I was very impressed with the professionalism and politeness exhibited by the team members at this location when I went in for an oil change at opening time on Sunday morning. The assistant manager was the one who helped me and he was just an all-around nice guy who wanted to help and make sure I got what I needed. I was even more impressed when I found out how short staffed they have been (like a lot of places) and how few days off some of them have gotten. I hope their regional person recognizes these guys that show up every day, on time, and treat their customers well.In terms of the business services themselves, the pricing for a synthetic oil change is cheaper than other places in the area and the free car wash at the end doesnt hurt:)

My family and I have taken many of our cars here for many years and always received very good service. After my visit today I can say that I guarantee that I will NEVER do business at this location again. The tech. That checked me in and John, the Assistant Manager were both very nice, respectful and professional which is the service level I’ve always received here. The tech. That dealt with me once I pulled in to get my oil change and the Manager were both incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional enough so that I felt the need to write this review. If I treated people the way I was treated today in my profession, I’d never be able to find a job again rightfully so. I would very much appreciate being able to speak privately with the owner to explain the details of my experience today and why my family and I unfortunately won’t be returning. The employees listed on my receipt were “upper” PD, “lower” CF, “Courtesy” PD.I would like to update this review and say that I am very grateful for receiving a phone call from Derek (I hope I spelled that correctly), the Director of Operations asking about my experience and truly caring about it while I shared the details of why I was soooo upset. Derek was also very nice, respectful and professional like John, the Assistant Manager as well as the tech. Who checked me in (who I learned is Nigel). These 3 gentlemen clearly know what good customer service is and how to give it. Thanks again Derek!!!!

We are on vacation from Florida and pulled in to get our oil change one evening last week.... unbeknownst to us, we pulled in after their closing time. The team of men were professional and gave us the best service in little time, plus a free car wash!! Sorry we didn’t notice your hours before we pulled in, we are extremely grateful for the amazing service at a time you were more than likely ready to go home. We felt very comfortable with the communication and teamwork the men exhibited while giving our van some well-needed TLC.

THE BEST OIL CHANGING EXPERIENCE any city, any state.Clearly they take Pride and Satisfaction in being the Best. The workspace is near immaculate. The folks are friendly and thoroughly professional. They have instituted work-flow protocols that are likened to a NASA pre-flight.

Unfortunately there is always A-line but they are courteous and do a good job and seem to care

I have taken all my cars to Pennzoil for as long as I can remember, they have Always been super thorough, and very helpful. And today was no different, I got my truck in and Phil was very professional and made sure to check and change everything. I will most definitely be bringing my vehicles back as Ive always done.

The service was great. Its more like a 20-25 minute oil change but for a drive thru service, thats pretty good. It can get busy so if you drive up and its 4 cars deep, youre looking at a 1 1/2 hour wait.

I love this place... Theyre getting busy by the day... I go there even when I dont need oil change, if my car make any funny noise Im there and now they know me on sight 😂😂 I dont mind as long as they tell me the truth about anything to do with my JesusMobile since I drive so much and sometimes long distance, i cant be left on the side of the road because I didnt get the JesusMobile checked beforehand. Try them out, the service is impeccable and priceless...

This is my go-to for oil changes and things like bulb replacements in the like. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and really know their stuff unlike many 15 minutes oil change places. Its the only place I go.

I had a headlight low beam and a left blinker bulb out. Always in the past when getting my oil changes done here they always did it for me. Have always been happy with their service. But this last guy either didnt know how to do it or didnt want to. That left blinker being out was dangerous. I am a 65 year old woman went and bought my own bulbs and put them in myself. When I go back I will request some one other than TRW. Thank you, Phil I gave you more stars for you caring and replying

They do a great job getting everyone in and out in a timely manner.

I went here today for an oil change. I asked the guy who took my info if they would check my fluid levels. He said they do that anyway. Imagine my surprise when I got home and checked them myself. My power steering fluid was low. I specifically told him about that and my coolant reservoir was way low. I am really disappointed. Ill never go back.

Very friendly and professional group. Go thru lights, tire pressure, various fluid levels other than just oil. 10 minutes a bit of a farce but extra time spent worth a good service and product.

Pennzoil os a very good business for oil changes and caring for your car. They are very friendly and make sure that theyve done everything needed. Its the only place we go for our oil change and were very satisfied with them.

