Pomps tire in Marshfield WI is the only local tire service center that I trust for all my tire needs. They receive my tires in a timely fashion, do great care in the mounting and installation of them on my vehicles. Theres a reason all who work in that facility are quite busy. Theyre the best in town.

Honestly, the alignment was on the pricey side, but otherwise I’m a happy camper. People buy from people, and I went to Pomp’s because I like Rich Cram, the service writer. He’s good people! Tires look good, and the alignment is noticeable, so it needed doing!

I dropped off some atv wheels with new tires to be installed Monday morning without a apt and they called me an hour later with them done for way cheaper than I anticipated. Great service!!!

Quality work, completed work within estimated time, and HONEST. The last part is tough to find. They had the opportunity to charge me for something which was already there (a sensors) but they present a company with integrity and reprogrammed the current sensor instead. That saved me money and showed their quality.Good work, good people, and honest...everything you want from a tire shop.

Took a small tractor tire in to be repaired. Service called me an hour later that it was complete. All service guys that came from shop to office were very friendly and all said hello and asked if I was taken care of.

Had a coil spring break leaving work, they let me drop my car off and got it fixed rite away the next day! Very helpful and accommodating with a last min fix.

Took our car here to get an alignment done they broke a part on it and never offered to replace it or to assist us in having fixed. Nor did they even call us to apologize. The alignment itself was fine. For all of the garages in the area that do alignments, I doubt I will return.

Always have good service and warrenties for tires

I was directed to Pomps by Goodyears Tire customer service team after I developed a problem with my tire. Pomps took the tire and told me that they would call if Goodyear awarded any repayment due to the difficiancy. 2 months later, Goodyear told me that they were not supposed to do that and replace the tire and await re-payment directly from Goodyear. They are running scams. Avoid Goodyear and Pomps.
