I have been a resident of Ridgewood Apartments for the past four years where Mari Fielder and David Thompson are serving as the management team. I have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with them during their tenure. My service needs have always been provided in a timely and efficient way. Mari has been readily available, as needed, to interpret leasing rules and payment procedures. Recent changes in apartment ownership and revised leasing agreements have resulted in questions and concerns by many of us. Mari has been most helpful in interpreting these changes. She is a very people-oriented person. Both have shown sincere interest in the welfare of residents. I am sure their efficiency will continue to benefit us during the year ahead. I so loved every day I got to call Ridgewood my home! The property is comfortable, well-kept, and welcoming. My roommate and I enjoyed our space to its fullest, surrounded by friendly, quiet neighbours and their happy pets. Above all the great things about Ridgewood, it is the property management that will forever stick out in my mind as wonderfully exceptional. A tenant could not ask for a better team. The few times we needed anything checked or fixed, Dave was on the ball to remedy it right away. I/we will be forever grateful to the absolute best manager the world over, MARI! Thank you for allowing us to make a true home out of your space.

We have been here a year and a half and we love it here. It is a great neighborhood and pet friendly. It is a peaceful place to live. The staff is great and always timely with repairs. Mari and Dave are the best!

Our maintenance guy is so nice and helpful. He always completes the work quickly and thoroughly.

I have lived herefor 5 years, i can say its a nice safe family place to live. Old managment was fantastic, maintenance is quick to get things fixed. Pet friendly (as long as your a respectable pet owner) or ya they are on top of that too. Its a real community. Only thing i would add/change is with more dog owners and no yards to run them in would be a enclose dog run. Back by the creek area out of general sight. Yes im a dog owner.. but either way i do love it here. Added note Even in the snows they make sure its safe...

The condominiums are nice and everyone that lives here seems really nice. Everything is kept in good condition outside. It is annoying that they dont tell you only people in certain buildings are allowed to grill. Its especially annoying when they say it requires a spot ten feet from a building and ten feet from vegetation to grill, and I point out that theres a spot like that by my building they said haha yeah, no you just cant grill, sorry. Doesnt seem very fair.

How would you like to pay over $1600/month to hear everything your neighbors say and do all day, including bathroom activities? Do you love the sound of feet stomping at all hours of the day? Are you a huge fan of arbitrary parking passes nobody uses because the complex doesnt enforce their own one car rule? Do you like consistent rent hikes at the end of your lease? Are you a person who enjoys paying a high premium to smell and step in other tenants dog droppings? Vindictive management?Well then this is the place for you!

The new office manager was very rude to us. We needed some documents from her but asked that she send them to us by mail but she got mad at us and said she couldn’t send them later, in a very bad tone. When we explained that we needed them she waved her hand at us to leave her office. She called us liars and disrespectful. Never had a worse experience

Washer overflowed and they were on it quick. Even on a Saturday night at 11pm they came to help me out. Service at the office is always great as well. Great place to live, dog friendly, nice apartments, friendly residents.Edit: revised in the wake of new ownership. Most of old employees have stayed which is nice. My rent had gone up almost 200 in the past two years to align with other apartments in the area. This is total BS. Charles point offers townhouse style with more space and a garage for almost 300-400 less a month. Poplar village is about the same. As CP. The only place I could find that are similarly priced is right in downtown Medford or a full house. As far as Im aware they are offering nothing worth that type of difference here to justify the yearly rent hike aside from allowing dogs over 35lbs. Not to mention with the new online portal, though functionally it is better, it doesnt seem I have any option to pay rent that doesnt charge some processing or convenience fee. I dont see how they expect people to pay over 1400 not including utilities (we dont even have recycling) for a two bedroom apartment. Are they nice? Sure. Are they 1400+ utilities nice? Not a chance. Again, never had issues with staff. Dave is a great repair guy and the ladies at the desk have always been great. I will likely be attempting to look elsewhere at this point because I really cant afford another rent hike for what Im getting.
