I love this place because they dont sugarcoat things and they do an excellent job with all kinds of various issues Ive had over the last 5 years with my three vehicles. Gus is my favorite (along with Derek) and Tom is lucky to have such great people working for him.

Well youd think for the price theyd treat their customers with a little more respect or even do the job properly. After spending almost $2,000 on a set of tires and brakes neither work properly. 1 tire has a slow leak in it. The brakes feel like they werent bled out properly and now sometimes work and sometimes dont. Im honestly appalled by the workmanship and effort that was put into my vehicles repair and at the cost. I wont he going back other than for trying to get the further mistakes they made corrected. Shop around!

The guys at Midas are very professional and straightforward. They tell you the honest truth about problems with your vehicle and do their best to help. The prices here are very reasonable snd they stand behind their work.

They were able to fix the a/c on my 96 Toyota Avalon; including diagnosing a dealer-only failed part. Every time I drive in this hot weather, I am thankful for their skilled technicians and great service!

Midas is the ONLY place we ever take our vehicles when we need a repair (or even for routine maintenance). Gus and the guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and very personable. They take a lot of the sting out of having to take your vehicle to a repair shop, because lets face it, NOBODY wants to be in need of car repair. At least you know youre not going to be gouged when you take your ride to the boys at Midas. We recommend them to everybody we know.

Our minivan suffered a serious breakdown during a weekend college visit. The Marquette Midas manager and technicians went above and beyond to obtain and install the parts needed for the repair to get us safely back on the road.

Had my car in for vehicle inspection on Feb 26. They inspected for repairs that should be completed soon. After my vehicle left the shop, I went to check my oil on March 7. Only to find the hand ring on the oil dipstick had been completely broken off. Now, I understand things break. However, it is the lack of taking responsibility of the shop when it comes to these issues. A man who I suspect owns the shop, showed little interest in my concerns and talked over me the entire time stating that either way (whoever broke the piece), you will be paying for the repair. Which was not the purpose of the conversation. I was trying to let them know that if they break something on my vehicle. I would at least like to know about it.So, when this shop performed an oil level check, a mechanic broke the dipstick, and just placed the broken piece back on top of the oil neck to be discovered by me at a later date (completely removing any responsibility from their shop).Now again, I understand that parts break, and blame can be thrown both ways. However, it was their handling of the situation that shocks me. The deflection of responsibility by hiding the breaking of the handle by placing it back on the neck as if nothing was wrong.So, I guess when you leave this shop, you also have to perform your own vehicle inspection to make sure they did not break anything. I would like to believe that they did not do this. But, it is not like these things break driving down the road. This marks only one experience here, the guys there are usually friendly to talk to. This does throw a wrench into how much I trust going to this shop in the future.I only hope that they will be more up front if things like this happens. It is better for everyone.

Was looking at replacing my interstate batteries. Of no fault of midas, interstates local rep never got back to them. Derek (I believe was his name) tried numerous times to get a hold of him and never responded!

Great. I called numerous other auto shops but they were not able to get me in when I needed them the most. Midas took care of me!

Amazing people! My tire blew because of a random piece of metal, and they went the extra mile to stay open a couple of minutes additional to replace the tire onto my car after it was patched. I am coming back if I run into more car problems.Thank you!

From times I have brought my vehicles to midas they have done a great job. Always been super nice and straight to the point. Only thing I do not like about Midas is they force you to buy their parts. They will not put parts you bring with you. I purchased a car and it already had premium sway bar links brand new in the boxes that came with from the previous owner. These were most expensive well know parts you can buy. They told me they could not put them on due to liability issues. Which is crazy because every shop I have ever gone to, I have NEVER had this issue. There is no law thats states this. If it is their insurance then they have some crazy strict insurance that no one else uses. Like I said, this forces you to buy their parts for their mark up. This is no big thing if you dont have parts already, and it does not mean to not go here because of this, because all shops sell parts, it is how they make $. As I said, great owner and great workers and all around great work. Just a bummer when you already have expensive premium parts that you can not go there to have them put on and have to go elsewhere. That is only reason I took off 1 star.

They were able to get me in as soon as possible which I was extremely thankful for! A little pricey for whats getting done but the staff were nice and even helped me with distracting my crabby 19mo daughter

Had a ton of work done here on my 2001 Buick Century this year at Midas. Struts. 4 tires. Other suspension and wheel work as well. All done perfectly. Today I went in with a soft tire. The bead was leaking. The wheel was ground so the bead would set right. No charge. This is the place. Be part of it and its better and better as a howling winter rolls on.

I made two appointments here, each of which when I got there they told me it was fully booked. I waited two weeks in total to bring my car in. They where very rude. Would never go again, won’t ever wait for them again. Poor customer service.

Great to know there are still good people and businesses out there! My family and I encountered some car trouble on our vacation hauling a trailer through the U.P. Fantastic service. Finally a place in MQT men can go for a great haircut and some pampering.

Took in my Cruze for a coolant leak and they fixed it same day super quickly! Needed 2 parts replaced, the dealer quoted one part (just a hose) to be $400+ to fix, Midas did the whole job for around $300. Have since taken my car back on multiple occasions for tires, brakes, and other little things. They’re always very friendly!

Were regulars there with our vehicles, some with extremely high mileage. They prioritize repair recommendations. They only perform service we authorize. They give clear estimates and stick to them. Their staff is courteous.

Midas is organized. Sometimes the fact you cant get jn for a couple days is stressful but whenever my car goes in. It runs better. They take of it quickly. They dont b.s. with you about anything. They are there to get the job done and they do that well. And I really appreciate having them here.

Tony and the Midas crew are fast and very helpful. Went in at 9am with some noise and 4x4 issues, by 10:30 I had four wheel drive fixed and noise is gone with a one year guarantee (unheard of in most shops). Very satisfied!

They helped get my tailpipe on my car back in place. The cost want too high either.

I brought my car in a bit before my appointment time. Tony, the employee at the desk, was polite and he explained the problem clearly and gave an estimate that was exact. While I was there a woman came in with a problem with her brakes. Tony explained the problem clearly to her. Even though she had no appointment she was helped too, and promptly and courteously. Wish all car repair places workd this well for customers.
