They are terrible with giving people their mail. I havent received none of my important mail from them now in over 2 months. Its almost like theyre stealing mail. They only allow you to pick up mail twice a week and they respond and approach with attitude whenever asked about mail. They also ignore phone calls and when they do answer no one knows anything. Theyll say let me transfer you to someone who can help, only for you to get a voicemail and no one returns calls at all. This place is pointless and a waste.

Its sad that people choose to work in a field to service people in need and treat them so horrible. Im disappointed with some of the staff here. Need to be careful, you one day can trade places. And I hope we cross paths when it happens!!!

They only house the weak! Peoplecthey know will return to the shelter so they can stay employed.. They abuse the money they recieve staff go to mcdonalds everyday?? With the homeless gift cards.

Customer Service is terrible and whoever answers the intercom needs to get fired.
