they were very efficient, organized, and knew what they were doing.

Beautiful place, nice view, you can have your own freedom without much people.

Nice apartment but terrible customer service, I was treated terribly by the management. None of my complaints were addressed to my satisfaction.I bought a house since and, I will never rent again.

This place is very disappointing. I have written a review before as my grandmother lives here, and they told her to ask me to take it down! I visited her apartment and it was disgustingly soaked and molded. Starting July 1st, her AC started leaking into her carpet and flooded her floor. It is seeping through the rug into her bedroom and all over her living room. When you walk, water pours out if the rug. The mold is growing rapidly and the smell is horrible. She has reported it to the office many times, which they told her that their shift was over and they were going home. They had someone come in with a water vac that filled 2 buckets, but nothing was done after that. They say they are working on it, but there have been no shows when they are supposed to come soak up more water. The mold is growing under the carpet and they tell her it will be fixed at the end of the summer. This place takes advantage of her. I will not be deleting this review until this is solved. I love living here. It is so close to everything. Wegamans and marshalls is across the street. The highway is 3 minutes away. So many shopping plazas around. The bus stop is across the street. It just stinks now because they are building something in the old shaws parking lot and they have blocked the walkway to the mall, you just have to walk around now. I always deal with Carol in the office only because she is the only face I know. The staff has changed a couple times. Everyone is nice in the office. The residents are ok. They dont bother me and I dont bother them. The complex is an older building but it is always clean. Maintenance is quick to reply to your requests.
