I have been taking my hot rods to Wrench Works for over 20 years. I just had them rebuild the stock A/C in my 1967 Oldsmobile Cutlass. There was multiple problems with the 50 plus year old parts and pieces and it was not looking too good. They did an amazing job of diagnosing the issues and getting the correct parts and pieces back in operating order. My Cutlass now blows cold air and I am thrilled. When I pick up any of my cars they always have them pointed out to the street for me as I have a fused neck and cant back up safely - now that is service.

This is the best mechanic shop around. Fair pricing and excellent work. Besides my son who is a mechanic back East, these mechanics are the ONLY ones I trust. Being a woman, I have been taken advantage of by many mechanics. These guys have done excellent work. If you go in thinking you need a new motor and its just a two dollar spark plug, they will tell you instead of trying to milk you for your last dollar. Very ethical business! Its JRs or nothing for me. Ladies, you can trust these guys 100%.

JRs Wrench Works has been my mechanic for the last 10 years. He is honest, reliable and professional. I’m almost afraid to recommend him as a mechanic because he’s already so busy.

Friendly staff but not very knowledgeable. went on for a car check up and it seemed as if they were just racking up small things to charge us for so they could get to an even $500. had questions about repairs done later and they couldnt provide info or details

I live in Ashland, but after reading up on several mechanics in the valley I decided to go to JRs. I couldnt find anywhere else with such unanimous reviews, besides McClures in Ashland but he only works on foreign cars (I have a Ford). I called on a Friday and they got me in the next Thursday for an oil change, brake pad change, and new serpentine belt. It was all done quickly considering how much they did, and the price was better than I was expecting. My car is a lemon and has many issues, so I was VERY pleased to not have anyone try to push a million other fixes on me. My biggest fear in researching mechanics in the area was being pushed out of my budget once they had my car. JRs was great and did exactly what I needed without anything more. I will definitely be going here from now on.

Best mechanic in Town and a great person. He will give great service at a fair price. You dont need to know cars to speak to him and he wont rip you off selling high end parts for a normal car.

John always gets the job done BETTER while saving you hundreds. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to ensure that everything gets done properly.
