Literally just CPM in disguise

I went to put my laundry in the wash and between the 40min wash cycle they came in and raised our laundry prices by over double. No warning, no nothing. I called to speak to someone and ask if there was a mistake and was just put on hold for half an hour. Left a message and they never responded.
