Side door in courtyard constantly left or stuck open allowing non residents to enter property.Homeless folks found sleeping in building entrances.Cheap fixturesWalls scuff very easily. They never added gloss to the walls, they are matte so they scuff very bad.Lack of sound proofing in between floors. I hear the tenant above me stomping around, flushing their toilet etc.No monitoring of pool area and no monitoring of pool guests leading to over crowding of pool area. People invite way more than the (2) permitted guestsPool itself is poorly maintained. This summer, I saw someone’s weave (braid floating in the pool, a tissue, balls of hair floating in the pool)Trash on the 1st floor is a problem. It smells up the hallway. Is often overfilled with flies and trash that ends up on the floor.Trash is not covered outside in the dumpsters so it blows all over the property littering everywhereUnderstaffedSmoking on the property is a problemLack of trash barrels outside of the building so people throw trash all over the propertyOverpriced given all of the issues :(Pros of building:NewModern lookingVery nice lobby area, conference rooms.Relatively attentive for maintenance calls of apartments repairsGood sound proofing on the SIDES of each apartment (but not above you). Love, love, love this building. Beautiful amenities, friendly staff, high ceiling and stylish apartment finishing. They even have a dog park right behind the apartment just for our community members. I moved here two months ago and I have lived in multiple luxury apartments in Boston before, but all in all, mystic river is the best one.

Have lived here for ~6 months. The amenities are fantastic, and staff are wonderful! They are very responsive to maintenance requests and very accommodating in general. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous property and such an amazing staff! I immediately felt at home walking in here. I toured with Nick and he was so patient and attentive towards my needs. I have toured a lot of different properties and Hanover takes the cake. They do it right. Thank you Nick for an awesome tour!

I came across Hanover Mystic River by chance while at the plaza across the way and so glad I did!Nick in particular has been incredibly helpful from the time of scheduling a tour as well as after my move into the building. He is always patient with and able to thoroughly address all my questions and truly provides a personalized experience. The Hanover Mystic River Team in general (shout out to Brigitte, Allyson, Jordan & Tijana) is to be noted as a special group as I continue to be impressed with their business continuity in which they are easily able to pick up on questions or activities which one team member was involved initially, and another addresses seamlessly and always in a timely manner. The building itself is pristine with great amenities that cannot be beat. Hanover Mystic River was by far the best choice for a new home.

From my first inquiry to setting up my move-in, Allyson has been exceptional to work with. She is super responsive, friendly and helpful when I have needed her. She also gave me a personal tour of the gorgeous property. I cannot wait to move in!

Toured this place last week! It is impeccable!! Like living in a dream vacation home. State of the art gym. The club house is amazing, with a beautiful modern decor. Units are bright and spacious. Staff is professional, patient and extremely informative.

This apartment complex is immaculate. From their top of the line amenities to the luxurious updated apartments. The staff is professional and always polite. Nick gave a phenomenal tour and sparked our interest to live here! I only have good things to say, highly recommend.

Went for a tour of the property last week and was blown away with all of the amenities the property had to offer. Jordan showed me the E-lounge area which will be great when working from home, along with the screening room, fitness center and club house. She also showed me a one bedroom model unit which I absolutely loved. I ended up sending in my application that evening and was approved the following morning. Everything was made easy from start to finish. Highly recommend!

We went on a tour with Tijana a few weeks ago and are excited to move in and be a founding resident. This complex is outstanding. The staff is extremely accommodating and professional. The units are spacious and bright, the amenities are top quality and well thought out. The design of the complex and amenities couldnt be better.

The team here at Hanover Mystic River is terrific! All of the staff went above and beyond to find the perfect floor plan for me and my boyfriend. There are so many beautiful floor plans and Jordan really helped us narrow down which ones would work for us given our budget and move in date. We ended up going with the J floor plan and we could not be more excited to be moving in this winter!

The other day I stopped by this new building just to see what it looks like. My husband and I were greeted by Tijana who showed us the amenities and the model even tho we haven’t had an appointment scheduled.Seeing what this beautiful building has to offer we now consider renting instead of buying an apartment.Definitely great value for the price!

Loved touring these apartments. My wife and I did a tour with Jordan, and she was very helpful. My wife was concerned with the pricing but I managed to talk her into it because it is a very good deal for what you get. Thanks for all the help Hanover and staff!

I just love Hanover’s buildings. I am current resident of one of Hanover’s property here in Massachusetts and my lease is due to expire in January 2021. I am thrilled to say that I am looking forward to moving to my new Hanover’s home at that point. Familiar face in the office such as Tijana’s is more than great to have.

Noticed this new apartment complex while shopping at Wegmans. This is the newest luxury offering in the ever growing Medford residential scene.My current lease is expiring by end of the year so I decided to stop by one day after checking out the website and its details. They are doing guided tours, which is great because you get a feel of the property and the apartments as they are.I was greeted by Tijana (pronounced Tee-yah-na), who is the Leasing Agent at the property. I remembered the name from a different property that the company owns in Cambridge. Always good to deal with familiar faces (masked of course) since Tijana had also given me a tour at the other property.The tour was helpful as we were able to discuss all the details of a potential lease as well as being one of the first residents to occupy this new property. There is competition in the area but this one is definitely worth considering, thanks to Tijana & team.
