I would like for everyone to know that the lady there her name is Trisha is the most friendliest and helpful and talks to you like a person. She runs the commercial parts and because of her i will go back and buy all my parts from her. So with that being said, yall please go see her shes easy on the eyes and she will be happy to help you out.

Went to Mattoon Autozone last Thursday, April 12th. There was a gentleman, an employee, standing outside. It was 745am, doors still locked. Evidently, the responsible one was still sleeping, while the undependable one was locked out. I waited with the undependable employee to have a key for the responsible employee with the key to show. After about 5 minutes, I decided to give AutoPro up the street my money!!!Maybe you should evaluate who you depend on to open the store for business.

I bought a headlight and asked to have someone put it in my car. BOTH men just stood there and let the lady working TRY to put it in, when she couldn’t get it in the car, they still wouldn’t come help so my fiancé and I just took the headlight and left and had it put in elsewhere. I will not go to this Auto Zone anymore to get anything. The men are total jerks and won’t offer to help

Needed some assistance and was met by a guy who was apparently disinterested in helping.

They have good selection of batteries.

Both of my trucks batteries died while I was out on the road and I was able to limp into this autozone where that replaced both for me at a reasonable price. Good people.

Staff was rude. Needed a new battery and the girl behind the counter asked me what kind. When I told her she says very rudely I already knew that. Other staff members were too busy outside smoking to be of any help. Wont be going back

It was a joke, ordered a part to be in overnight. 3days later it arrives, no call to let me know it was in like they said they would. Next stop Napa
