My husband and I are long time customers of Lucchettis, approaching 25 years. We have maintained an assortment of vehicles over that period and always were treated politely, fairly and remained completely informed by the maintenance personnel. They went out of their way to make certain that only necessary repair and maintenance work was done while simultaneously informing us of possible future repairs, always explaining the cost and possible circumstances of not choosing to have certain work done. We have an absolute trust in all Lucchettis employees. Recently we purchased a used vehicle. That process involving Chris and Peter was extraordinary! They made it clear they valued us as long time customers and that became more evident when we arrived at a final price. Peter went above and beyond completing the paperwork, dealing with insurance and Registry of Motor vehicles and even assisting my husband obtain the United States Marine Corps license plate that he has been talking about for years. I brought in my 2010 Jeep Wrangler to get brakes, shocks, and to check other things. Chris called and explained clearly what they were going to be doing. He said that I must likely wouldnt need new shocks, just bump stops. I was doubtful. How could A Jeep with 100,000 miles on it not need them? He was right! Jeep rides like new. Brakes are great. They repaired leaky transmission lines as well. Communication was very good. Courtesy shuttle a plus. Highly recommend!
