I bought 4 Continental all weather radials here last Saturday. Excellenttires, and they had them mounted and balanced while we waited in theirsales showroom and got to take pictures of the classic Monte Carlo sitting in there! Anyway, they went above and beyond in customer service and will try to help if you run into a snag with your schedule. (Kyle was very patient with me, I called 4 times with questions before coming.) By the way, free tire rotation and will fix a tire you buy here if needed for the life of the tires. Good prices too. Honestly, you cant go wrong.

Great family and a great group of people work there, many nice cars, place very clean. Let me drive to my mechanic to have car checked out. Are helpful and answers any question you have . My mechanic said no as the car I wanted had been in a wreak an showed me how to check it out better. Didnt find one I wanted there but it was nice place an honest.

Took my 2016 Dodge Ram for a simple tire mount and balance. $75 later and my truck shook like it was ready to fall apart. Call to see if we can get it rebalanced and Kyle made every excuse in the book as to why it couldnt possibly be the balancing. Everything from a bad tire to my truck needing alignment. I took my truck to the Dodge Dealership, they unmounted my tires, moved them to the appropriate markings and had to remove 4 oz of weight from each wheel.....wasnt your tire guy though huh? You lost a customer and I absolutely will not be recommending your place of business to anyone.

My car would not start yesterday morning. I called Kyle and in the afternoon, his dad and another mechanic, came to Strasburg to my home and charged my car and took it to their shop in Navarre. Later that day they had fixed the problem and then personally returned my car to me in Strasburg. What unbelievable, excellent, personal service. The pricing has always been very reasonable too. Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. Kyle is typically pleasant to deal with but he had the worst attitude at my last visit. Good mechanics are not hard to come by but apparently good customer service is.