I really like this place, I just do not like Pennzoil. They need to get either Valvoline or Havoline High Mileage oil instead of Pennzoil. :(Get some of that and you get 5 stars..

Pennzoil on Crater Lake Highway and Delta Waters is the best! I love coming to this location because it is quick, easy and the employees are very friendly and professional. The General Manager and one of his Managers, Phil have been there a long time and are great! Today, Anthony was my main guy and Chris helped them and they did an awesome job! I definitely recommend them!

This place is great. It was cheaper then I was expecting and I didnt even have to get out of the car! They also checked tire pressure, fluids, signals ect. I went here 2 times today with both our vehicles. Both times with different people and was a great experience each time. I highly recommend them!

I was blown away by the service at this place. These guys are working together and quickly. They are friendly and seem happy. I waited a few minutes, and it does take a bit more than ten minutes to change the oil, etc, but they did so much more than just change the oil. They checked all the lights on my vehicle, checked tire inflation and adjusted as needed, lubricated the door latches and washed the windshield. They asked what I wanted, and did that. Thanks to Thomas for making it easy and fun.

Great service and they offer a complementary car wash after the oil chamge. I was slightly disapointed the last time I went as I saw a tech trying to sell an air filter to a customer and it was very obvious thiers was brand new.

I waited in line for about 20 min. and waited in the office about 15 min. Then the car wash had a long line so I will get my car washed another day. The attendants are very courtious and do a great job. Very busy day.

I have 5 little kids, so getting my oil changed is something Ive been dreading. I picked Pennzoil based on their high rating and the fact that they advertise it taking 10 minutes. I figured, taking 5 kids out of the car and into a tiny office filled with other customers would be manageable if it were for just 10 minutes. When I pulled up, to my surprise, I was able to stay in my car!!! SCORE!!! This has now become a task that this busy mom can handle without losing sleep over. Thanks, guys, for making it so easy.

Two years ago I got my oil changed here. So last year I went in to get my oil changed and they told me I hadnt even driven half the amount of miles that I needed and that my oil did not need changing. I think this speaks to their honesty, trustworthiness and competence. And I would certainly go here again.

Very professional, quick, and informative.

It was a standard oil change. The people were nice and helpful. Last two times they seem to miss a step on little things. This time no light check or offer to do it. Also, didnt lube lock when lubing door? Little things but annoying when I find my lights dont work etc.

They are quick and efficient. They are always happy to change and or top off the fluids as needed. We have had three oil changes from them and there has been no issues. The Staff is always friendly and informative. Easy place to find and get in and out of.

Great service, friendly employees, discount for ladies on Tuesdays and they even give you a rose. The wait is never very long even with a few people in front of you. The prices are good too. They also offer the high mileage oil, which I love. Always a good choice to come here.

Always nice but not very fast- my total time here is 1hr!!! (So far...) The oil place on central is nicer, faster and they give ladies flowers 🌹⚘🌷💜 HELLO!! Also their 3 Wi-fi networks did NOT work. Apparently there was nothing they could do about it, nor did it seem like they cared! A bit disappointing today. I was here 8:07 & Im still here at 9:03! 10 minute-NOT by a long shot. Taylors was very nice and thorough though!!👍

Service great once it was my turn. When you open a new bay, I think the customer who has been waiting an hour (me!) Should be directed to that slot because who you served came in AFTER me. I was just about to leave when it was finally my turn.

Super nice staff! I just got a new car and no one had told me I could wait until 5k miles to change the oil so I was going every 3k and spending way more money then needed. These guys gave me a bunch of important information, do their job well, and are very affordable!

My favorite oil change place in Medford. Always friendly, competent and thorough. No pushy upselling and includes a car wash and free top off between changes if needed. The staff are experienced enough to answer questions and offer advice if requested.

We got an oil change and air filter. They did not try to upsell us. We also got a free car wash. The vacuum gets you one token not enough to do the whole car.I think you can buy more. It would be nice if they accommodated handicapped people.

Changed my oil. The servicemen were very quick and helpful. Friendly and knew what they were doing. I would definitely be going back in 3 months or 3000 miles.

Awesome quick and cheap oil changes! And at the end of your visit you receive a receipt with a coin and you use it at the car wash next door to receive a free car wash and vacuum service.

Dont let them touch your tires for tire pressure. Everytime Ive let them touch my tires Ive had problems with them. When I went a long period of time going other places Ive never had issues.
